CHAPTER 569: CHAPTER 569 - A PLACE TO BURN ENERGY (PART 1)

Upon leaving the Noir HQ, I talked with Richard and his two brothers for a bit to get some updates on their training and search for other citizens from their fallen kingdom that are still alive. I gave them some space in the new trade city as their housing, training grounds and a place they can use to conduct business if they wanted to especially for their people whose strength is not in line with fighting.

I also made an ocular inspection in the new city since I was already in the area. The security was quite good and the assigning of stalls and stores were quite systematic. The cleanliness and hygiene is also impressive. I think Richard’s team and the people I entrusted on this project from Noir are doing their job well. I think I should give them a reward soon.

Since I am done with my tasks in Sklavryet including spending time with my three men and my only child in this place, Zion, it is time to make a visit to Marahuyo to expend some of my excess energy as my deity husband said. It was not really part of my plan to go back to the human realm, much less to confirm my relationship with the other beast men fiancés just yet but there is no other way to decrease the pent up feeling I have in my body. I much rather do it with my soon-to-be husbands than get more men from who knows where which would be very stupid of me, by the way.

As I teleported away from Sohmiren City, I re-appeared right inside the living room of my villa at the north of the Marahuyo Sanctuary. I slowly walked up the stairs to have a long warm bath and change to some more comfortable clothes inside my bedroom. I guess I will stay in here until I get an emergency telepathic message that the children are coming out.

Unlike before, I do not have anybody brave enough to knock on my doors or ask me to come out of my home. I technically do not have a husband in this place right now. I only have a whole bunch of fiancés or in other words, men that I have not fully accepted into my family but made a promise with.

Marius was the only brave one to demand to be accepted first. As for the remaining 11, I don’t know how they will settle the order of who goes next. The only one I am sure of is Payton who would be the last since he is not yet of age. As for the remaining 10, they might have to settle it earlier than expected since I came here for only one thing.

I had a long bath which relaxed my body and my mind quite a lot. I used magic to dry myself up and then dressed up with whatever comfortable clothing I could find.

I walked back down the stairs and then towards the living room and checked what snacks I have in the kitchen. That is when I realized that although nobody knocked on my door, there are obvious movements and sounds outside my house which meant that my fiancés have immediately noticed that I was in the villa.

Our relationship is somewhat still awkward and foreign too since we really did not have much interaction before that meeting. The only exceptions were Artak and Payton who I have spoked with a couple of times before. All of them are just not close to me enough that they would just barge inside my house like the other three pregnant men before. The sounds outside though is proof of their restlessness of not being able to see or speak to me even if I am just nearby.

After finding some snacks and filling up a cart and my living room table with them, I decided to open the main door of my villa a bit. Without addressing anyone in particular, I just shouted for everyone to hear, "If anyone wants to come in and have some snacks, just get inside!"

After saying that, I just turned around and went my way back inside the house, sitting back on my comfortable sofa. Not even 3 minutes have passed and all of them have come out from wherever they were hiding and observing me from. Even the others that were inside their respective villas and were meeker to approach immediately came out and went inside my house. They are beast men so they would surely hear what I said with their excellent hearing capabilities.

After everyone has found a place to sit inside my living room, still, none of them were speaking or even eating. I looked around and realized that a crowd as big as this is too much for my house to handle even if my house is bigger than normal ones in this planet.

I would have loved to do this in the meeting hall but I feel so lazy that opening that door earlier was my limit. You can’t expect me to take even a single step out this villa.

I offered them snacks and refreshments again and that was the only time they finally made a move to take a cookie here or a piece of sweet bread or cake there for themselves and a glass of juice to push it down their pipes. I saw how their faces brightened up, their eyes widened, their cute ears wiggled and their tails wagged from eating something sweet and delicious.

After all of them have relaxed, started looking more upbeat and satiated, it is finally time to go to the main reason why I called on to all of them. I honestly told them that it was for giving updates about Marius and also a major announcement regarding our relationships.

I started by saying, "First things first, I know it was surprising when I suddenly left together with Marius in tow about a month ago. I just want to be truthful and tell you more about it. He actually approached me the night before that to demand that I take him in as my husband first and to be the first one to have a child with me out of all of you. Well, we consummated the relationship and I got him pregnant but his body is too weak so I had to bring him with me. He was with me for a month to make sure that he and the children won’t be in any trouble. He is now living in the protected village I made for all my mystique husbands inside the World Tree Realm."

The sudden reveal of my recent actions and the reasoning behind it has indeed created a lot of confusion and a bit of jealousy to all the fiancés that were left behind in Marahuyo. They surely would have thought that I was playing a bit of favoritism as I even brought the guy with me when I left. There was no news and we did not come back even after several weeks. I was honestly quite in a hurry at that time and then I got busy with work and my studies in Hoffen City so it took me this long before I was able to explain things clearly to them.

The fiancés eyes widened as they looked at each other trying to confirm if everybody heard and understood all the details of my statements correctly. There were a lot of murmuring around me but none are asking me questions directly so far so I patiently waited for them to digest the information.

Finally after discussing amongst themselves for several minutes, Artak, the one who is one of the more expressive ones of the bunch asked though his voice sounded unsure and a bit shaky, "I just want to verify, you.... well, you mated with Marius and then he became with child... Umm quite quickly at that,,, and he is now in... Uhh... Tadhana, right?"

I simply nodded my head since everything he said was correct including his conclusion at the end. My confirmation produced another session of murmurs with the theme of "Isn’t that too quick?" or "Fertility is not so high right now, isn’t it?" and "How many times did they even do it for him to get pregnant that fast?"

The last question made me crack up all of a sudden and I ended up chuckling out of the blue. This action of mine successfully paused the murmurs around me and made them all look at my direction at the same time. I forcefully stopped my chuckles but the end of my lips are still twitching from trying to keep my laughter in.

As to why I laughed, I never thought that men gossip with that much detail among themselves. Who would even ask a man directly how many times they did it with his wife before he got pregnant? There was also a question of why the man got pregnant too quickly as if it was not a good thing. Shouldn’t they be happy about that fact instead?
