CHAPTER 240: LORD EVOLUTION TAMER!

"Finally," Theo took a sigh of relief when he was back in his room again.

Clara wanted to ask him how it went, but when she saw how tired he was, she asked Elias instead, who told her everything that had happened, even the declaration he had made on stage, which made her chuckle.

A few hours of rest later, Theo continued to level up the ants for a while.

A whole suitcase he brought was of the live fodder insects he had been nurturing for a while.

He was going to maintain the numbers of these fodder insects while at the same time help the level 0 ants level up.

The ones that were above that were just not suitable for these small insects now.

Especially the evolved ones, they were a menace to the beings a little bigger than them, but the ones who were their size? It was always a one-sided massacre.

The nature of the ants was also inherently the same, even after all the evolutions. They tended to try killing the rats by themselves now though, the evolved ones, but when the hunt was done, they would always call the colony members to get the food inside in chunks.

A lot of his time went into helping the ants and training some of the formations he had prepared from the books he had read and made notes on, and some previous life knowledge, which barely scraped at the foundation level.

In his mind, Theo knew that the ants could be a very deadly weapon if they were to learn some of the better formations that could strengthen them in small numbers.

It was finally a few hours before bedtime. There was a knock at the door.

When Clara answered it and had a big, dazzling smile on her face, Theo knew what it was.

And when she opened and showed it to Theo, his satisfaction level was high.

Just like Evelyne had stated, he got into the advanced class of their batch.

His uniform was royal blue in colour, and there was a badge that he got with it, which had a symbol etched on it.

He didn’t know what the symbol meant, but the small card that came with it, which stated "Advanced class uniform," made him confident he got the right one.

There was slight confusion about how they had his measurements down to help make the uniform fit.

But that question was chucked to the side when Theo wore it and saw the loose fabric shrink and become his size.

Some slight research later, Theo got to know that there were runes etched on the uniform that made it possible for it to shrink and loosen according to the wearer.

It was something even Elias and Clara had also only heard of, and it was only now the first time they were seeing it too.

That night, Theo had the best sleep in a while, and both Clara and Elias slept on different corners.

He was a little guilty that they had to get a mattress and sleep down, but there was just no choice regarding it.

In the morning, Theo took a quick bath and finally got into his uniform again.

"You look very handsome in this uniform, young master," Clara said, and looking at her proud face like a big sister, Theo knew he really was looking good in it.

"Are we ready?"

Clara nodded, and Elias made a ’hm’ sound with a smile.

Theo too nodded and opened the gate on his own to get out there.

There were kids in uniform all around, and when the trio, with Clara on the left behind and Elias on the right, walked out, everyone’s gaze went on Theo and halted there.

"Advanced class..."

Murmurs like that were all over the place, but Theo was now used to it. Many had envious looks when they saw the rich brat with two attendants living the life in the advanced uniform.

At least that’s what Theo thought.

He made his way forward and soon entered the big lobby where mostly all the kids were.

"I am surprised by the numbers..." Theo muttered slowly.

"Why?"

"The instructors said many will fail and not enter the academy, but the numbers seem to be the same. There are a lot of brown uniforms though."

"That is definitely the lowest level class, young master."

"Yeah."

Theo moved forward and forward, and many kids looked at him and kept staring. The more he ignored, the more he felt uncomfortable.

"This uniform system feels very elitist... I wouldn’t mind getting a normal uniform and having a different pin for the advanced class," Theo spoke in annoyance when he saw most of the brown-uniformed individuals just staring as he went past them.

There were a few that were in green uniforms, yet they were the same.

"No, young master. You deserve this different uniform. All of these kids are just weak," Clara said with a ’Hmph,’ making Theo chuckle and realize that he was talking about it with the wrong crowd.

"Let’s go to the assembly hall now," Theo spoke and went forward while ignoring all who looked at him.

It made Elias and Clara want to say something to Theo, but they refrained.

Walking for two minutes later, Theo slowed down when he saw another one of the royal blue uniforms in the masses.

The uniform was so good that it could be seen from a distance without any problem.

Theo noticed that everyone was looking at the girl in the uniform too, until he felt like the girl’s face was a little nostalgic.

"Have I seen her before? I think I have seen her before..." Theo spoke, making Clara and Elias look too.

Then the girl’s eyes went to Theo’s royal blue uniform, and she slowed down too.

But unlike Theo, her face bloomed in happiness, and she started running toward him.

"I finally found you, Lord Evolution Tamer!" The girl spoke from afar in a giggly and pulling-leg type tone.

"????" When Theo heard that name spoken aloud, he cringed very hard and his memories booted up almost instantly.
