Interstellar Number One Farmer: I Only Want To Farm!
Chapter 88 - 32: Fight
CHAPTER 88: CHAPTER 32: FIGHT
Having narrowly escaped death, the man’s back was drenched in cold sweat. He swallowed quickly and pulled the child along.
But the little kid was obviously shell-shocked, his eyes unfocused, tears sobbing out with a "woo woo" sound.
Really can’t handle a scare.
"Move it!" the man shouted at the top of his lungs.
The child still didn’t move.
Su Xiaocai was really fed up with people getting in the way and kicked the boy who was so fat he looked like a ball. It was a deft kick, not a hard one, just enough to knock him to the ground. "Why are you crying? If you can’t run, then roll."
Su Xiaocai said casually.
The man suddenly got it, "Hurry, roll! Can’t even roll? How do you roll in front of your mom? Do it like that now."
The child seemed to understand and actually rolled in a round manner.
The crowd: A unique way to escape.
One can imagine how mischievous this kid usually is, with bratty genes deeply ingrained in him.
Many people, out of curiosity or unable to escape, hid in shops, peeking with only part of their heads exposed, secretly observing.
Seeing this brand-new escape style, fear was mingled with laughter.
Just wait and see, a video of this kid rolling away might just become a viral meme across the internet.
It’s classic.
What happens to the brat later, Su Xiaocai doesn’t care.
The Insect Man stopped right in front, those devilish vertical pupils staring intently at her.
"Meddler. You’re going to regret coming after me." The Insect Man stretched out one of its tentacles to feel for the satchel at its waist, groping around but not finding anything.
Looking down, it saw that the waist was empty, the satchel was gone.
"Looking for this?" Su Xiaocai asked with a smile, stepping back several paces, a black bag in her hand.
"Give it back," the Insect Man said, sweeping a tentacle sideways with no warning, the power so great it knocked over the surrounding seats.
Su Xiaocai dodged, provoking unhurriedly, "Let me see what’s inside here?"
Her reckless demeanor begged for a beating, so the Insect Man’s second swing came even faster.
Not only did Su Xiaocai not dodge, but she calmly drew her blade, blocking it and then retreating once more.
She opened a corner of the satchel’s zipper, and after seeing what was inside, she immediately put it back into the Space Button.
It was too exhilarating. The normally calm Su Xiaocai couldn’t help but break out in a sweat.
A mini nuclear warhead, capable of blowing through the entire square, usually used for space combat.
What was this Insect Man planning to do with over a dozen nuclear warheads?
She could’ve easily overlooked it just now and then would’ve gone along with everyone in the square.
The combined power of these nuclear warheads could even pierce through the Earth’s core.
"Planning a terrorist attack?"
"None of your damn business," the Insect Man roared, "Hand it over."
"Tsk, tsk, if you can snatch it back, go ahead," Su Xiaocai taunted, raising her blade to meet the incoming tentacle head-on.
The Insect Man sneered coldly, daring to face it head-on, she had a death wish.
The expected person to get swept away was instead standing firmly in place, a flash of cold light, and the arrogant tentacle was neatly sliced off.
The tentacle that fell shed its black shell, wriggled a few times, and then lay still.
"Who are you?" The Insect Man asked, shocked and uncertain. Ordinary blades couldn’t harm it at all, but who was this person carrying a special weapon?
Could it be luck?
The Insect Man kind of regretted not escaping when Su Xiaocai saved the child.
It should’ve noticed when the blade blocked its claws earlier; ordinary cold weapons couldn’t stand against its claws.
Its bizarre eyes rotated, and four tentacles from its back lashed out with a swoosh, with full force.
If it couldn’t escape, then it would fight.
With multiple tentacles, it pulled down a floating sign and smashed it toward Su Xiaocai.
Su Xiaocai sidestepped, as if she had already anticipated it, not a single strand of her hair disturbed.
Merely evading wasn’t a solution, so Su Xiaocai, with a blank expression, gripped her twin blades and charged in for a close confrontation.
The man and the insect were locked in a ferocious battle.
The surrounding facilities and signs sacrificed themselves spectacularly, collapsing continuously.
The loud noises frightened the people who hadn’t escaped inside the stores. Everyone tried to use tables, chairs, and big pots to shield themselves, appearing rather pathetic.
The battle continued, and the brave observers couldn’t even make out the fighting movements, they were so fast. Fearing collateral damage, they kept retreating deeper for safety.
Yet their curiosity drove them to raise their phones, zooming the lenses to capture the thrilling encounter.
Real fights like this were rare, and they all held a sliver of hope while taking pictures.
Some thrill-seekers even livestreamed, with the camera constantly following Su Xiaocai and the Insect Man, causing dizziness with its rapid movements.
The live stream’s audience numbers kept climbing.
Everyone was worried that Su Xiaocai would lose. The Insect Man’s physical attributes were much better than humans, its strength extraordinary.
