After contracting with Est, Altair gained a new ability. It wasn't a skill per se, but a description. Est remained an independent entity, able to return to his body at will, bound directly to his soul.

However, as the description noted, Altair hadn't contracted Est's complete form. To unlock her full power, he needed to venture into the Elemental Realm, locate her true essence, and reforge the contract.

In short, the Est Completion Plan!

Moreover, upon forming the spirit contract with Est, she was deemed a little girl, like Hestia, a legal little girl. Thus, Altair made a contract with her, making Est a member of his fantasy little girl crew.

With Hestia and the 9,998 little girls he'd brought from the Black Bullet world, Altair finally amassed over 10,000 little girls. His little girl contract bonus reached 100%, permanently doubling his base attributes, soothing his late-stage OCD.

Additionally, in the Black Bullet world, while escaping with his little girls, Altair completed a world-level breakthrough mission, earning a new reward.

Ultimate: Headpat Mastery

World-level breakthrough reward. Beloved by little girls, you gain their affection. With this passive ability, you can increase a female's favorability by patting her head, with the degree of favorability gained proportional to the duration of the pat.

This reward came after leaving the Black Bullet world, but Altair hadn't used it much. The skill was clearly designed for winning others over.

In the Fate world, he had no one to charm, Mordred was swayed by words alone. Only in the Blade Dance world did he need this skill.
