Though a top-ten small nation, Luke Kingdom only has two Sword Saints and no strategic-level magicians.

What about Tistis Kingdom?

This northern snowy kingdom has only one strategic-level magician but as many as seven Sword Saints, even more than Ginas Kingdom before Reiger earned the title of Sword Saint, naturally not considering Luke Kingdom, with only two Sword Saints, a threat.

For nearly two hundred years, Luke Kingdom has almost always avoided infringing Tistis Kingdom’s territory, skirting this sole northern major power.
