The afternoon sunlight filtered through the high windows of the training grounds just behind the Hokage Office, casting long rays across the grassy field.

Tsunade stood in the center, arms crossed and expression firm, watching Sakura and Karin kneel in front of the massive summoning scroll unrolled before them. The parchment bore the sacred markings of the Shikkotsu Forest contract, belonging to Katsuyu, the Slug.

"So we just write our names and give some blood, right?" Karin asked as she nervously adjusted her red glasses.

"Tsunade-sensei said it's not complicated. But it's still a serious contract, so don't mess it up." Sakura, already rolling up her sleeve, nodded.

"You two are my apprentices now. Katsuyu won't choose just anyone. But after watching your training and determination, she agreed to meet you." Tsunade smirked faintly at their banter, her arms relaxed at her sides now.

Katsuyu's main body shifted, coiled beside the scroll in her gentle yet imposing size. Her soft voice echoed in the training ground. "I accept you two young ones. If your hearts align with Lady Tsunade's will, I shall make you two my summoners."

Both girls bit their thumbs and smeared their blood across the contract, adding their names in blood. The scroll glowed softly, and a small pulse of chakra enveloped them, sealing the contract. Karin flinched a little at the sensation but smiled afterward.

"Whoa… I felt something," Karin said, blinking. "That was kinda awesome."

"We're officially slug summoners!" Sakura beamed. She had been waiting for this day to come since Kakashi-sensei mentioned it to her, and finally, she could become stronger and catch up with those two.

"Good. From now on, when things get serious, you won't be alone. Katsuyu can help with healing, tracking, or combat support. Treat her with respect." Tsunade smiled proudly.

As the ceremony wrapped up, Tsunade turned back to Katsuyu.

"I have one more request," she said, holding out a couple of small sealed vials.

"Could I have a small amount of your enzymes and blood, My man Kakashi asked me for some earlier," Tsunade said, since Kakashi asked her for this, she wouldn't let him down.

"He wants to create a seal based on your Senjutsu chakra," Tsunade added.

"A seal?" Katsuyu tilted her head.

"Yes. He said it was to help enhance the girls' healing and chakra processing like a seal that he made before with a snake's blood." Tsunade nodded.

"Hm. I trust your judgment, Lady Tsunade. Here." With a shift of her body, Katsuyu formed a small, number of sealed orbs of thick, glowing fluid and handed them over with one feeler.

"Thank you, Katsuyu." Tsunade thanked Katsuyu and took the vials and sealed them in a chakra-stabilized scroll.

…..

Later that night, as the moon cast its glow over the rooftops of Konoha. Inside Kakashi's home, the basement chamber glowed faintly with the blue light of sealing formulas drawn across the floor and walls.

Kakashi sat cross-legged at the center, a scroll open before him, the chakra ink swirling across its surface.

On a side table lay the sample Tsunade had given him, Katsuyu's purified enzymes. Unlike Garaga's venom and violent enzymes, these were calm, refined, and naturally attuned to healing and resilience.

"This is completely different from the Serpent Seal… but if I can replicate the core healing factor and chakra amplification, I can create a balanced version." He let out a thoughtful sigh.

Kakashi pressed his palm on the scroll and activated his Formula Reconstruction Technique. The characters on the scroll glowed and rearranged, taking on new shapes, circular, symmetrical, flowing like water rather than jagged like fangs.

"The core seal must harmonize with medical chakra pathways… Add a supplementary ring for chakra amplification, one for passive regeneration…" He muttered to himself as he adjusted the design.

The ink moved as if alive, bending to his will. A new seal began to form, its core a blooming lotus flower surrounded by concentric circles, with tiny slug-like spirals at the outer edge.

"This should work for Karin's chakra and Sakura's precise control," he murmured. "No transformation stage… just raw enhancement and long-term benefit."

He leaned back and looked at the design with critical eyes.

"A Healing Seal, completely different from the Serpent Seal I gave Sasuke and Anko." He murmured to himself.

This seal would help them enormously and probably become even more excellent medical ninjas.

"Kakashi, you still alive down there?" There was a knock at the door above. Anko's voice called,

"Barely." Kakashi chuckled.

"Don't blow yourself up with slug juice, genius!"

"I'll try not to!"

He heard her laugh as she walked away, and he shook his head, smiling faintly. Still, his eyes drifted back to the seal. A sense of satisfaction welled up in his chest.

He reached for another scroll and began copying the seal carefully for each of the girls, one for Karin and one for Sakura.

He wouldn't place it on them until morning, it needed to be more stable, and their bodies needed rest before the procedure. But soon, they would carry the result of his and Tsunade's efforts.

He thought back to how far they'd come, Karin, once scarred and mistrustful, now slowly opening up to everyone. Sakura, although more love-minded but, because of Sasuke she is eager to improve.

Kakashi shook his head to dispel his random thoughts and he began rolling up the scrolls and sealed them with a flick of his fingers, placing them into a special chakra-stabilizing box he had made.

Tomorrow, he'd explain everything to the girls.
