The sunlight was harsh, and Julian’s eyes glistened with faint tears. He wished so badly that he could touch Landon with his own hand and feel his baby’s presence. However, he didn’t have the right to do it.

Staring at Willow, he asked softly, “Landon is going to be born soon, right? Has he been activetely? Can you feel his little hands through your belly? Has he been naughty? Is he a good boy?

His voice choked up toward the end of his sentence:

Willow had a nonchnt expression on her face. She was emotionless as she looked at Julian, who couldn’t contain his feelings, and spoke in a frigid tone.

“This has nothing to do with you. Landon is mine, and mine only. He will be a Harper and have no ties to you. None whatsoever. “Julian, do you want to know what was on my mind on the night that Grandma passed away?

“I didn’t want to see you or hear your voice again for the rest of my life. I wouldn’t have known Alicia if it weren’t for you, and Grandma wouldn’t have had to die so tragically.

“We might not be able to live infort and wealth. Our lives might turn out to be normal and mundane. We might have to work our fingers to the bone for a pathetic pay and store some food to get through the winter.

“But I wouldn’t have existed without Grandma. She gave me my name, and gave her life for me. Do you know where you were when she was desperately protecting me and Landon?

“You were with the very culpritb, /bclinging to every word of admiration and adoration she said to you.

“Julian, all I wanted at that moment was for you to die.”

Once Willow had calmly said her piece, she carried Snowy in her arms and left. As she said, she would never see Julian again for the rest of her life. Her twins might’ve been safe and sound in her belly, but there was no need for her to see him anymore. Countless heads were turned in the coffee shop, but Julian paid no mind to it. Just as she was about to walk out, he asked. Willow, what do I have to do to redeem myself? What needs to be done before you will forgive me?”

Willow turned around and asked, “Can you bring Grandma back to life?”

Julian couldn’t. As he watched her leave, it felt like someone poked at his heart with countless needles. It turns out he still dreamed of happiness and bliss all this time. He was eager to reconcile with her.

He clearly knew that it was a luxury, that he didn’t deserve, but he still yearned for the terrible illusion that was hope.

Before long, news got out to Brindley that Willow was still pregnant, and the Zieglers shed tears of joy when they heard about it.

Mnie hand–wrote a letter for Grace and went to the cemetery to burn it. Afterward, she talked to Grace as tears slid down her cheeks.

“I haven’t been kind to Willow and you in the past, and it has since eaten me up on the inside. If you still bear a grudge over that, take it out on me. Our kids are still young. You have to give them your blessing.

I’m truly grateful that you saved Willow and Landon. If she had died as well, Julian would’ve gonepletely mad, even though he isn’t exactly acting himself right now.”

The sun in the sky shone brilliantly, and the delicate potentis swayed with the wind.

Once Mnie was done burning the letter, she wiped her tears and bowed deeply at Grace’s tombstone. She wished she had a pair of wings so she could fly to Yarrowmere now, but she wanted to buy some clothes for Landon. After all, she was his grandma.

Liam was a man, and as such, he didn’t have any taste in fashion.

So, Mnie decided to shop alone. Landon was a little boy. She had to pick some blue outfits for him, and she couldn’t forget bthe /byellow ones either. He would look adorable in them.

She was certain that Willow and Julian’s baby would be adorable and look good in any outfit. For the entire day, she beamed with happiness.

Ever since the tragic incident, the Ziegler family has been gued with gloominess and mncholy. Today marked the long- awaited end of all of that.

Liam and Tyler got drunkst night. They made their way to Dominic’s tombstone and cried their eyes out. They were genuinely heartbroken, having held back the surging tide of emotions for far too long.

To Mnie’s surprise, she ran into the Carters at the baby shop.

Rosabelle was pregnant, and Dorothy went shopping for baby supplies with her. They were in the middle ofparing form brands when Mnie unexpectedly barged into the store.
