Julian took Willow to the suite and opened the door with the ess card. It was their first time staying in a hotel room together.

The lights were off. All of their senses were heightened. While Willow was still in a daze, she was pressed against the sturdy door

and forced to ept Julian’s kisses.

The faint scent of aftershave and the strong smell of tobo lingered on his body. All of that invaded Willow’s senses while Julian

was kissing her passionately. Willow could hardly stay on her feet since her legs were shaking…

The two of them stumbled across the room and got to where the couch was. Julian’s coat had been taken off, followed by Willow’s

stockings. Her legs trembled slightly as she felt the fabric of Julian’s ck suit pants against her skin. 1

Julian caressed her face and demanded, “Say that you don’t like Jeffrey.”

There was no way Willow would say something like that.

She did not have any special feelings for Jeffrey. At the same time, she did not want to say those words for the sake of proving that

she was loyal to Julian either.

Willow did not see the need to exin something that waspletely unfounded when Julian was seeing another woman

himself. Besides, she was also trying to divorce Julian.

Willow said something else to irk him instead.

She mimicked what Julian did and caressed his face. She muttered in a low voice, “I might just fall for him.”

Julian fixed her with a piercing gaze. There was a look of pure venom in his eyes. He hoisted Willow up in his arms.

It was impossible for Willow to break free from Julian’s grip since there was a huge difference in their physical strengths.

Willow simply turned her face away and said tly, “Julian, since when have you be such an unreasonable person? There are

a bunch ofdies out there who are willing to spend the night with you. So, why force me to do this? I won’t do it with you.”

“I’m forcing you? Willow, you’re saying that I’m forcing us, a married couple, to spend the night together?”

Julian halted.

bHe /bstared at Willow’s face intently. He could see the beads of sweat on her fair skin. Then, Julian cupped her face and kissed her.

He mumbled almost inaudibly, “Willow, do you not have any urges?”

Willow shut her eyes. “bI /bcan just take care of that with someone else.”

Julian bwas /bexasperated with how bull–headed she was. He lost interest at that moment.

Julian pulled away from Willow. He sat on the couch and lit a cigarette. Beside him, Willow adjusted her dress and got up to leave. However, Julian caught hold of her hand. “I have something to talk to you about.”

Willow tried to leave, nheless.

Julian tightened his grip on her hand. With a slight tug, he had Willow plopping down next to him. He circled his arms around Willow’s slim body and covered her mouth and nose with just one hand.

Julian finally let go of her when she was very short of breath. He snorted. “I should just suffocate you to death.”

Willow leaned back against the couch, panting heavily for breath. “I haven’t even gotten the money. I can’t die just yet.”

Julian said frigidly, “Don’t even think about getting a divorce.”

Willow smiled faintly. After having spent a lot of energy struggling against his hold earlier, she had a quiet, rxed look in her eyes. It gave off a sultry charm.

Willow also decided to pay no mind to the wordsing from a sly, calctive man like Julian.

The night deepened.

Julian gazed ahead at the reflection of a bitter, estranged couple in the floor–to–ceiling window. He said in a soft voice, “Project Aurelia hasn’t been finalized. I can’t get a divorce at a time like this. Besides, we’ve been married for four years. Do you not have any lingering feelings about it, Willow?”

“No,” Willow replied without the slightest hint of hesitation.

Shey against the couch and said in a hoarse voice, “I will never forget the humiliation I suffered that day. I don’t think you

should ever forget about it either, Julian.

“You should realize how it’s time to put an end to this rtionship each time you recall that memory. Any attempts to salvage

this rtionship are utterly absurd and pointless.”

Julian turned his eyes to her.

“Let’s talk about money and business, then. I can agree to getting a divorce, but not now. We need to wait two years before doing

it, Willow.

b“/bbIt’s /btoo much if you want 20% of Neb’s shares. You can have 10% of our shares. I’ll transfer 5% of the shares under my name to you first as a sign of goodwill. I’ll transfer the other 10% to you on the day we proceed with the divorce.

“I’m sure you know the market price for 10% bof /bour shares. They’re worth at least 30 billion dors. You won’t be able to get that much money through a divorcewsuit. We’ve signed a prenuptial agreement, after all.”
