It was still early outside, the hunting team hadn’t returned yet. Ji Nuan picked up her basket and bent down to instruct the chubby cub on the bed, "Cub, sister is going out to find some food. You stay on the bed and don’t move, otherwise your wound won’t heal. I will make something delicious for you when I get back. Be good!"

The plump lion cub raised his dark eyes to look at her, then rested his little head on his undamaged chubby paw, letting out a lazy grunt to show he understood. Seeing the little lion cub close his eyes to sleep, Ji Nuan pulled down the beast skin curtain at the entrance and quickly walked towards the small woods.
