Two weeks ago they were still dating, before Alex was dragged into this reality, a relationship that lasted two years produced feelings that would not be erased in a matter of weeks.

Unwilling to admit that he would enter into a battle for his feelings for Tiffany, Alex forced himself to look for logical, strategic reasons to throw himself headfirst into certain death.

Alex needed the help of the Blue Spirit Guild to clear this dungeon. It was clear that he and his knight alone would not be able to do it, and looking closely at the state of the guild members, he knew if, with their help, the clearing would be successful.

Alex’s eyes glowed purple, lightning snaked across his body, his black hair dyed a light shade of purple, he would help but not jump towards his death without a plan.

" Cavalera , let’s enter the battlefield in style, that’s what we’ll do..."

Alex explained what his knight should do, he wasn’t sure if she understood his explanation or not, no expression could be seen on the face of the beauty that was his knight.

"Do you understand?" The question fell on deaf ears, only snow-white eyes stared at him emotionlessly in a poker face.

Alex and his knight ran on the same steps, one next to the other at a speed that displayed 66 attribute points in their agile movements.

In a basement the two fell onto the battlefield, their bodies expelling lightning and their hair fluttering in the opposite direction of the wind, they were right in front of the guild members.

The two’s auras looked imposing when the skill, Aura of Royalty Lv1, was used to its fullest, the Blue Spirit Guild members looked shocked.

Hope was almost fading from their hearts when two majestic figures fell from the sky, a man wearing the distinctive suit of the hunters’ association and what appeared to be a very beautiful woman wearing black armor.

The two figures glowed purple with bolts of electricity escaping from their bodies, the man pointed his sword with curved spikes at his enemies and the woman had two short, pitch-black swords pointing at the enemies.

While the man’s gaze radiated a purple light, the woman’s was pure white, just like her beautiful white hair.

Alex couldn’t tell if his entrance was well done, he would like to see it in the third person to know if it was amazing, or if he was making a fool of himself, either way he had to attack now that the spiders were moving against him.

Alex did a skill combo to sweep away most of the spiders in just a few moves, gravity manipulation lv2, lightning step lv2 and to finish the combo, swordsman lv2.

Alex’s body practically disappeared from the eyes of his spectators, only a purple blur was seen decapitating the spiders in his path, his beautiful hair was not left behind.

She was fearless, she didn’t fear death, she jumped on enemies disregarding their defenses, her armor wasn’t just for show, spiders couldn’t get through the armor’s defense easily.

Several spiders were killed by balls of lightning that came out of the girl’s sword, her gentle yet brutal movements claimed the lives of the mutant spiders.

Of course, the blue spirit guild didn’t just watch, each of the three fought in their own way within their abilities, although they were injured and couldn’t help much in those conditions.

Alex looked at his rapidly draining MP, if it weren’t for the help of the robust man who protected him at that moment, he would have been hit, he knew he shouldn’t take his eyes off his enemies, but he had to control his consumption.

Seeing that he had no more time and a lot of MP left, Alex looked at the blue spirit guild and said.

"Cover your ears, and on my signal, prepare to make a strategic retreat."

Alex didn’t wait for the guild’s response, just like before, Alex used his passive skill, aura of royalty and the King’s command lv1 and a majestic cry echoed through the forest.

"Standing still"

As expected the skill still worked against the mutant spiders, he signaled for the blue spirit guild to follow him.

"Knight, you know what to do"

Alex left these words to his knight, while he and the blue spirit guild hurriedly retreated strategically from the battlefield.

"She was left behind alone on the battlefield with those monsters?" Alex saw what appeared to be a healer asking this question.

"Don’t worry, she’ll be fine."

Alex quickened his steps and only slowed his retreat when five minutes had passed.

"What was that?" Tiffany looked back where a large explosion could be seen and at the same time that everyone contemplated the explosion, a system notification appeared for everyone and two more for Alex in particular.

Everyone had leveled up and Alex was included, Alex looked at another system window at the same time Excalibur returned to its storage.

Alex had good skills, the problem he was facing at the moment was his low MP and HP, what good would it be to have good skills if you didn’t have enough MP to use them to their fullest.

But at the end of the day, he was quite satisfied with what he could do at the moment, even though he was a star, he could display power similar to two stress , he even outlasted someone with three stars.

Of course, Alex didn’t survive a three-star because he had the skills to survive. It was because the hunters’ association had a restriction on all outside attackers, and most importantly, Tatiana never took him seriously.

A trembling voice reached Alex’s ear, he turned to see a Tiffany backing away in fear while gripping her sword tremblingly.

Seeing Tiffany’s reaction, the other two guild members became vigilant and raised their weapons to fight Alex.

Alex sighed, this wasn’t the kind of look he wanted to see from the woman he still loved.
