CHAPTER 33: DESCENDANTS OF DRACO THE FLAME DRAGON EMPEROR

’Who is this guy? Is he some guardian demon that has been secretly following me? Because how else does he know about Draco?"

SSS-RANKED Draco leaned into Jayden with a pale look, "little brother, how could you belittle yourself into bonding with a human so pathetically weak, Ugh... so distasteful, but anyways, I’m gonna wait till you’re stronger and then I’ll savour every bit of you."

Jayden’s heart tensed. He stepped back, taking a stance, "Stay away from me!"

Rayn and Tyler stood behind him, sweat crawling down their temples, words lost in their throats.

"Bahahahaha..." SSS-RANKED Draco burst into laughter, "Or what? You’re gonna fight me with that stance? Hahaha... I’m still trying to adapt to this human form but I’ll never make such a weak stance."

Jayden clenched his teeth. He didn’t want to believe it, but now he had to.

The pressuring aura from this guy was far greater than both SSS-RANKED dragon tamers he had met before, not to mention the horrific vibes this bitch was giving off.

’This isn’t human vibes, is he a dra—’ Jayden shook his head, cutting off from the senseless thoughts. How could a beast larger than skyscrapers transform into a human? If it were a giant that would be understandable, but not human.

’No, that can’t be happening’

Yet SSS-RANKED Draco’s words were suggesting those fantasies might have crept into reality.

"Jayden, let me talk to him", Draco whispered in Jayden’s mind.

Jayden’s mind was racing. That might be a very unwise thing to do since he didn’t know this new Draco’s motive, but he could sense that trust in Draco’s voice, like he knew exactly what he wanted to do.

Jayden closed his eyes and moved his core half the way to switching with Draco.

When he opened his eyes again, they glowed with a brown glow, tiny horns jutted from his head, and Jayden’s brown aura intensified.

"The fuck is going on between these two?" Tyler spat as both he and Ryan backed away from Jayden

In this fused state, Jayden and Draco were both in control of the body with a balance of both human and dragonic features.

In such a case, the better their unity, the more precise the body control.

"Hey, big brother", Draco smiled, baiting with a friendly approach.

"So you’re finally out kid, the very first golden dragon." SSS-RANKED Draco dropped his terrifying look for a much calmer brotherly embrace.

Draco giggled. "So who’s our dad?"

SSS-RANKED dragon playfully frowned and folded his arms. "Actually you’re a weirdo, you’ve got four fathers, but how would you know? You were nothing but an egg when you almost got killed.

"Huu?" Draco rasped in shock, thinking of the possibilities of having four fathers.

How did his parents do it?

SSS-RANKED Draco placed a hand as if thinking of something, "Oh, now I remember, it’s been over 750 years.

So... once upon a time, four dragon clans decided to interbreed and bore a dragon that would rule over the four clans.

The seeds of the dragon emperor of all clans were planted in one female dragon."

Draco clenched his teeth, "That’s my mom."

"Click", SSS-RANKED Draco snapped his finger and winked at Draco, then continued. "But along the line, the strongest dragon—the flame emperor—my father,

His heart became hardened, and he felt that urge to remain superior to other dragons. He led a horde of dragons and came for your mother."

Tears dropped out of Draco’s eyes, "Your dad’s name is Draco right?"

"Yeah."

Draco smiled, "All I could do then was listen, and each time my mum heard that name her heart seemed to flutter. I guess that was why I picked that name, I wanted to be feared, just the way he is.

I can remember the best melody when I was still in her womb. Her heartbeat was that sound that never left me, it was a song I never tried to dance to until that day,

That very day when her heart beat sped faster than usual. I felt the chaos and I knew something was wrong.

But all too soon, it slowed and eventually that melody left me."

SSS-RANKED Draco smiled, "That was one heartfelt speech."

Draco giggled and wiped off tears from his eyes.

"But you see, my dad had sent me to finish the job he failed to finish years ago. It took me months to figure out how to transform into this humanoid form, but mennn, you’re such a mess.

I came so excited, thinking I was coming to battle some tough avatar, but you’re not even up to the rank of a baby dragon in the heavens.

You don’t expect me to come kill you so easily, that would be like child abuse, so I’ll let you grow stronger so you could at least be able to pull off a fight."

"Sure, dude" Draco shook hands with his elder brother from one of his dads, and then his brown presence disappeared, returning full control to Jayden.

"So you’re not gonna be eating me?" Jayden scratched his nape nervously.

SSS-RANKED Draco pat his head softly, "enjoy it while it lasts." He walked passed Jayden, and continued

"About this dungeon stuff, what do we get if we clear it?"

A small curve appeared on the side of Jayden’s lips, "We’re gonna be given a lot of points."

SSS-RANKED Draco’s eyes gleamed, and he began hopping enthusiastically like a child, "Points, what are points, I want them!"

He rushed down the stairs with his tail swaying behind him.

Ryan and Tyler looked at each other, then at Jayden.

"So there is this dragon emperor somewhere who is after your life." Ryan raised an eyebrow.

Jayden bowed his head, "Who knows, he might not be the only one, what about my other dads? And I’ve still got MAGEO on my ass."

Tyler laughed almost painfully, "bro, you’re dead meat."

Jayden shook his head and walked down the stairs, "Not if I rank up first"

Ryan and Tyler looked at each other for a second and burst out into laughter before following behind Jayden, "Not if Draco’s elder brother kills you first."
