A bit of backstory...

I’m also translating another series called The Forbidden Path to Immortality, which I personally think is a masterpiece. Probably the best xianxia I've ever read. But as amazing as it is, that novel is intense. It’s dark, heavy, full of schemes and long-running mysteries. The characters are constantly playing mind games that span thousands of years. Everyone’s morally gray, and the whole vibe feels like being underwater. it's really suffocating.

So, I needed something lighter to balance things out.

That’s where Life as a Rogue Cultivator comes in.

It’s refreshing, easy to read, and full of unexpected twists. The characters are believable and well-written, and the story has a nice, relaxed flow. I stumbled across it a few months ago, and the few chapters I read really stuck with me.
