CHAPTER 65: CHAPTER 65: HOW CAN YOU FORGIVE ME FOR LEAVING WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE?

"Ariel Morris, when will your emotional intelligence and IQ ever be online?"

"...What do you mean?"

"Did your Chinese teacher teach you math? What a lack of comprehension!" Arlo Seys quipped.

"No!"

"Then it must have been your PE teacher."

Ariel Morris watched the running boy, recalling the scene of Arlo Seys carrying her during a run, and couldn’t help but smile warmly.

Ariel Morris left Scenic Hill High School, bought two buns by the roadside, and walked while eating, continuing to wander in the bustling City C.

The night fell.

Arlo Seys drove back to Royal View City, and as soon as he reached the gate, he saw a familiar figure pacing back and forth, looking around.

Arlo Seys took the keys, tossed them casually into the car, ready to roll up the window and drive off. Ariel Morris suddenly said to him, "Arlo Seys, let’s have a meal together."

Seeing no reaction from Arlo Seys, whose cold face showed no ripple, as if he hadn’t heard her at all. Ariel Morris organized her words, trying to maintain a calm and composed tone, "Considering I brought you the keys, it’s not too much to ask you to treat me to a meal, right? I waited for you for three hours, can you see it as a thank you?"

The cold tone made Ariel Morris’ heart suddenly sting with pain, yet she pretended to be nonchalant, casually pulling a faint smile as she looked at him, "Arlo, I went to..." Before she could finish saying Scenic Hill High School, Arlo Seys interrupted her coldly, "I’m not interested in anything about you."

After saying that, Arlo Seys slammed the villa door shut, not even bothering to move the car parked at the gate, seeming to find any further glance at Ariel Morris annoying.

"Arlo!" Ariel Morris called anxiously to his coldly turned back.

Arlo Seys stopped in his tracks but did not turn to look at her, waiting for her to continue.
