"Great Serpent, long time no see. How have you been lately?" Seeing the leader of his enemies, Lynch actually felt relieved, with no fear at all. Since the Great Serpent appeared before him, there was no chance that such a terrifying opponent could be elsewhere in the world or near his friends.

"Except for a certain mage using a magic item unseen even by me, which destroyed most of my camp—thank you for asking, I'm fine." The Great Serpent stood a few steps away from Lynch, arms crossed. "However, I still have to thank you. If it weren't for such a heavy loss, I might still be entranced and tempted by the Magic God, hopelessly drowning!"

Lynch glanced back at the pair of revolving silver spheres, feeling a similar lingering fear. "Great Serpent, why have you brought me to this place? Where are the members of the Mage Association who were left here to observe the situation?"

"Escaping the temptation of power is one of the most difficult things in the world. Those mages with weak wills were hypnotized and walked right into the area of the Magic Origin." The Great Serpent placed his right hand in front of his face, fingers suddenly spread wide, making a gesture of explosion. He said, "With a puff, those guys naturally turned into foam and disappeared from this world."

"What a pity." Lynch sighed and said, "It seems this place has already become a forbidden zone!"

"You're right, and that's precisely why I hope you can personally experience this power." The Great Serpent nodded, smiling at Lynch, "If you would do me the honor, how about coming to my place for a look? After that, I fear I have much to discuss with you."

"If I don't go, I'll have to rely on my two legs to walk back north, right?" Lynch looked at the Transmission Black Stone, then said, "Since you've shown such 'sincerity,' I'll go with you!"

The Great Serpent winked, placing his right hand on the Teleportation Stone. A burst of brilliance flashed, the black stone was surrounded by bright light, like a Teleportation Gate leading to a dazzling sun. The Great Serpent was the first to step in, with Lynch following closely behind.

After a slight dizziness, Lynch felt he was stepping on something soft, with a rustling sound coming from behind.

The two of them were on a white beach, the sand gently brushing against their feet, and a wave of warmth rose from underneath. The sky was completely dark, with no moon hanging high; however, billions of stars adorned the deep sky like sparkling diamonds. A faint fresh fragrance of plants could be smelled in the air, as if flowers were shyly blooming at night, intertwining their aroma with the moist wind, unwilling to part. The sea was calm, with gentle waves crawling to their feet, timidly touching the visitors' boots before cheerfully retreating. The starlight in the sky reflected off the entire water surface, turning it into a silver-white satin that stretched endlessly into the distance.

Surrounding this beautiful scenery was a towering mountain, majestic and sacred. The mountain ridge was densely covered with forests, dotted with flashes of light like fireflies, appearing and disappearing intermittently. A path extended from one corner of the beach, leading up towards the mountain peak, but even Lynch's Eye of Insight couldn't see the full view of this high ridge through the clouds at the summit.

"If I'm not mistaken, this should be Heaven Mountain." Lynch bent down, feeling the temperature of the fine sand with his fingers, "That's right, now I'm standing on Lunia Beach."

"You are indeed well-informed, this is Heaven Mountain." The Great Serpent clapped his hands and said, "This is the Land of Radiance. It is the ideal of the utmost good. It is order and benevolence, compassion and mercy—my current residence is on Heaven Mountain."

Lynch's eyes widened, a hint of surprise crossing his mind. But he quickly understood the trick, "Since you were able to defeat Pate, you must have seized his territory as well. Having a property here is not so impossible."

"It seems you still hold a great prejudice against me, do I always appear so evil?" The Great Serpent replied with a smile, "The Lunia Sea is completely composed of Holy Water; those evil creatures cannot come near. If you still don't believe, I can go for a swim, and quickly return."

"Would that kind of thing be effective on a creature with Divine Power?" Lynch waved his hand, saying, "Besides, I've seen snakes that can swim in ordinary water, in swamps, and even in magma, so compared to that, Holy Water isn't much."
