CHAPTER 32: RETURN?

As we exited the dilapidated fort and I looked upon the canyon of dead vines a pang of saddness washed over me but a comforting squeeze of my hand by Kana brought a smile to my lips as we continued our exit.

The suns were now well past their zenith as we entered early evening. So plenty of day light left to make some progress back towards the plains could be made. As we walked a thought suddenly struck me. "Oh shit I forgot to ask did we pick anything up from those two goons that attacked you?"

Looking back at the two girls I could see Amanda trying to hold back a laugh as Kana had a look of sudden realisation. "Ohhh nooo I completely forgot to check them! Wait here I’ll be right back!" And before anyone could say anything Kana dashed back towards the fort, thankfully we had only just exited the valley entrance at this point.

Seeing Amanda’s smirk I turned to her and raised my eyebrow in question to which she released the cutest little giggle and answered. "I already grabbed anything useful from them, just some coins and a decent dagger but nothing special." I give her a deadpan look.

"So any reason you didn’t let Kana know this?"

Well it’s because it was quite funny to see her shocked face as she ran away." She replied without an ounce of shame. "Plus it gives me a moment alone with you." She finishes whilst taking a step towards me and reaching out to take ahold of my free hand, with one still dedicated to holding the egg.

"I was really worried when you went down their by yourself, and then when we saw you walk up those stairs." She took a deep breath. "Seeing you in that state hurt more than you know. Please don’t be so reckless again." As she spoke she was also moving closer and closer till when she finished we were near inches apart, with my head tilted up to look at her and she had her head tiled down to see me.

Looking into her dark eyes that seemed to flicker with a crimson depth I gulped but managed to respond. "I don’t think I’ll be able to promise that I won’t get hurt again. But I can promise you that regardless of what happenes I will try my damdest to come back to you." Giving her hand a squeeze I continued. "I don’t think iv gotten around to saying this but I think iv managed to fall for you over this last week. Seeing you hurt earlier solidified that feeling for me, I don’t want to ever have to let you go." I finish with a big smile as I gaze into her eyes and watch as that crimson flicker grows brighter as she leans down to kiss me.

It is a fierce kiss that pours out all of her emotions of worry, stress and joy that she experienced over the past day and I welcome it but expressing my own feelings through our lips.

After a while we both pull back and Amanda speaks up with a raspiness to her voice that I have not heard from her before. "Lilly, I want to taste you. Will you allow me to bite you?" I look into her now fully crimson eyes and glance down to see extended fangs from her slightly parted lips. Feeling my heart skip a beat I feel a smile grace my lips as I nod and slightly tilt me head to the side and sweep away my hair exposing my neck to her.

Her eyes flash and the next thing I know I feel a sharp pick on my neck followed by a feeling of a slight drain of something. However, before I can fully process that a heat spreads out from my neck, it travels through my body and enhances all of my body’s senses and causes me to clamp my thighs together as I feel a sudden dampness from between my legs. The feeling is hard to describe but my best bet is skin to taking a hit if a drug with how please seems to radiate from my neck whilst clearing away any stray thoughts.

Be it a moment a minute or an hour later I have no idea Amanda pulls back and begins to gently lick the puncture wounds in my neck whilst letting slip. "Delicious." I meanwhile am lost in a cloud of delight as I slowly process what just happened. After she is done cleaning my neck up she looks into my eyes and smiles, and seeming seeing my slightly dazed look she speaks up. "When a vampire first drinks blood from a person we release a chemical that turns any discomfort you might feel into pleasure. Now any time I drink your delightful blood you will feel something similar." She states with a wide fang filled grin.

I feel a shiver go up my spine at that trying to imagine her doing this during sex. I manage to supprise both of us as I let out an involuntary moan as I reach a small orgasm just from her words and that imagery. Blushing furiously at that I quickly turn away from her unable to say anything thanks to the embarrassment I feel at that moment.

Thankfully my embarrassment doesn’t have time to settle for too long as Kana comes running back with a frown on her face as she glares at Amanda. "You could have told me you’d already looted those guys." She huffed out.

Amanda with her eyes rapidly looosing the crimson lister with the new arrival simply states. "Well you kinda ran off before giving me a chance to say anything." At this Kana opens her mouth as if to start objecting only to pause as she realises that she is not wrong in that assessment. She slowly closes her mouth before letting out a huff and shaking her head.

Feeling the embarrassment die down somewhat with the humour of the situation helping I speak up. "Well now that you have warmed up Kana how about we head on out eh?" I give her a winning smile trying to look extra innocent as I do so.

Kana simply sighs and walks past the two of us in the direction of the grasslands. With a laugh I grab Amanda’s hand as I skip along after her.

The remainder of the evening progresses fairly calmly with us managing to reach the border between the grasslands and the Forrest. We stop in a smaller grove that we spot as I go about setting up our campsite using Nature Moulding I also decide that since I am still kinda sticky and gross that I’m going to try something new out with my favourite spell.

Willing a bowl to be carved out of the earth I watch as a circular indent appears in the ground just shy of 3m across once it reaches waist height I stop my moulding and then concentrate on the next step. I will water to rise up from the water table that I know must lie below the surface and fill the inpromptu bath up. I do get some funny looks from both Amanda and Kana but I ignore them as I watch water slowly begin to fill the bath up. Smoking I watch as it gets close to overfilling before I realise a potential issue of the water simply sinking back into the ground.

Wracking my brain I decide to see if I can harden the surrounding earth into a stone or clay that won’t allow the earth to pass back through. Picturing this in my mind I force my mana into the earth and imagine the loose soil condensing into a solid stone and to my supprise it actually works. It takes a lot of my mana nearly half of it to just tranform a thin layer but I am grinning at the end of it. With only one process left I summon a Elemental Flower with the idea of heat not pure fire and allow the freshly formed blue flower to drift down to settle into the water surface.

At first nothing seems to happen but after a minute steam starts to slowly rise off the water and before long bubbles start to form as it rapidly heats up, I quickly disperse the flower to prevent it getting too hot and smile. Turning around I look at the two girls faces of utter incredulity as they stare first at me, then the freshly summoned hot bath and then back to me. "So who fancies a bath? Because I don’t know about you but I am filthy and could do with a good dip!" Saying so I drop my dress and stand their in the nude looking at both women with a smile so wide I can feel my cheeks starting to hurt.

After another moment of stunned silence it is finally broken by Amanda. "Yeah I definitely love you Lilly." This causes my confident smile to falter slightly as my blasted blush returns. "I love you both too." I let out in a soft voice unable to make the contact with either of them out of sudden embarrassment.

Turning around I crouch down and pull out a bucket from my inventory and scoop up some of the hot water and moving away from the bath slightly I use that water to scrub the worst of the grime and sweat off my body. Seeing both girls undress I cannt help but look admiringly at the two of them out the corner of my eye. Then I pick the egg up after I set it down whilst cleaning and slowly lower myself into the bath with a groan of satisfaction, keeping the egg at my chest I sink down and enjoy the warmth as it seeps into my bones. "Make sure to pre clean yourself with that bucket before you get in I announce when I watch Kana try to go straight to the bath. She pouts but does as asked whilst Amanda was already at the bucket doing as I did.

After a few moments both women join me sitting on either side of me. I quickly use Nature Moulding once more to summon a floating basket of mosses and branches and place the egg into it so it can bask in the warmth whilst freeing up my arms. I then feel each of my hands being held by one of the two women that I just proclaimed my love to. "This is exactly what was needed after the last couple days, thank you for creating this for us Lilly." Kana said after letting out a satisfied groan also enjoying the warmth.

We enjoyed the bath so much that once it started to cool down I simply summed another flower to reheat it. However we eventually did get out and make some food. As we were finishing up eating I pulled Amanda aside and spoke to her. "Hey umm this is slightly awkward but I’m just gonna come out and say it." After saying that I paused to take a couple deep breaths. "I do love you.. and I do want to be with you but I want it to be special... and not shared with Kana." I feel my resolve falter as I continue as a flounder for the right words.

Thankfully Amanda seems to get what I’m trying to say. "You want to hold off on being physical until we return and can do it in full privacy with just us two?" I smile in relief and nod halo that she is so understanding. "We can do that I too want our first time to be special. But... I don’t think I’ll be able to go that long without another taste, you are just far too delicious." As she finishes her eyes flash back to her mesmerising crimson and I feel a whimper escape my lips.

"Y-you are w-welcome to have a t-taste whenever you want." I stutter out feeling my cheeks heat up once more.

With a wide predatory smile on her lips she leans in and whispers. "Of you better not go back on your words now, I’d hate to have to chase down my favourite snack." Once more my everything shudders and all I can do is let’s a giant grin split my lips and nod happily at my bloodthirsty vampire.

Ok probs gonna skip over the return back similar to the journey to the fort, then have a few more Chapters in the town along with some propper Lemmon once again.
