CHAPTER 36: CH 36: ENTERING THE UNDERGROUND BASE

Karl was able to complete all his tasks just as Weiss had instructed him to and Weiss was happy to see it.

Even though he was a little dumb some times, he did not really make many mistakes when he was serious. This was a very good quality in Weiss’s eyes.

He had managed to sold the things for 5 percent more than what Weiss had estimated. Even though it was only 5 percent more, any amount of extra cash was useful.

Not just that but the carriages that he had managed to get were of good quality. And the new horses looked healthy too. As Karl had been a real noble with a somewhat populated territory, he was very familiar with things like this.

This made Weiss very satisfied. If she had not taken him in as a subordinate, then in her current situation, she would not be in a very good position to benifit a lot from this situation.

So she was finally feeling some appreciation for Karl being here in her somewhat cold heart.

...

While waiting for Ganz for be ready, Weiss and Karl worked together to store all the new things that they had bought on the carriages.

Now they were completely ready to leave the city as soon as they were done rescuing the slaves and destroying the Shadeshifters.

As for how Weiss was planning to leave the city, there were several spots in the great Wall surrounding the city that were broken and were not repaired.

Those spots were used by many dark organisations to smuggle various things inside the city while avoiding the eyes of the city guards.

As one of the large organisations of this city, the Shadeshifters obviously had access to a few such routes. And as a high ranking member of this group, Ganz was obviously aware of them.

So that was the way which Weiss was going to use in order to get out of the city. After getting out, the rest of the journey would be simple.

No matter what the city guards did, no one would be able to associated the faraway Souran territory with this incident.

...

As his life was literally on the line, Ganz did his best in fulfilling all the orders that his little mistress had given him.

He really did not want to die so early. So he was trying to show his new mistress his value so that she would not abandon him and kill him off.

After meeting with the guard that his boss had send, he told him to report back that he was successful in the mission and had managed to catch the girl.

Unfortunately during the capturing process, that girl had tried to struggle and had gotten injured.

But there was nothing to worry about as this injury was a minor one and would heal very quickly.

So he would be able to bring that girl to the underground hidden base by tonight.

This was a positive report and after hearing about this, the big boss would definitely be happy and would reward him. This was the thinking of the guard who left in a good mood to report back.

As the guard left, the control of the above ground base fell into Ganz’s hands. Other than him, there were three more leaders of his same rank in the Shadeshifters.

But among them, two were in the underground base having fun with the slaves and the last one had went to get money from a recent customer of the organisation. So with their absence, this whole place was under Ganz’s control for the time being.

The total amount of funds that the Shadeshifters had were divided into two unequal parts.

The larger share of about 70 percent was kept in the underground location which was safer and the smaller part was kept here in this shop.

So for the time being, Ganz went to withdraw all the money that was here. If this was found out, then he would definitely be punished badly.

But it could only be found if someone came to check on it the next day and by then, there was a high possibility that the Shadeshifters would not exist anymore.

...

After taking away most of the money, next he went to meet some of his direct subordinates and gave them orders to inform the other high ranking members of the organisation about his success in catching a big target.

At the same time, he also told his subordinates to mention that he would be bringing the catch to the underground base at the night.

With this information, most if not all the other high ranking members would definitely be in the underground base to check out how great the catch actually was. This way, Ganz had completed his third mission too.

Now he only needed to make sure that all slaves were present in the underground base. He was sure that 90 percent of them were definitely there. But sometimes, a few of the slave trainers liked to bring the slaves outside to continue the training.

So Ganz started to ask around about these type of slave trainers. After learning who amongst them were outside, he could use some kind of excuse to sent them back to the underground base.

Fortunately for Ganz, after asking around, he found that only two of the slaves trainers were currently outside and they had only brought out 5 or so slaves. This was not a very large number so Ganz was confident in handling them.

So he went and met with the first slave trainer. This person was an old man in his late forties who liked to fuck his slaves out in the open as a form of humiliation training.

Ganz was able to sent him back to the underground easily after telling him that the new girl that he had captured was extraordinary and Ganz might allow him to train her.

As for the other slave trainer, it was lady with burns on her body. She liked to fuck young man slaves and force her unappealing body on them.

Ganz was also able to send her back after promising to introduce her to one of his subordinates who was a young man of 19 and perfectly matched this lady’s taste.

After doing this, Ganz was finally done with the work that he was given. Then he immediately went to report back to the little mistress.

...

Weiss was glad to learn that everything had turned out to be fine. So she left the house with Ganz while Karl got busy in bringing the carriages to the location from where the slaves were supposed to escape.

Handling so many horses and carriages alone was impossible, so Karl was using the new subordinates that he was able to make in the slums.

He had strictly instructed them about what to do in this mission. After this, they would also become a resident of the Souran territory.

Now it was time for Weiss to go all out.
