Marked By Destiny: Claimed By Three Alpha Brothers
Chapter 135: Fuelled my desire
CHAPTER 135: FUELLED MY DESIRE
"Uh... What are they both doing in the foyer?" Leia mumbled as she slowly applied the brakes.
Ronan was quick to come to open the door from Kieran’s side after giving a gentle knock on the windshield. Kieran rubbed his eyes as he looked up, staring at his brother.
Meanwhile, Lucien opened the car’s door from Leia’s side. She stepped out holding the keys in her hand.
"Why didn’t you answer any of my calls?" Lucien demanded.
Ronan had dragged out Kieran, who was leaning against him.
"Leia, sleep with me," Kieran mumbled.
"I’m taking him inside," said Ronan. Once they left, Leia bore her gaze back to Lucien.
"I was busy driving. How was I supposed to answer your call?" Leia pouted, taking out the phone from her clutch. "If you were so worried, then why didn’t you come here?" She glanced at the screen of her phone. There were more than twenty missed calls.
"I’m not a child for you to keep fussing over," Leia said sharply, slipping her phone back into her clutch.
Just as she took a step forward, Lucien suddenly hoisted her effortlessly onto his shoulder.
"Hey! Put me down!" she protested, thrashing her legs and lightly hitting his back with her fists.
Lucien gave her a firm pat on the hip. "Stop wriggling."
Leia groaned and rolled her eyes, smacking his back a bit harder this time. He ignored her protests and carried her straight to her room, tossing her onto the bed like she weighed nothing.
"Are you serious right now?" Leia muttered, adjusting herself as she landed. Her hair bun had come slightly undone, but the strands still held together.
Lucien’s sharp eyes scanned her. "You went to the party wearing this dress?"
He knelt at the edge of the bed, one knee pressing into the mattress between her thighs, nudging them apart. The high slit of her dress left most of her leg exposed, something he clearly noticed.
Leia met his gaze, unfazed. "Kieran bought it for me. I liked how it looked, and so did everyone else. You’re the only one acting like it’s some sort of crime."
She wrinkled her nose at him in annoyance. "Now move. I’m exhausted. I want to change and get some sleep."
But Lucien didn’t move. Instead, his knee shifted, pressing somewhere it shouldn’t have.
"Lucien..." she gasped, her breath catching as her eyes widened.
He leaned in, his hand gently lifting her chin. Their lips were just a breath apart.
"Did you forget you still haven’t let me mark you?" he murmured. "I can’t fully connect to you, not until our wolves bond. Thus, if you fell into danger, I can’t even protect you."
Leia held her ground, even though her pulse quickened. "Then win my heart, Lucien," she whispered. "The day you do, I’ll surrender willingly."
She suddenly felt Ronan’s presence close by. Quickly, she pushed Lucien away and sat upright, smoothing her dress and composing herself before standing.
Lucien remained where he was, his gaze burning into her back as she turned away.
And the door opened. Ronan walked in with an amused smile.
"Am I interrupting something?"
Leia straightened, a soft smile forming. "Not at all. I’m actually glad you’re here."
She walked toward him, twirling lightly. "What do you think of this dress?"
Ronan glanced at her, his expression unreadable for a moment before he said simply, "Pretty."
Leia’s smile widened. But then her tone shifted. It was more curious and more daring.
"Ronan, have you ever thought about marking me?" she asked, taking another step closer to him.
Lucien, who had just been getting to his feet, froze. His eyes sharpened as he processed her words.
"Shouldn’t I be the first one to mark you?" he interjected.
Leia tilted her head, looking over her shoulder at him. "See? Your brother’s jealous already."
She turned her attention back to Ronan and reached out, gently looping her arm around his. Resting her head against his shoulder, she added with playful defiance, "I think I’ll let Ronan mark me first someday. Then maybe Kieran."
Lucien’s jaw clenched, his gaze darkening.
Ronan chuckled lightly, brushing a hand through his hair. "Lucien, relax. She’s only teasing you."
But the glint in Leia’s eyes said otherwise.
"Is she?" Lucien frowned.
"I’m sleepy. I had too much fun at the party," Leia said, pulling back her hand from Ronan’s arm. She removed her heels and put them into the shoe rack near the door.
"Good night, Leia," Ronan said. However, instead of leaving right away, he softly kissed her lips. He glanced at Lucien, "You should go to bed as well. It was a tiring day for us."
"Hmm." Lucien’s eyes didn’t leave Leia’s.
Ronan walked out of the room, letting the door stay half-opened.
"Go to your room," Leia said, walking toward the cupboard. Her bun loosened completely and her hair cascaded down her back. She took out a top and a pair of shorts for night clothes. As she shut the cupboard door, she felt Lucien right behind her.
His nose nuzzled in her hair and his hands rested on her shoulders before trailing a path down to her arms.
"If this is the way you tease, then I must also show you what real teasing is," Lucien remarked.
Her breath caught in her throat for a second when she felt his hand slip to her belly and he pulled her close to him, such that his chest pressed on her back. His other hand moved to her neck as he gently wrapped his fingers around it.
Her grip on the clothes started to loosen when she felt his hot breath over her ear, then neck, then shoulder. His movements were so fast that she couldn’t understand where to focus first.
"Lucien, what-what..." She paused as Lucien hushed her.
"Shhh... Stay quiet."
His nose nuzzled the bridge of her neck, leaving a firm kiss behind, which stole her breath away. He wasn’t even kissing her, and her body was already reacting so strangely.
She shouldn’t forget his strong pheromones, which were enveloping her around them. Though he was refraining from kissing her, her mind screamed to tell him she desired more.
Lucien’s hand slid away from her neck and moved her hair gently over her shoulder, exposing the smooth line of her back. His fingers traced a slow path down her spine, pausing when they reached the crisscrossed straps of her dress.
He drew in a shaky breath, clearly affected, but still holding the line.
Leia, sensing his hesitation, turned around to face him. Without a word, without thinking twice, she cupped his face and pressed her lips to his.
Pulling away, she glued her eyes to him. "Is that okay to calm you?"
"This only fuelled my desire," Lucien whispered. Before she knew, his lips crashed on hers. Their bodies collided with need, feeling the drumming of each other’s hearts.
His tongue shoved between her teeth as she parted her mouth fully, giving him access. His tongue glided over hers, his hand pulling up her thigh, drawing her close enough so that even air wouldn’t pass between them.
His other hand reached the back of her head, angling it so that he wouldn’t lose even a tiniest second to kiss her perfectly.
’More,’ his wolf growled.
’I need more,’ even Leia’s wolf said the same.
Leia’s body was no longer in her control. She was ready to give in completely to this building pleasure.
"Hah!" She let out a deep breath when she suddenly found herself on the mattress and his lips disconnected from hers.
Lucien didn’t give her a second to think and sucked on the soft skin of her neck.
"Ahh... Ngh..." A sharp moan escaped her throat, her eyes shut. She felt his hand resting over her breast, which she didn’t resist.
"Angh!"
Another moan escaped when he gently fondled her breast. She was completely undone by his simple kisses and touches. His mouth explored her neck relentlessly, leaving red marks on it before moving down to her collarbone.
"Fuck, Leia! The clothes seem to bring resistance, Lucien muttered. His hand was already slipping past her inner thigh. He could feel the scent of her arousal.
He pressed a kiss on her collarbone and slowly moved down. Leia looked at him, his eyes were fixed on hers.
"What are you doing?" Leia asked with a shaky breath.
"Something which you’ll like," Lucien said, and he touched her down there.
"Mmmph!"
Her cheeks flushed red and her back arched slightly when he put a little pressure.
"You smell so intoxicating down here," Lucien smirked, his gaze darkening as he was on his knees now.
"Lucien..." Leia’s voice trembled.
"Yes, Leia? You provoked me... now you’ll see how it ends," Lucien said, his lips grazing her inner thigh, sending heat straight through her core.
Then, with one swift motion, he lifted both her legs over his shoulders. Leia’s eyes widened in both shock, and anticipation.
She could feel his warm breath hovering just above her most sensitive spot. Her fingers curled tightly into the sheets, bracing herself for what was to come.
