Chapter 624: Hybrid Form

It was so silent in the throne room.

With eyes of shock, Animal Kingdom’s representatives looked at Kiernan in horror, barely able to believe what they were seeing.

This was bad! This was horrible!

‘Why now… It can’t be. There might be an actual possibility that Beast Prince Arazimir might lose?’

Dawn asked herself with fear.

‘Nooooooo!’

Shafira yanked on her hair as she couldn’t believe their shitty luck.

They should’ve won the tournament already. Their arrogance and blind belief in Beast Prince Arazimir’s strength had led them to underestimate their opponents.

“…You humans have hidden your trump card well. I couldn’t even sense him being the Martial King before. How did you guys do that, I wonder?”

Beast King Vladimir said coldly.

“…What the fuck?”

However, even the humanity was in shock, and Victor couldn’t believe it, as he was certain that Kiernan was Martial Grandmaster just moments prior!

“…He already advanced? What a fucking monster, haha. Sabbath, you lucky bastard, where did you find him?”

Imperius laughed.

“…Nice.”

Xerxus said. His arms had goosebumps running down them.

“…What in the world?”

Zeus, Karmea, and Seo Donghae were in shock; Helvetti and Wilhelm just smirked. Antigone was proud, with her eyes sparkling.

World Sea, Nightingale, Abracadabra Castle.

“…This strength is that of Martial King.”

Karl-Michael Abracadabra said coldly, and everyone in the room was equally shocked as the people inside that throne room.

They couldn’t believe it.

“Ah…”

Bella let out a gasp, her eyes sparkling, and her sister, Nevaeh, turned to look at her in shock.

She didn’t understand before her little sister’s blind confidence in her son, but now she was starting to understand.

Eighteen-year-old Martial King.

Insanity.

World Sea, Black Rock Island, the throne room.

“Ptui!”

Arazimir stood up, wiping the blood off his lips, and slowly, his lips stretched into a gigantic smile.

‘Good! Good! Good!

‘This must be a challenge that the heavens themselves have sent me. If I fail this challenge, then I don’t deserve to challenge for the Martial God throne!

‘I will accept this challenge wholeheartedly!’

Arazimir darted forward, his left snapping like a whip. Kiernan slipped sideways with startling grace, his fist flashing as the counterattack came like a flash of lightning.

“Mastered Iron Style, Iron Smash!”

The fist connected with Arazimir’s forearm. The flesh and bone underneath trembled. It was an immensely powerful punch!

“Hahaha!”

Arazimir laughed at pain.

This was the strongest punch that he had ever felt. It was shocking. But also amazing.

Arazimir spun into a low kick, shin cracking against Kiernan’s thigh. It was blocked nicely with perfect technique.

Kiernan followed with another Iron Smash—clean and technical—there were no flaws in his technique.

Those watching through the television couldn’t help but admire that beautiful technique. It was the most flawless punch any of them had ever seen.

Arazimir caught the fist in his palm. A smack sounded. His palm turned red like a tomato.

In that moment, Arazimir’s iron-strong fingers closed around Kiernan’s hand, crushing it.

No one else in the tournament could handle this squeeze. Kiernan was able to, not showing any sign of pain.

Kiernan twisted, dropped, and rolled into a jiu-jitsu escape, kicking free from Arazimir’s clutches.

Another flawless technique. There was nothing Arazimir could do. In terms of martial arts skills, it was clear who was superior.

Everyone watching had to admit that Kiernan’s knowledge and skill in terms of martial arts were superior!

However, just that wasn’t enough to defeat someone like Arazimir, who had a deeper understanding of the Martial King realm.

Kiernan had barely been a Martial King for a few minutes, and he didn’t even know what his Martial Ability was!

“You still have plenty to learn, cub!”

Arazimir spread his arms wide. His nails turned into long, sharp claws. They were as long as blades in the swords!

His long red hair cascaded behind him. It turned into a blood mane. It smelled of blood, hair, and raw power.

The hybrid form of Blood Lion!

“Arazimir has turned into the hybrid form of Blood Lion! This is not good! It means that he is going for a kill!”

“Blood Lion is the strongest race in all of Animal Kingdom. The current ruler of Animal Kingdom, Beast King Vladimir, is the current King of the Blood Lions, and his son, Arazimir, is next in line to inherit the throne.

“They’re said to come from a direct line of the first Blood Lion to ever exist!”

“I have also heard about that… Blood God Lion, one of the ancient Martial Gods of the Old Stone Age!”

Arazimir lunged, and the ten blood claws of the Blood Lion slashed through the air like a ten-man army wielding swords.

“Mastered Iron Style…

“Abandoned Arts…”

“Magnetar Smash!”

Kiernan’s fist shattered the claws. The knuckles landed perfectly on Arazimir’s chest. It sent him flying.

Swoosh!

With a cough of blood and a dent in his chest, Arazimir smashed through the ropes. The ropes snapped.

“Haah…”

Arazimir lay silently at the steps of the throne. His father’s cold shadow falling over him. His eyes widened in shock.

Without caring about the pain in his body, Arazimir immediately jumped to his feet, not daring to look into his father’s eyes.

The crowd took a deep breath.

Animal Kingdom felt like they were falling headfirst into the pits of hell. How could they be losing? They shouldn’t lose!

Humanity were cheering Kiernan on till their voices turned hoarse.

“…This throne room is too small for our fight. Don’t you agree, warrior of humanity?”

Arazimir asked.

“…What do you propose?”

Kiernan asked.

With a smirk on his face, Arazimir smashed through the ceiling until he arrived outside, hovering over the black castle.

He landed on the tiled roof of the castle with the dark clouds hovering high above.

The roof was smooth and even. A few tower peaks jagged out around the roof, but it was much more spacious than inside the throne room.

With a strong leap, Kiernan appeared on the roof, landing across from Arazimir, and then he stood up straight.

RUMBLE~

The thunder rumbled in the sky, but neither of them moved and just waited.

Everyone was slowly making their way to the roof as well. The cameramen had to carry their cameras carefully up the stairs.

Kiernan and Arazimir waited for everyone to arrive before they continued.
