Luo Feng suddenly recalled the rules Jiang Nian had once explained about the Elite Training Camp only those who reached the rank of War God could graduate early.

But Luo Wen had just graduated ahead of time.

Didn't that mean…

A shiver ran down Luo Feng's spine. He drew in a sharp breath.

He knew Luo Wen was monstrously talented, but… to leap from a warrior-level fighter to a War God in just one year?

That sounded utterly impossible!

In disbelief, Luo Feng quickly sent him a message: "Luo Wen, did you reach War God level?"

When Luo Wen saw the message on his phone, he couldn't help but smile. He could already imagine Luo Feng's expression at that moment.

Sorry, little brother he wasn't just a War God. He was already a Councilman.

"Something like that," Luo Wen replied vaguely. He worried the truth might be too much for Luo Feng to handle all at once.

Luo Feng's heart thudded violently at the answer, his breath quickening. He rubbed his face, trying to calm himself.

"What's wrong, brother?" Luo Hua asked, noticing Luo Feng's strange reaction.

Luo Feng's lips twitched. "Nothing. Just that… Luo Wen seems to have become a War God."

"What? A War God?"

Luo Hua shot to his feet, eyes wide in shock.

"Yes. He said he graduated early. From the sound of it, he's already a War God."

Luo Feng walked to the window. The high-rise wind cooled his flushed face, burning hot from the rush of blood.

He thought of the two years that separated them. Yet while he hadn't even qualified as a quasi-warrior, Luo Wen had already become a War God. Their family's hardships still weighed on his shoulders, and he couldn't help them in the slightest.

Looking down at the thousands of glowing windows in the night, Luo Feng clenched his fists, his gaze sharp with newfound determination.

If Luo Wen could do it, then so could he.

His chest heaved as a burning desire surged within him.

"My punching force has already reached 810 kilograms. If I push harder, I'll pass the quasi-warrior assessment before the college entrance exams!"

Under Luo Wen's influence, Luo Feng trained harder than ever, his goals far higher than they had been in the original timeline. As a result, his strength was already far greater than it otherwise would have been.

"It's only seven o'clock. I'll go train a bit more!"

But just as he spoke to Luo Hua, a sudden buzzing roared in his head. Pain like his skull splitting apart made him collapse to the ground.

"Ahhh!"

Luo Feng clutched his head, groaning in agony.

"Brother! What's wrong?"

Luo Hua panicked, then suddenly remembered his brother's mysterious illness. "Dad! Mom! It's his headaches again! Hurry!"

Chaos swept through the Luo household. None of them knew that Luo Feng's illness had flared up simply because Luo Wen had shown off too much.

After replying to Luo Feng, Luo Wen went to the bathroom. As steaming hot water filled the tub, he lowered himself in for a bath.

To pass the time, he took out the War God Palace's neural-link helmet and put it on.

A moment of dizziness, and when his eyes opened again, he was standing in a vast chamber.

The room stretched over fifty meters long, twenty-five meters wide, and five meters high more than a thousand square meters in total.

At its center was a massive round bed three meters across. In front of it, an indoor pool spanned twenty meters by ten.

Everything bed, pool, desk, dining area, lounge chairs, even a yoga and training space was arranged with impeccable order.

"Tch."

Luo Wen chuckled.

As expected of a virtual space the design was extravagant.

"Councilman Luo Wen, welcome to the War God Palace."

An electronic voice echoed in the room.

He instantly recognized it as the Palace's artificial intelligence.

"This is your private chamber. No one but you can enter. You may order any food or drink you like. Many delicacies here do not exist in the real world."

"Oh? Delicacies?"

Luo Wen's smile deepened. He loved good food. He'd have to see what the Palace had to offer.

"The desk holds two books: War God Palace Regulations and Fundamentals of Spiritual Force Masters. Please enjoy your stay."

The voice faded away.

Luo Wen wasn't in any rush to read the regulations. The Palace belonged to Hong, after all even if he broke a rule, Hong would hardly punish him.

He stepped to the floor-to-ceiling windows at the southern wall.

Outside stretched a boundless sea of clouds, sunlight refracting into seven-colored radiance. It was breathtaking.

He marveled at the virtual tech. Even his planetary-level consciousness couldn't detect a single flaw. Sight, touch, taste every sensation felt one hundred percent real.

No wonder the War Gods practically lived here.

"Let's go see the hall."

Changing clothes, Luo Wen stepped out.

A corridor led him to the outer wall, a battlement-like walkway overlooking an enormous central square below, nine arenas at its heart. Beyond the wall surged a dark, endless ocean, waves crashing violently yet failing to so much as shake the Palace's walls.

"Impressive."

One side clouds and rainbow light, the other roaring black seas the contrast was stunning.

After a while, he descended to the grand hall.

Thousands of sofas filled the space, a third already occupied by War Gods drinking and chatting.

He spotted no familiar faces until a curvy short-haired beauty stood and waved excitedly.

"Luo Wen!"

It was Jiang Fang.

Just as he was about to join her, the enormous screen on the wall flickered, displaying the number 3509.

"My War God ID?" Luo Wen guessed.

The chatter quieted. Everyone knew what that number meant another War God had just logged in for the first time.

Then the lights dimmed. Music faded.

Applause broke out, swelling louder and louder.

No matter their factions or rivalries, all War Gods celebrated new comrades. Every addition meant greater strength for humanity against the beasts.

A beam of light fell on Luo Wen.

A thunderous voice rang out:

"Today, the War God Palace welcomes a new member. His name is… Luo Wen!"

A holographic display appeared above:

Name: Luo Wen

Nationality: Huaxia

Rank: Councilman

The hall fell silent.

Councilman?!

Not a new War God at all.

Word had already spread that morning: Luo Wen had slain the king-level four-winged black dragon single-handedly.

Now, faced with him in the flesh, the War Gods' gazes were a mixture of awe, disbelief, fear, and reverence.

The voice boomed again:

"This is unlike any induction before. Luo Wen is both a newly promoted War God and… a newly promoted Councilman!"

The screen shifted. 3509 became 3510. Then another number: 52 became 53.

"From this moment, humanity's War Gods number 3510. Its Councilmen 53! Please welcome the first in War God Palace history to log in as a Councilman from the very start: Luo Wen!"

Thunderous applause shook the hall.

Even those who feared or envied him stood, smiling as they clapped.

Luo Wen nodded, smiling faintly. "Sit. Relax."

They obeyed, though furtive glances still darted his way.

He joined Jiang Fang and several Elite Training Camp instructors. They toasted him warmly. Yang Hui personally ordered dishes from the Palace's legendary menu.

The prices were astronomical: dragon liver for 660,000 yuan, Aurora Shrimp for 320,000, century-old wine for 700,000. Almost nothing under six figures.

But Luo Wen didn't flinch. With trillions to his name, he might as well enjoy himself.

When the food arrived, he was blown away. The flavors surpassed Michelin chefs, surpassed even imperial kitchens of old. Each bite was supreme luxury.

No wonder the War Gods indulged themselves here.

By meal's end, nearly 90% of Earth's War Gods had logged in to see him for themselves. They all knew this eighteen-year-old Councilman would one day stand even higher perhaps surpass even Hong.

As Luo Wen rose to leave, a slender, sharp-eyed middle-aged man approached.

"Luo Wen, might I borrow a moment?"

Luo Wen recognized him instantly Jia Yi, a planetary-rank Councilman and Huaxia's most legendary warrior. The first to reach Councilman-level after the Great Nirvana, he had saved tens of millions of lives.

"Mr. Jia Yi. An honor." Luo Wen accepted, following him to a private room.

"I heard you are a Spiritual Force Master," Jia Yi said with a polite smile. "The Huaxia leadership wishes to present you with a gift."

"Oh? A gift?" Luo Wen raised a brow.

Jia Yi explained: ten years ago, they had discovered a rare Spiritwood Essence on Putuo Island. Unlike others, this one did not enhance the body but amplified spiritual force. They had originally considered trading it to Speaker East, but upon learning of Luo Wen's talent, decided he should have it instead.

A treasure like that possibly the only one of its kind on Earth was priceless.

"What conditions?" Luo Wen asked bluntly.

"Only this: accept the honorary title of General."

"Honorary General?" Luo Wen arched a brow. "And the obligations?"

"None," Jia Yi said. "You gain the authority to command a military district, but bear no duties. All we ask is that, should Huaxia face annihilation one day, you lend us your hand."

Luo Wen considered, then smiled faintly. "I am Huaxia-born. If our homeland truly faced destruction, I would help even without gifts or titles."

Jia Yi's eyes lit with relief. "Then it's settled. Please, take the Spiritwood. Without you, it's wasted."

Unable to refuse further, Luo Wen accepted both the treasure and the title.

Returning to reality, Luo Wen stepped from the bath refreshed.

Just as he finished dressing, his phone buzzed.

"Luo Wen, did you just leave the Palace?"

It was Yao Yao.

"Yes. Why?"

"I was on a mission. When I heard you were there, I logged in, but you'd already left. Next time you go in, let me know. I'll show you around."

Luo Wen chuckled. He understood her meaning now. This wasn't Hong's order this was her.

"Alright. Next time I'll call you."

Perhaps it was time to claim the famed icy beauty of the Extreme Martial Hall for himself.

Back in the Marvel world.

Luo Wen left his vibranium villa and descended into the underground base Shuri had carved out tens of thousands of square meters, spread over several levels, crammed with alien technology from Chitauri ships to Dark Elf craft.

She'd told him yesterday the vibranium starship was finally finished. Today he came to see it.

If all went well, he'd soon take it to space.

The Power Stone was out there waiting.

"Right now, I have the Space Stone, the Mind Stone, and the Reality Stone. If I get the Power Stone too, that'll make four."

The elevator hummed downward.

Without realizing it, he'd already collected half the Infinity Stones.

The Time Stone was still on Earth.

If things kept going this way, Thanos wouldn't hold a single gem while he held five.

Now that would be fun.
