"Ahhh!"

Before everyone's eyes, the one-armed warrior let out a painful roar as a crimson glow burst from his entire body. His severed arm began to change, the new flesh forming like molten lava bubbling from within.

Within just over ten seconds, a fully formed new arm had regenerated, and the red glow gradually faded from his body.

Watching this rapid transformation, Rowan's eyes narrowed slightly.

This man adapted even faster than Zhou Ping had.

Clearly, his strength was at least that of a high-tier Warrior perhaps even a War General.

Inspector Wang, who had been observing in silence, let out a subtle breath. The rhythm of his prayer beads quickened, betraying the calmness on his face. It was clear that he was deeply stirred by what he had just witnessed.

The warrior looked down at his newly grown arm, his eyes filled with joy. But with both the Inspector and Special Envoy present, he dared not say much.

He clenched his fist, flexed the new limb a few times, then turned to Inspector Wang and gave a respectful nod.

Inspector Wang remained composed. "Proceed."

Rowan nodded and took out the second vial of serum. He injected it into the other warrior the one missing three fingers.

Moments later, the damaged hand visibly healed, the three fingers regrowing swiftly and seamlessly.

Following the regeneration, the two warriors each demonstrated their ability to generate high heat, melting steel weapons before Inspector Wang's eyes.

The tests left no room for doubt the Extremis Serum was undeniably powerful.

Rowan also confirmed that the serum was significantly more stable when used on stronger warriors.

"Excellent… Excellent!"

Having seen enough, Inspector Wang could no longer suppress his praise. He looked at Rowan with newfound appreciation and warmth in his gaze.

"Rowan, the Extremis Serum you've brought us seems to have no issues. You mentioned you're selling it on behalf of a friend. Tell me, what terms are you seeking?"

Rowan took two seconds to think before answering.

"Inspector, I hope that the Extremis Serum can be sold exclusively through the Martial Hall. As for profits, I propose a fifty-fifty split."

"Oh? Just that?"

Inspector Wang looked visibly surprised.

This was practically handing free profit to the Limitless Martial Hall. Rowan could've easily sold this serum to any major faction.

"Yes. This serum is too important. Only the Martial Hall can ensure it's distributed without concerns or complications."

Rowan hadn't tried to drive a hard bargain, nor did he ask for rare treasures like Dragon's Blood.

A single vial of Life Essence Water officially sold for 30 billion. The Extremis Serum, once publicly released, would surely fetch at least that much possibly more.

Dragon's Blood, in comparison, had an official price tag of 160 billion. Martial Hall members could buy it for half that, 80 billion.

But Rowan wasn't worried. Once the serum went on sale, he'd be able to afford Dragon's Blood soon enough.

Inspector Wang smiled.

"You may say that, but we can't let you suffer a loss especially since you'll soon be joining the Elite Training Camp. You're one of us now. We look after our own."

He paused, then added, "Let me call the Hall Master and let him decide what terms to offer."

With that, Inspector Wang stepped into a side chamber to call Hong.

Seven or eight minutes later, he returned with a pleasant smile on his face.

"Rowan, I've spoken to Hall Master Hong. He's offering you three options. You may choose whichever one you prefer."

"Three options? Great!" Rowan immediately nodded.

He knew Hong to be generous and fair. The offers were unlikely to disappoint.

Inspector Wang began explaining, his tone deliberate.

"The first option: You give the serum's formula to the Martial Hall. In return, the Hall will treat it as a joint investment through the Limitless Marketplace and take 30% of the profits. You will receive the remaining 70%."

"What?"

Rowan was stunned. He hadn't expected Hong to be so generous. Seventy percent! Given that each serum would easily sell for over 100 billion, that kind of profit-sharing was nearly unheard of.

"What about the second option, sir?" Rowan asked, unable to contain his curiosity. If the first was already that generous, what about the others?

Inspector Wang chuckled and continued.

"The second option: We give you a one-time payment of 200 billion Earth Credits as compensation. Future profits from the serum will be split fifty-fifty."

"200 billion Earth Credits?"

Rowan's heart skipped a beat.

With the Earth-to-China credit exchange rate at 1:3.5, that was equivalent to a staggering 750 billion Chinese Credits enough to buy seven or eight doses of Dragon's Blood! And on top of that, he'd still get half of all future profits.

Rowan was deeply tempted. The Martial Hall truly had astonishing resources.

Inspector Wang noticed his hesitation and gave a knowing smile.

"Don't decide just yet. Let me tell you the third option."

"Please," Rowan said, eyes gleaming with anticipation.

"The third option: We'll give you two doses of Dragon's Blood, four portions of Jade Marrow, and one Spirit of Verdant Bloom. Furthermore, once you reach the Wargod level, you'll be given a full set of Black God Armor. In exchange, you'll receive only 10% of the future profits from the serum."

Rowan paused for just a moment, then said, "I choose the third option."

There was no hesitation in his voice.

Two vials of Dragon's Blood, four Jade Marrows, one Spirit of Verdant Bloom, and a Black God Armor set upon becoming a Wargod?

That was more than a good deal it was a goldmine.

More importantly, both the Spirit of Verdant Bloom and the Black God Armor were priceless artifacts at this stage of Earth's development. They weren't even available for purchase.

Money meant little to Rowan. What truly mattered were resources that could elevate his strength. He hadn't expected Hall Master Hong to be this generous offering treasures of such value without reservation.

"You're sure you want the third option?" Inspector Wang asked.

Rowan nodded decisively. "Yes. I'm sure."

Inspector Wang gave another approving nod.

"Then I must inform you Hall Master Hong also mentioned that under the third arrangement, the serum's price will not be set high. Initial estimates place its market value in the Limitless Marketplace at around 100 billion."

"100 billion?"

Rowan was surprised.

After all, Life Essence Water often sold for that much at high-end auctions. The Extremis Serum was far more potent yet it would be priced the same?

At that rate, with a 50% member discount in the Limitless Hall, it would cost just 50 billion. That was within reach for many advanced War Generals, and certainly affordable for any Wargod-level warrior.

Was Hong deliberately lowering the price so that more mid-to-high-tier warriors could afford it?

Rowan's mind turned quickly. He soon understood Hong's intention.

It was likely an effort to strengthen humanity's overall fighting power ensuring that warriors could go to battle against the beasts without fear of death.

It had been decades since the Great Cataclysm.

Humanity had grown stronger in many ways, but the beasts had evolved faster.

Their reproduction rates far exceeded that of humans, and in the last ten years, beast forces had begun to dominate.

Without the stalwart defenses provided by Hong and Thunderlord, who personally kept several Beast Sovereigns at bay, humanity might've already fallen.

But those two couldn't waste their power slaying low-level beasts.

As a result, beast hordes had been attacking human cities with increasing frequency.

And every time, more and more War Generals died to hold them back.

These men and women were humanity's backbone. Each loss was devastating.

Hong had likely foreseen this realized that at the current pace, humanity would be ground down to extinction.

By lowering the price of the Extremis Serum, he was trying to boost the strength and survival of humanity's mid and upper-tier warriors.

And the treasures given to Rowan the Spirit of Verdant Bloom and the Black God Armor were likely Hong's way of recognizing his contribution to that effort.
