Chapter 67 - 66: Test Papers from Top Universities, Rae Zander Strikes
CHAPTER 67: CHAPTER 66: TEST PAPERS FROM TOP UNIVERSITIES, RAE ZANDER STRIKES
"Then find a stunt double. I remember you have a fight scene next week, but with your arm like this, it won’t work."
Rae Zander furrowed her brows, glanced at Olivia Song’s arm, and spoke.
Olivia Song felt a bit swayed inside but hesitated, "Isn’t it bad to find a stunt double?"
Rae Zander shrugged indifferently, "What’s bad about it? You’re the heiress of the Song Group. What if you get hurt during the fight scene? Besides, your family is the biggest investor in the production now."
She was right.
Olivia Song’s eyes lit up. She could use a stunt double for the fight scenes, handling the rest herself.
However.
"Where can I find a stunt double in such a short time?"
Olivia Song frowned, sounding a bit disappointed.
"Leave it to me!" Rae Zander patted her chest and gave her a mysterious smile.
...
"Mr. Sia, here’s what you requested."
Charles Jordan placed the cardboard box next to the sofa and addressed the man sitting at the dining table.
Claire Green glanced up, raising an eyebrow slightly. What needed such a big box?
Her lips parted slightly, "Charles, what’s inside?"
"Review papers from previous college entrance exams from major universities nationwide and the national exam papers from every year." Charles said with a smile in his voice as he waved a paper he had taken out.
Claire Green’s eyes paused for a moment, glancing at the man elegantly having breakfast, she smiled leisurely.
"What are you planning, brother?"
Julian Sia wiped his lips leisurely, raised an eyebrow, and with a cool, deep and magnetic voice, said.
"Tutoring, since those materials were useless, let’s go over the papers."
Claire Green’s brow carried a hint of helplessness, lightly resting her forehead with her hand, wondering why this man just wouldn’t let go.
"I’m actually good at studying."
Claire Green lazily repeated what she had said not long ago.
"Hmm, I’ve looked through all your test papers and found you enjoy drawing. From today on, you can draw every day."
Julian Sia replied with meaningful interest, one corner of his lips lifting in a playful manner.
"I’m not staying here anymore," Claire Green provocatively raised her eyes and rejected slowly.
But who would have thought the man wouldn’t play by the rules?
His lips curled into a deeper smile, bold and straightforward, "Then I’ll go to your place for drawing."
Upon hearing this.
Claire Green’s gaze deepened, looking at the man calmly before she curled her lips.
Her brother was determined to tutor her.
"No place, just stay here."
Claire Green got up, leaving a faint smile with her words, grabbed the black bag nearby, and lazily walked out.
Julian Sia’s throat moved, a low chuckle slipping out.
...
"Claire, what do you think of Olivia Song now?"
John Sinclair approached as soon as he saw Claire Green, trying to sound her out.
"She won’t die," Claire Green didn’t lift her head, just lay on the table, closing her eyes.
She knew her limits; it wasn’t Olivia Song’s time yet.
Just then.
Rae Zander charged over like a raging bull.
Seeing Claire Green handle Olivia Song and still sleep so calmly, Rae Zander’s anger flared up.
But having learned from previous lessons, she didn’t dare touch Claire Green’s things, just spoke sharply, "Claire Green, get up."
"Olivia Song’s dog is here again."
Isabella Xyler sneered at her, laughing mockingly.
"Who are you calling a dog," Rae Zander glared angrily.
"Is there any other dog here besides you?" Isabella Xyler pretended to look around, then sighed slightly, "Unfortunately, everyone else is human."
Is she indirectly calling me a beast?
Rae Zander raised her hand to slap her, a triumphant look in her eyes.
I can’t hit Claire Green, but can’t I hit you?
Yet, before Rae Zander’s hand touched Isabella Xyler, a slender, jade-like hand intercepted it.
Then, she heard a cold voice telling her to get lost.
Thinking of Olivia Song lying in the hospital, Rae Zander drew courage from somewhere and started pushing with her other hand.
Tsk.
Claire Green withdrew her hand, wiped it with a tissue, and a look of annoyance and disgust appeared in her eyes.
"One minute, say what you have to say and get out."
Her eyes showed coldness, her voice mixed with impatience.
"You made Olivia like this, shouldn’t you apologize?"
As soon as she finished.
John Sinclair and the others looked at her with expressions that seemed to say, Are you out of your mind?
Claire never apologizes for anything she does.
"Idiot," Claire Green’s face was indifferent, "What are you thinking?"
"Claire Green, don’t go too far," Rae Zander’s voice was trembling with anger.
The people of Class Six watched with great interest, marveling at the unfolding drama.
Ever since Claire joined, Class Six became even more famous, with all sorts of exciting events occurring.
Claire Green curled her lips, "Am I going too far?"
John Sinclair and the others shook their heads in unison.
"Not at all. I think it could be even better," John Sinclair gave Rae Zander a cold glance, his tone playful.
"Right, compared to that little white flower, Claire is simply an angel." Isabella Xyler’s eyes sparkled as she spoke her mind.
That pretentious little white flower like Olivia Song can’t even compare to a single strand of Claire’s hair.
"You all," Rae Zander looked at them in disbelief, "just because of a blood donation, she treats the Song family and Olivia like this. You know, after the donation, the Song family adopted her to repay her."
Rae Zander, in anger, blurted out without thinking.
Little did she expect this to become explosively big news for those unaware.
At this moment, everyone in class was wide-eyed, full of anticipation.
Please continue, what’s next?
Sebastian Winn scoffed, full of sarcasm, "Even a three-year-old wouldn’t believe such words, yet you’re rushing to believe it."
"A brain is a good thing, I suggest you bring it along next time you come over."
Isabella Xyler’s lips curled, her eyes icy cold.
Claire Green’s gaze turned cold, uttering two words, "Wanna die?"
Rae Zander, too angry to think straight, was visibly shaken by the threat, her expression turning savage.
Various images flashed quickly through her mind.
Finally, she bit her lip and spoke, "Claire Green, do you dare to bet with me? If I win, you apologize to Olivia."
Claire Green raised an eyebrow, responding with a meaningful "Oh," casually, "Go ahead, what’s the bet."
Rae Zander’s eyes lit up, "Final exam results. If your score is higher than mine, you win."
In an instant.
John Sinclair kicked the table and dug his ear, his eyes glaring fiercely at her, "Say that again?"
"What, afraid?" Rae Zander raised her voice, trying to appear less scared.
Isabella Xyler sneered, "Everyone in school knows Claire’s academic performance, and you call this a bet."
Rae Zander knew she was in the wrong but continued to provoke on the surface.
"There’s still some time before the finals. She can find someone to tutor her."
"What rubbish, why don’t you compete in something Claire is good at," Sebastian Winn directly cursed in anger.
Starting to cram now is too late, even a genius couldn’t climb from the bottom to the top twenty in such a short time.
People from Class Six nodded in agreement, knowing Rae Zander’s bet was entirely in her favor.
Just as everyone was about to refuse.
Claire Green gave a shallow smile, her voice plain, "Alright, since you proposed, let’s make it big."
Rae Zander was delighted when she agreed and unthinkingly said, "Alright, your move."
"If you win, I’ll apologize. But if you lose, you’ll wear a sign that says ’Idiot’ and slap your master in front of the whole school."
