"Yuan, wait—what are you talking about?" Chairman Mao stepped quickly in front of Lee Jinhyuk, pretending to shield the alpha from the furious S-class omega.

Shen Yuan’s raised voice instantly drew the attention of the resting guild masters. In seconds, they gathered around—only to spot the four unconscious staff members Bai Tingfeng was casually dragging behind Shen Yuan.

"What’s this?" Several of them asked.

Unlucky for them, Shen Yuan and Chairman Mao, these cunning schemers, don’t have time to answer them. They are too immersed in acting the good cop, bad cop skit that they impulsively start.

Chairman Mao thought that he was hearing things, so to verify whether he had misheard or not, he inquiringly looked at Bai Tingfeng. However... he saw no face.

Bai Tingfeng already face-palmed himself.

"If they are not in a secluded spot in the forest to film me, then tell me, did they bring a camera with them?" Shen Yuan pressed. His fiery temper did not lessen even after the long silence from Lee Jinhyuk.

He can’t disclose this. The awakened power listed in his name back in Country S was a mere power-up ability, which was obviously just a cover. His mirror warp ability was only known by members of the Cardinals.

In an instant, Lee Jinhyuk’s production team acted like wild animals, revealing their weapons and running frantically into the forest.

Lee Jinhyuk also put his all to shake off the foxfire beasts, and when he freed his one hand, he immediately took out a Mage Killer Dagger from his chest pocket.

His eyes searched for the rucksack when, suddenly, it flew away from his reach and then landed exactly on Xia Jinhai’s hand.

His entire body shook in panic. No! They shouldn’t see what’s inside!

However, Xia Jinhai brashly turned the bag upside down and took out all its contents.

"This is..." Xia Jinhai’s pupils contracted upon recognising the peculiar devices. "A small-sized mana diffusion device."

"The Cardinals..." Murmurs are heard among the crowd.

With all his secrets out, Lee Jinhyuk abandoned his desire to fight back and decided to go for a run.

He sprinted away, catching the watching audience off guard.

"Shit! After him!"

"Fuck all your mind games, Shen Yuan! Yes, I am part of the Cardinals! However, if you think that I will just lie down, waiting for you to capture me. You are mistaken! I will never let you capture me— even if that kills me!" Lee Jinhyuk screamed at the top of his lungs.
