The roars of the giant beasts shook the heavens, and the ground trembled violently. As the battle shifted to the river, the splashes from the beasts’ brawling turned into a torrential spray, transforming into a stunning rainbow bridge under the sunlight.

Beneath the resplendent rainbow bridge, Qin Shou leisurely approached the calmly smiling Charming Eyes, his lips curling into a slight smirk.

With a wave of his hand, he strode towards Charming Eyes and slapped them hard on the head.

"What’s so funny? Starting now, you’re my prisoner." Qin Shou barked, hands on his hips.

Charming Eyes clutched their head, their face a picture of disbelief.

No way... Mother said that in the face of danger, as long as I hid my fear, the enemy would hesitate and not dare to act.

So, did Mother lie to me?

Or... was my smile actually the problem?

Suddenly, Qin Shou delivered another slap to the top of Charming Eyes’ head.

"What are you glaring at me for?

Big deal, so you’ve got lots of eyes?

His eyes lit up as he prepared to capture both Charming Eyes and the monster within their Magic Eye for the System Space.

However, the situation shifted rapidly, and the monster inside the Magic Eye awoke faster than Qin Shou anticipated.

The shriek echoed through the skies, and at such a close distance, Qin Shou’s eardrums instantly burst from the sound. His mind reeled, and his consciousness blurred.

Moments later, the bloody Magic Eye shot out a beam of white light, triggering a sky-scorching blaze of blue flames that coalesced into a massive Blue Flame Phoenix.

The phoenix howled in ecstasy, its body engulfed in intense blue flames that seemed to distort the very fabric of space with their searing heat.

Below, swathes of forest ignited in towering blue blazes, the river’s water vaporized, and dense steam quickly enveloped the surface.

The monsters battling in the river instinctively halted, looking up at the hovering Blue Flame Phoenix in the sky, their bodies trembling from the immense pressure and scorching heat.

On the riverbank, Qin Shou’s clothes spontaneously caught fire. Groot slapped the flames out, but they ignited again almost immediately.

Revitalized by Life Energy, Qin Shou recovered quickly; his burst eardrums regenerated, and his mind cleared.

Stripping off the tattered remains of his clothes, he stood bare-chested, gazing grimly at the nearly omnipotent Blue Flame Phoenix above.

Charming Eyes laughed weakly, "Earthling, you and your monsters will all be reduced to nothing under this Blue Flame Phoenix’s annihilating heat..."

"Shut up, you’re so damn chatty."

Qin Shou casually tossed Charming Eyes into the System Space, then stood up to face the hovering Blue Flame Phoenix.

Having the word "Undying" in its name doesn’t necessarily mean it’s an Undying Monster.
