In the penthouse of a towering building in New York, the members of Block 7 gathered around the detailed map of the New White House, which was set on the wooden table.

A blinding light shone from above as a gorgeous lady explained what they needed to do for the infiltration and assassination of the President.

"The security detail provided by Block 1 is rotated every hour. These Jaegers secure every corner of the New White House and provide a substantial defensive network."

"Even if a True Blood appeared and tried destroying the New White House, the President would already be deep underground by then."

Hearing Francine's explanation, everyone nodded while Alastair maintained a bored expression. If it were up to her, a single gesture would have killed the President.

But that would be too obvious.

The Seventh Division would be deemed the primary suspects of the assassination. The bridges between the Federation and them would be completely burned down.

"News outlets are already dispersing the information about those federal facilities. Riots are currently spreading throughout the New World."

"Unfortunately, the Clan is preparing for war. The Federation could use the vampires as an outlet for the people's frustrations."

"Successfully changing the subject."

Francine already knew what the Federation planned to do regarding the scattered news. Propaganda channels would start churning out about how unity was crucial for humanity.

To protect their freedom and liberty against the upcoming threat of the Vampires, the people would have no choice but to give up and let the Federal Government handle the invaders.

"Apologies about that... I didn't expect those Vampires to be pissed off." Damien wryly smiled since his latest operation dealt a heavy blow to the Clan.

The Southern Frontier extended a hundred kilometers south. Their northernmost strongholds had fallen. Their northern cities were left defenseless.

If the Federation truly dared, they would be able to besiege the northernmost city of the Clan, and the Vampires wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

Sadly, the status quo was already enough for the politicians in the New World. They'd rather not change it. Even if the Federation collapsed in the far future, what does that have to do with them?

"No need to apologize... It was because of you that I discovered a perfect cause of death for the President." While Francine's smile was somewhat gentle.

Everyone couldn't help but feel chills echoing throughout their bodies. For such words to be spoken in quite a maternal tone. The juxtaposition was clear.

"While we could use accidents as the cause of death, it wouldn't be enough for the Federation or Block 1. If they discovered a single clue that it wasn't."

"They would pursue it no matter what. None of them would stop until the suspects are discovered and prosecuted."

"With this in mind, there is only one thing we need to do." Francine raised a finger, her sapphire-like eyes shining brightly behind her golden-tinted glasses

"We have to provide a plausible culprit to the Federation and Block 1. Someone or something with clear motives as to why they assassinated the President."

"Are you proposing we use the Clan?" Framing the Vampire was indeed possible, especially with the Neurophage in Damien's arsenal.

Controlling a Vampire Noble wouldn't be easy, but it also wouldn't be too hard. The President would be eliminated, while the Federation can concentrate its efforts on the southern frontier.

"If we frame the vampires of the assassination, we need to do it quick. Otherwise, the southern frontier wouldn't be able to last long against a full invasion of the Clan."

"The Third Paragon disappeared with no signs of him found alongside the opponent he fought. According to some intelligence, the Clan also has no idea about his status."

"Even the True Blood fighting against him also disappeared."

Damien added, prompting others to nod in agreement. Now that everyone was on the same path, Francine continued. "We don't technically need to have the True Blood directly on the scene."

"The only thing we need to do is point them to the plausibility. We only have to provide the suspect if they manage to actually find him."

Their plan was much simpler than ever before. Not much had changed, save for the simple detail that the True Blood they had framed must be nearby.

At the very least, a hundred kilometers near the New White House.

"I'll capture the True Blood." Alastair joined in their conversation, her expression clearly stating that she'd rather be somewhere else than here.

"Alright..." Francine wasn't against it since the Seventh Paragon could capture a Vampire Noble without attracting any attention. Her capabilities ensured its success.

Without waiting for any more response, Alastair snapped her fingers and teleported out of the penthouse. Now that their leader had gone to capture a Vampire Noble, it was time for them to do their jobs.

Francine turned her attention towards Damien. "Can you take down the cameras of the New White House?"

She wasn't ignorant about her junior's technological abilities. Even though she didn't know when Damien had acquired such power, it was considerably disrespectful to ask.

After all, details about one's power tend to be a part of their deck of cards. The information was vital for battle, so it would be understandable if this knowledge wasn't publicly revealed.

Damien thought about it for a moment before nodding in agreement. "I can do it, but I would have to be considerably closer. It must not be over 500 kilometers away from me."

"I see... So the range isn't global, huh?" Francine pondered to herself, racking her brains. If their opponents were not the Block 1, she wouldn't have been hesitant.

But the reconnaissance capabilities of those bastards weren't to be underestimated. Anything within a thousand kilometers near the New White House was under surveillance.

It might seem too much, but this was the New World. Metahumans weren't rare anymore, popping up like cabbages.

Anyone with a Brand could kill a normal human in some mysterious way. Their paranoid surveillance network, under this context, was completely understandable.

"The time of the security rotation is unknown. Even more so about Block 1's reconnaissance capabilities." Francine turned her attention towards the clock and uttered.

"But there is a one-minute loose moment in one of the rotations. That would be during the noon, when the night shifts would replace the morning shifts."

Even though they didn't need to complicate things when assassinating the President, it was to make his murder plausible for someone to enact.

A sign it wasn't the work of an overpowered and unknown brand. After all, people who could wield such strange powers were counted by hand.

One prime example would be Damien's ghost monster, Yuki. If she were revealed during the assassination, it wouldn't take long for Block 1 to unveil that she wasn't an actual person.

This meant that she was an entity born from Aether.

With Damien's growing reputation as an Aberrant who could summon monsters. Even if the Federation had no evidence, they would pin the crime on him.

Of course, this was the worst-case scenario.

"This window of opportunity will be when Damien assassinates the President. You will be accompanied by your partner, Hecate. The two of you must drive around a nearby city randomly."

"A clear destination must be in mind, since it would be suspicious for a car to be driving in circles." Francine glanced at the crimson-haired Vampire, who nodded.

"That's not a problem." Hecate grinned at her senior while Damien pondered about the Paranormal Monsters he must utilize to assassinate the President.

While some Paranormal Monsters were perfect for the assassination, their abilities take too much time to affect their targets. On the other hand, some monsters attracted too much attention.

Especially the Wraith Queen and Ootakemaru, the better-suited Paranormal Monsters were Yuki-Onna. The Shadow Wolf wouldn't be able to invade the New White House with ease.

After all, its size had grown significantly after its evolution.

"So, in the end... Yuki will assassinate him, huh?"
