CHAPTER 414: CHAPTER 414: KEEP THEM AWAY FROM US

The others were so tired of Kane’s restless energy, and Philip decided to hand his phone to him and told him to play some games.

"Having fun with your game?" Chantelle asked sarcastically. Kane was supposed to be fishing as punishment, but instead, he was playing with his phone.

"What a dumb game. I finished everything in ten minutes. Uncle Philip, why did you download a game for kids? You..."

Kane froze when he realized what he had just said. He quickly turned off the phone and tossed it back to Philip. "Oh, Uncle Philip asked me to help him with the game. You know me, I love helping others."

"Kane Bentley!" Chantelle’s voice thundered so loudly that it startled the three adults and Stephanie.

Meanwhile, Stephanie was clearly enjoying watching Kane get into trouble.

"Look, Mommy! So many dolphins! Daddy, you’re so romantic. Your wife must be the luckiest girl in the world!" Kane tried to change the topic and looked at his father to ask for help. His eyes were practically begging in silence, "Help me, Daddy! I owe you big time."

"I..." Daniel quickly froze under Chantelle’s furious glare. All he could do was fake a cough and silently pray for Kane.

"Come here right now, Kane Bentley. I’ll make sure you learn your lesson today." Chantelle chased after Kane across the deck. She made sure not to run too fast, afraid he might faint again because of his injury.

But Kane didn’t care about his wound. He ran and shouted, "Look at the dolphins, Mommy! Look at them! They’re so beautiful! Do you know how much effort Daddy put into this show? Don’t miss it. You always ignore Daddy when he tries to impress you. All the guards here admire him. Don’t make him look bad."

Kane ran straight into the group of security guards who were watching the dolphins. One after another, they tried to calm Chantelle down.

"Ma’am, Mr. Wilson prepared this show just for you. Please do him this honor."

"That’s right. You can deal with your son later. You don’t see something like this every day."

Daniel quickly took the chance to lead Chantelle to the best viewing spot, away from the others. As the dolphins leapt high into the air, Daniel said, "You shouldn’t be too pessimistic about the medications."

Chantelle already knew where the conversation was heading. "We’re here, so Kane can be as reckless as he wants. But when I’m gone, no one will be able to control him. What if he does something foolish and gets himself hurt?"

"You’re underestimating Kane," Daniel gently uttered. "He’s naughty, but he’s not out of control. Trust me, you’ll be fine after the medications."

Just then, the dolphin closest to them leapt out of the water and splashed them both. Chantelle burst out laughing, and Daniel couldn’t help but join her. The other dolphins stared at them, as if wondering what was so funny.

"They’re adorable," Chantelle said while smiling.

Seeing that she was finally enjoying herself, Daniel signaled the dolphin trainer nearby. At once, the dolphins began performing a series of tricks, drawing gasps and cheers from the crowd.

"I want that dolphin! I want to ride it and kill all the monsters!" Kane shouted excitedly when he realized the attention on him had faded.

Stephanie quickly spotted the dolphin trainer. She walked over to him with a polite smile. The trainer then called a dolphin to come closer to the yacht so Stephanie could touch or even kiss it.

Kane saw Stephanie with the dolphin and immediately wanted to join them. "I’m here, my dolphin warrior!" he yelled.

Railer followed him, giving Kane a warning to be careful. But Kane ignored him the moment he saw the dolphin.

"Come on, Rai. I’ll carry you so you can touch the dolphin." Kane stood at the edge of the yacht. He didn’t ask for help from the trainer or the guards. Instead, he turned toward Railer.

Kane wrapped his arms around Railer’s waist and lifted him up. His face turned red from the effort. "Can you touch it?" he asked.

"Yes, it’s my turn to carry you now," Railer replied.

Kane put him down and climbed up the railing like a monkey. The top half of his body hung dangerously over the edge. "It’s fine, I can touch it myself," he said.

The security guards rushed over and quickly pulled Kane back. At the same time, they formed a barrier in front of the railing to make sure Chantelle wouldn’t notice what had just happened.

"Mr. Wilson, a small boat is coming toward us. Our men checked it and found that it has a leak. They’re asking us to take them ashore," the bodyguard said as he walked up to Daniel and pointed to the right.

"Let them come aboard and put them in a cabin farther away," Daniel said with a nod, glancing in the direction the guard pointed. "Keep them away from us."

The bodyguard left to carry out the order.

Chantelle looked in the same direction and saw the bodyguards helping several women onto the yacht. They were all wearing swimsuits and had striking figures. Two of them were Demacians.

When Daniel noticed a few men in swimming trunks coming up from the back, he quickly blocked in front of Chantelle’s view and said, "Stop looking. Let’s go get something to eat."

With a small smile, Chantelle nodded and walked toward Philip and the others.

She wondered if the dolphins’ impressive performance earlier had scared away all the small fish they had caught.

"Bring Kane here. We’ve seen enough dolphins. It’s time to focus on fishing. There will be no lunch today if you don’t catch anything," Chantelle said to the bodyguard beside her.

The bodyguard immediately went to find Kane. At that moment, Kane was busy learning how to train dolphins with the trainer. His face fell the moment he heard they were going fishing.

"Can I do my punishment tomorrow, Mommy? I’m learning how to train the dolphins to do tricks," Kane said as he ran over and wrapped his arms around Chantelle’s leg, begging for mercy.

Railer followed him. Only Stephanie stayed behind, playing with the dolphins while the bodyguards watched her.

"When did you learn to negotiate, Kane? You can choose between fishing or a one-month Internet ban," Chantelle said. She believed Kane needed to learn something from today, or he would grow up without proper discipline.

"The last Internet ban isn’t even over yet, and you want to ban me again?" Kane groaned, covering his face with his hand.
