CHAPTER 101: 101, UNCLE MO IS SO NAUGHTY!

When Titus Zane arrived at the club, everyone in the private room was taken aback.

Not for any other reason, but for her haggard appearance.

In just a few days, Titus Zane had noticeably lost weight, her already petite face now slightly hollowed at the cheeks, looking even taller with her slim figure, adding to her cool demeanor an ethereal charm.

"Fairy sister!" Sophie Foster jumped up from her chair to greet her, warmly taking Titus Zane’s hand, "I haven’t seen you in a few days, how did you get so slim? Are you on a diet? Please tell me your effective method, I want to lose weight too."

Before Titus Zane could answer, from behind, Nicholas Croft preemptively spoke with a deep, commanding voice that brooked no refusal.

"No way!"

Sophie Foster turned her head and scrunched her nose at Nicholas Croft, defiantly saying, "I’m going to lose weight, I don’t care what you say!" Then she turned back with a face full of curiosity.

"Fairy sister, come on, tell me, what method is so effective."

Titus Zane managed a smile, but said nothing.

Nathan Moore, who had been playing with his phone with his head bowed, stood up and walked over with long strides. When he reached Titus Zane, he stretched out an arm, wrapping it around her shoulders. Titus Zane glanced at the large hand that had landed on her shoulder, her cool gaze showing little emotion as she followed Nathan Moore to the sofa.

"Bully!" Sophie Foster glared at Nathan Moore’s retreating figure, wrinkled her nose in frustration, stomped her foot, and walked back to Nicholas Croft’s side, grabbing his large palm before turning to sit on his lap, tilting her little face backward to look over.

"Nicholas, Nathan is so mean, he doesn’t even let me chat with fairy sister."

"Hmm, let’s just ignore him." Nicholas Croft lowered his gaze, wrapped his arms tighter around Sophie Foster, pulling her into his embrace, and looked at the little face turned up to him, his indulgence limitless.

"Titus Zane, you’re here."

Mia Foster stood up and came over to the sofa, sitting down next to Titus Zane.

Being assertive herself, she felt a sympathy from the bottom of her heart for Titus Zane’s subservient nature, or rather, a protective desire emerged.

So, even having met her only twice, she inexplicably took a liking to Titus Zane, enjoying being near her.

"Miss Foster." Titus Zane greeted with a faint smile, but that smile seemed somewhat insincere.

Nathan Moore leaned forward, picked up a pack of cigarettes from the coffee table, and pulled out one to hold between his lips, turning his gaze to Titus Zane with a clear intent.

Seeing no reaction, he reached out again for the lighter, holding it playfully in his hand, in no rush to light the cigarette.

After nearly a year of being together, how could Titus Zane not understand his intentions? However, since refusing to leave with Logan Ray, her heart had become numb, indifferent to anything around her, and thus, despite Nathan Moore’s repeated hints, she acted as if she hadn’t noticed.

Mia Foster, sitting beside her, felt somewhat awkward.

Men, especially successful ones, needed to save face, especially in front of friends.

Just as she wondered how to alleviate the awkwardness, she heard Sophie Foster sitting on Nicholas Croft’s lap across from them, raise her hand pointed at Nathan Moore, complaining grievously.

"Nicholas, look at Nathan, he knows how harmful second-hand smoke is and he still smokes! I’m still a flower of the motherland, if I get choked by the smoke and don’t grow taller, who is responsible!"

Uttering nonsense was just Sophie Foster’s way.

Obviously addicted to smoking more than anyone, she now had the audacity to blame others so self-righteously.

But then, no one else knew she only smoked in front of Nicholas, and of course, he doted on her.

Thus, she had developed such a spoiled demeanor.

However, it was this very spoiled nature that caused her to miss her chance with Nicholas Croft.
