Thanks to the surge of resources and techniques drawn from the Dragon Ball Realm, the Federation's overall combat power had skyrocketed, rising by nearly one-third in under six months.
At this pace, it would take only a few more years before Great Xia's strength eclipsed that of every other federation on Blue Star. After all, none of the other federations could yet claim to possess a fully established pathway to the Seventh Tier.
But the Great Xia Federation could.
So long as their warriors could awaken the legendary transformation of the Super Saiyan, they could ascend to Tier Seven. And the full Super Saiyan transformation sequence, the triggers, mental states, and energy thresholds, had all been provided by Jiang Chen.
With that knowledge in hand, and given the natural talent of today's dimensional loggers, nearly anyone with even passable aptitude could eventually achieve it, so long as they didn't act recklessly or waste the opportunity.
Jiang Chen smiled faintly, but didn't think much of it.
For him, aiding the Great Xia Federation was merely a casual gesture, hardly worth fussing over.
"By the way, Minister Zhang," Jiang Chen said, as if suddenly remembering something. "Have there been any recent world descents or high-tier invasions?"
"None of major concern, as of now. Most incursion events lately have come from Tier Three or Tier Four realms. There've only been three recorded incidents involving Sixth Tier world invasions. As for Tier Seven or higher… nothing new has been confirmed." Zhang Tao paused, furrowed his brow slightly, and then gave a thoughtful reply.
Jiang Chen nodded, a flicker of surprise in his eyes.
He had assumed that during his absence, Great Xia might have faced catastrophic assaults, but clearly, things had remained relatively stable.
Not a single Tier Seven world had descended.
For the current strength of Great Xia, that level of threat was still manageable.
"That said…" Zhang Tao added, his eyes narrowing slightly. "There's news from the Civilization Lighthouse. A powerful dimensional realm has descended, and its classification is… unclear. It's said to involve a pantheon, specifically, the Norse gods." He paused again, as if retrieving the information from memory.
"The Norse Pantheon?" Jiang Chen raised an eyebrow.
"Yes. Word is, a malevolent god entity has manifested within that realm. From initial scans, the realm seems to fall under the category of a mythological evolution world… but we haven't been able to pinpoint its exact tier. What we do know is this: it's almost certainly Tier Seven or above." Zhang Tao's voice carried both awe and concern.
Jiang Chen's heart stirred.
"Minister Zhang, do you have any records or intelligence on it? I'd like to take a look."
"Naturally." Zhang Tao nodded without hesitation. "Please wait a moment."
He gave a quick command, and a nearby staff member retrieved a set of sealed scrolls, translucent data crystals embedded with flowing runes, the standard format for cross-federation intelligence sharing.
While such exchanges were common, they usually contained only baseline data, a surface overview of the invading world, key entities, and environmental hazards.
This time was no exception.
Jiang Chen received the materials and immediately scanned through them at a rapid speed.
Moments later, he set the documents down, his expression calm but knowing. Based on Zhang Tao's earlier explanation, Jiang Chen had already formed a few theories.
Now, those theories were confirmed. The so-called Norse mythological realm was, in fact, the Avengers World.
And clearly, compared to the Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya Realms, the Avengers dimension was an entirely different kind of battleground.
It is dangerous. Deceptive. And certainly not to be underestimated.
In the animated series, the threat might not have been obvious, but in the original comics, the reality was vastly different. It was clear now: while the Great Xia Federation had been synchronizing with powerful major realms, similar realm descents were occurring across other sectors of Blue Star.
After the Second Dimensional Convergence, the caliber of invading worlds had climbed dramatically.
The escalation wasn't linear; it was geometric.
"Minister Zhang, I'd like you to monitor these higher-tier realms closely," Jiang Chen said after a pause, his gaze steady. "If any intel surfaces, notify me immediately."
"Understood!" Zhang Tao nodded in agreement.
But even after that nod, he hesitated, his brows furrowed, as if something weighed on him. After a moment's struggle, he finally spoke.
"Mr. Jiang Chen… Is there something you've deduced?"
His tone carried a faint tremor, nervous anticipation hidden behind formal respect.
"If my hunch is correct," Jiang Chen said slowly, "this new realm isn't just a Tier Seven domain. It's likely at least Tier Nine… possibly even beyond that."
Zhang Tao looked confused, prompting Jiang Chen to clarify.
He didn't call it a Tier Ten world yet, because the nature of this so-called "Avengers Realm" remained uncertain. Was it anchored in its cinematic timeline, or did it originate from the comic continuity?
If it were based on the comics, then without a doubt, it would rival the Dragon Ball Realm and the Saint Seiya Cosmos in terms of depth, scale, and sheer power. But if it stemmed from the live-action television series, its power ceiling would be far more limited.
Even though the cinematic universe painted a vast and impressive picture, at most it could be ranked as a peak Tier Eight or borderline Tier Nine world.
It simply couldn't match the titanic foundations of Saint Seiya or Dragon Ball. Still, despite these distinctions, Jiang Chen's words had deeply shaken Zhang Tao.
"M-Mr. Jiang Chen… you're being serious?" he stammered.
Even with only a surface-level understanding of the Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya realms, Zhang Tao knew full well how terrifying those dimensions were. Now Jiang Chen was claiming that a new world, one possibly on the same level, was descending.
That was no small matter.
"I am," Jiang Chen replied, his voice calm. "Though I haven't confirmed it fully yet."
He had no reason to hide his insight. After all, at his level, withholding information served no purpose. Understanding a single realm could be considered strategic foresight, but having insight into most major worlds? That wasn't strategy anymore. That was omniscience.
And right now, Jiang Chen had little to worry about.
On all of Blue Star, he was an unrivaled force.
None could stand against him.
Even if every Tier Seven expert on the planet joined forces, they likely wouldn't survive a single strike from him. And even he didn't know the limits of his current power.
His base combat strength sat at 150 million.
Super Saiyan 4 and the Saiyan God form were no longer trump cards; they were simply his foundation. With time, the forces of the Saint Seiya Realm had begun fusing into him.
The Eighth Sense, the ultimate Cosmo, and the power of Omega, all of it was being integrated into his being.
Each of these powers, on its own, would be enough to dominate Blue Star.
But Jiang Chen possessed all four. This had already created a divide, an unbridgeable gap, between him and all other extraordinary entities on the planet.
Unless a far more formidable world descended to forcibly reset the balance…
That gap would remain impossible to close.
(Just to explain, the damaged Apollo is still Apollo, one of the four great Sovereigns, whose strength is not something ordinary gods can compare to. Omega, even the fragment of it, has not yet been reached, making it impossible to match Apollo. Of course, the main reason the protagonist knows he is doomed and did not struggle, he simply relinquished this identity. However, Apollo is not in a good position either, having been severely injured and unable to resurface.)
