CHAPTER 41: CHAPTER 41: COME TO THE COMPANY AND KEEP ME COMPANY!

"I got it!"

After going through it once, Summer Shawcross had already memorized all the steps. Noah Drexler let go of her hand, and she earnestly began to help him tie his tie.

Before long, the tie was done...

But looking at the crooked tie she tied, Summer’s expression instantly became extremely embarrassed.

Tying a tie seemed simple enough, but when actually doing it, it wasn’t that easy. Although she followed the steps Noah taught her, the result was far from ideal.

"Um... it looks a bit strange. It’s my first time and I’m a bit rusty. Let me undo it, and you can tie it yourself..." she chuckled awkwardly, and quickly reached out, trying to untie the tie from Noah’s neck.

But just as her hand was about to touch the tie, Noah’s body dodged away.

"No need."

"But..." Summer was full of concern. Was he really planning to go out like this? Wearing a tie like that, he’d be laughed at.

Yet Noah appeared indifferent, instead taking the suit hanging nearby and putting it on.

Just as he was about to turn and leave, he suddenly remembered something, bowed his head, and his thin lips stopped by Summer’s ear.

"Come to the office and keep me company this afternoon!" he said softly, his voice full of irrefutability.

"Oh..." Summer instinctively nodded, readily agreeing.

Upon hearing this, the man’s thin lips curved into a slight smile, then he turned around and walked out.

Downstairs, Sean Morgan had long since been waiting by the door for Noah Drexler.

Noah came downstairs, and Simon Morgan raised his hand to open the door of the black sedan that was parked at the entrance.

Just as Noah stopped in front of the car, ready to get in, the butler couldn’t help but speak up.

"Sir, your tie..."

The butler’s voice sounded, and Sean couldn’t help but look at Noah’s tie as well. Seeing the awkwardly tied tie, Sean also displayed a surprised expression.

Everyone at The Hillside Villa knew Noah Drexler had a severe case of OCD. Not only did his clothes have to strictly adhere to his desired size and color, but they also couldn’t have any wrinkles. Naturally, he wouldn’t allow his tie to look like such a mess.

"Let me help you retie it." The butler said, reaching out to help Noah with the tie, only for Noah to suddenly raise his arm, preventing him.

"There’s no need!" Noah said nonchalantly, and with that, he turned around and got into the car.

Seeing this, the expressions on both the butler’s and Sean’s faces shifted. They exchanged glances, both looking utterly baffled...

Not long after Noah left The Hillside Villa, Summer Shawcross also got ready to head out and instructed the villa driver to take her to the entertainment company.

On her way to the company, Summer received two initial song demos from Zeke Sawyer, which surprised her. She knew Zeke was quick and good at composing, but she hadn’t expected he’d already sent her two songs.

So she put on her headphones and sat quietly in the car, listening.

After listening to both tracks a few times, Summer was sure that approaching Zeke was absolutely the right choice.

The style of these two songs was exactly what Summer liked—peaceful yet melodious tunes that matched the unique quality of her voice, rather than the current trend of crowd-pleasing pop songs.
