CHAPTER 281: REAL ROSE

The woman fully manifested in the air and looked around.

As soon as her eyes laid on Ethan, who was now fully unconscious, her cold eyes turned soft instantly.

A teardrop fell from those angelic eyes.

"Finally, I have found you."

There were sadness, pain, excitement, happiness, and unimaginable love in those eyes of hers for the man.

She was glowing like a goddess.

Her presence demanded absolute submission from all sorts of life forms, even from non-living things too.

If Ethan could see her face right now, that horny bastard might have pounced on her, because she was the very pinnacle version of Rose without a single flaw in her.

She wanted to go and touch Ethan, but something was not letting her do that. Maybe it was guilt, pride, shame, or something else.

Then her eyes turned cold as usual.

"Yumiko, so you have found him before me. Looks like your devotion to him was really out of creation. I respect you for that."

Then the system voice could be heard for the first time, which Ethan never heard. He always saw notifications and messages from the system, but not her voice.

It was an ethereal sound, as beautiful as Rose herself. Not the normal Rose but the manifested Rose.

[I thank you for your praise, mistress. But I am nothing without master. My entire existence belongs to him and him alone.]

Rose didn’t say anything and looked at Ethan’s sleeping face with pure tenderness in her eyes.

She wanted to hug the man but couldn’t. An immense sorrow was eating her alive.

"Please take care of him. I can see my another version met him before, but that was my worst personality, and she even failed to make him smile. What a shame."

But suddenly, her eyes turned chillingly cold. Killing intent that could shake the very definition of existence started gushing out from her.

[Mistress, please calm down. Your pressure can destroy everything under the Origin dimension. Master’s whole family is here in the 3rd dimension, and he loves them with his soul.]

When Rose heard Yumiko’s, or rather the system’s voice, her anger vanished into thin air, and she came to her normal self instantly.

Rose couldn’t help but laugh out meekly even in her serious moment.

Rose soon faded away.

But the system’s voice could still be heard, "Don’t worry, mistress. As long as I am with him, even the Origin Ruler will have to go through my dead body to do anything to him."

After an unknown period of time, Ethan slowly opened his eyes.

"What was that power? It felt out of existence. System, do you know what happened?"

A message immediately came from the system.

When Ethan saw the message, his eyes were wide open.

Rose was so awesome? He thought in his mind.

Then he looked at unconscious Rose and immediately activated his healing skill on her.

After a few moments, Rose opened her eyes.

"What happened, Ethan? I can’t remember anything," Rose asked him slowly.

"Me neither. But I think you have awakened your talent. Tell me, what is it?"

Rose jumped up into a standing position from the ground.

"Are you sure? Have I really awakened a talent?" She didn’t even wait for Ethan’s answer and checked after closing her eyes.

After a few seconds, she started jumping up and down. She felt boundless joy inside her right now and then pounced on him.

"Thank you, Ethan, thank you so much."

Ethan smiled and rubbed the back of her head.

"I told you, right? See? Did I lie to you?"

Rose just shook her head in his embrace and didn’t say anything.

"Sorry, my prince charming, I have fallen hard for this man. You should stop coming into my dream from now on."

Ethan then canceled the Ultimate Domain, and Rose also released him. Her face was red, eyes were moist.

"Let’s go. We should register you as an adventurer. The hunter guild will ask many unnecessary questions otherwise. By the way, what is your talent called?"

"It is called ’Sword God,’ but I don’t know its rank. But it sure sounds fancy, don’t you think so?" she asked with an excited tone.

She was double happy and killed some monsters brutally to share her happiness.

System didn’t answer this question. No one except Ethan could make this comment about that woman who was currently watching Ethan inside Rose.

Yumiko had already gulped down hard 10 times.

Inside Rose’s consciousness, the real Rose snorted coldly.

"Stinky husband, just wait. Once you become powerful enough to handle my pressure, I’ll teach you a lesson in the bed, huh."

But she couldn’t stop her smile. This was the first time she had seen Ethan laughing so loudly.

It felt heavenly to her. She could literally destroy anything to see this smile again and again.

If Rose became worried from his words and went berserk, who would stop her? No one could.

He didn’t ask any more questions and started watching Rose’s battle, who was hunting monsters with a satisfied look on her face.
