CHAPTER 233: NEW EXISTENCE

"...Where...am I?" I wake up rubbing my eyes, feeling strange. I look around, seeing an enormous white room, like really big. I’m also lying on an absurdly soft bed, which is also very large.

"My...hands are small?" I look at my hands, they’re strangely small for the standard, not a child’s hand, but undoubtedly small and very soft hands.

While one of my eyes is green while the other is black, plus my skin is no longer pale and my size is quite short, probably around 140 to 150 centimeters or so.

"..." Soon Nyzz enters one of the rooms and puts me in a chair while she sits in another.

"Shizune, here’s the thing, you know Yui is life, right?" she asks, and I just nod, still trying to understand what she did and why.

"It happens that the level of chaos in existence has increased a lot, probably because Nyarlisse was doing a lot of things, but it happens that the higher her influence on existence, the more unstable it becomes if it is not corrected or has a counterweight."

"I never asked for this, I never asked you to kill Yui! Even more out of selfishness!" She herself admitted that it was because she still didn’t want to die.

"I don’t care if you want this or not, don’t be ungrateful, because of this you are now important, do you know how many humans, mortals, and even goddesses would want to be in your place?"

"I hope you enjoy your new existence, and we’ll see each other at the next meeting between the concepts, as life is now your duty to participate in this, the next one will probably happen in 3 to 15 mortal days because everyone felt that a new life has emerged."

"I wish you luck with your new freedom," she says as she disappears in a black trail, leaving me alone. I fall to my knees, crying and apologizing to Yui.

"I-I didn’t know... t-this isn’t fair... I-I didn’t want this! I DIDN’T WANT THIS!" I didn’t want Yui to die, this wasn’t how I expected to get rid of my curse.
