Ye Qilan noticed Fu Yan’s worry and reassured him, “This life of mine belongs to her, only she can take it away.”

The unexplored territory, the unknown future, he was not very confident either.

“You finally told the truth. So be it, let’s go.” Ye Qilan was the first to walk out the door.

When the car drove out of Qingmu Garden, he sent a message to Su Hongxing, informing her that he had gone on a long journey. If all goes well, he’d return soon. If not, it would take longer.

But he would return, because she and the children were at home.

Su Hongxing felt unsettled all morning, and once she received Ye Qilan’s message, she immediately called him. Unfortunately, his phone was turned off.

She then called Age, and this time the call went through.

“Where did Ye Qilan go? Are you with him?” Su Hongxing anxiously asked.

“Mr. Ye left with Zhu Jin, but he didn’t say where they were going. Mr. Ye instructed me and Xiaohe not to go with him…” Age felt just as disheartened.

Su Hongxing hastily ended the call, took Little Pudding, and headed back to Qingmu Garden.
