Anton was a little impressed with how efficient the real estate company that handled their purchase of the mansion was. To be honest, there was a sense of discrepancy because Anton felt like he was back on Earth while sitting in one of the company's offices. The way the people worked felt like one of the companies or offices back on his home planet.

Ormunda had been giving that confusing feeling lately. The mixture of modern sensibilities and fantasy setting sometimes bewildered Anton. The only thing that made him stable was the fact that the entertainment was not at all comparable to Earth. As far as he knew about the kingdom, which admittedly, was very little with regards to entertainment, the only thing one could do was eat delicious food, drink all kinds of beverages, alcoholic or not, visit brothels, watch plays and carnivals shows which was the typical entertainment rich folks could go to.

That meant that if Anton opened a cinema and showed the movies and shows from Earth, he would become extremely rich. Of course, that was up until the locals learn how to create their own movies. To be honest, since they already had plays, the only advantage Earth had was the special effects, but considering that this planet had magic, that comparison would likely be negligible in a few years once a movie revolution happened.

Of course, Earth still had a huge advantage due to the communication power of his previous planet. Earthlings' communication encompassed the whole world, and that meant that talents would arise even if those talents were located somewhere isolated. Not only that, Earth had decades of perfecting the movie creation abilities, which included everything from scriptwriting, actors, technology, and more.

That was Anton’s previous plan with regard to movies, but now, he knew that it might not happen anymore. He had to focus on becoming powerful because of the sense that he would fight with the undead in the near future, even though a lot of people told him that it might not happen.

Once the senior agent that they were talking to completed all the paperwork, Anton handed his adventurer guild's bank card to Ronia to give to the agent so they could take the payment from there. Once he had paid for the mansion, the property agent declared that he now had ownership of the Rose Manor. The agent even declared that they could move in today.

Anton asked why it was called the “Rose” Manor, and the man said that it was because the manor was created by one of Ormunda’s nobles for his wife, who was named Lady Rose decades ago. The noble had died with no family remaining, so the property was put up for sale.

At first, Anton thought of changing the name of the manor, but he liked the simplicity of the name and didn’t want to bother himself with changing it. He decided he would ask Anders and would let his father change the name if his father wanted to.

When they were done with all the business about the manor, Anton, Ronia, and Torbin returned home to rest, after they went to one of the banks that littered the kingdom for him to withdraw some coins. Then they talked about the next step that had to be done with the Rose Manor.

Everyone gathered in the living room to talk about their living situation.

“Will you be selling this house once you move to the manor?” Torban asked.

“No. I’ll let Father handle this house. Maybe he’ll have a use for it. He formed a mercenary group, and maybe he’ll need this place as a headquarters or something.”

Anton then turned to Ronia.

“I’ll give you 30,000 gold coins to completely furnish the manor and hire enough people to make sure that the manor runs smoothly, Ronia. I suggest you hire a professional decorator to assist you. If the coin is not enough, I’ll be handing you more once I return from my delve. I’ll be dungeon diving tomorrow and will probably return in two or three days. Is 30,000 gold coins enough?”

“To be honest with you, Anton, I don’t know. This job is way out of my expertise, and you’re correct that I will need to hire people to help me. I will probably need to hire a true butler and a decorator, as you suggested, and probably more than one,” Ronia replied.

“Just do a good job, and we'll have a month before my father arrives. Again, I’ll be returning in three days after I leave tomorrow. Do I need to hand you the manor’s papers?”

“No. We were given several tokens from the property company that the government handed to them, which proved we were part of the household that lived in the manor. We were given around 100 of them, and I was told that each one of your family members and employees needs to carry one to be allowed to enter the gate where the manor was located.”

Anton nodded and took the tokens for himself, his father, his sister, and the people that his father indicated in his letter, and let Ronia keep the rest since she and Torbin would be hiring a lot of people for the manor. Ronia told him that if they needed more tokens, they had to go to the government property offices to request more after paying some fees.

He only had 5,400 gold coins remaining in his Adventurer Guild Bank card, but Anton wasn’t worried since he had around 85 high-level mana stones in his inventory and plenty of enchanted items from the dungeons that he could sell if he needed coins. High-level mana stones were worth 10,000 gold coins each, so he still had plenty of funds, and he knew that once he returned from this dungeon diving the next day, he would bring in more coins.

Anton needed to focus on dungeon diving since he wanted to have plenty of coins before his father arrived.

He knew, though, that for them to truly survive in the kingdom as wealthy people, aside from the dungeon diving, their family would need to have some sort of business. He would need to talk to Anders about that first.

Early the next day, Anton left everyone for the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon after saying goodbye. He reiterated that he would be back in three days. He could have focused on dungeon diving and not returned after one run, but he was a little worried that the 30,000 gold coins weren’t enough to fully furnish the manor.

With his need to gather coins, his original plan of wasting time in the beginner dungeon again to relax needed to be put on hold. Anton arrived at the mini town where the entrance to the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon was located and got hold of the key to the 50th floor.

He was warned by the guild staff that the monsters starting from the 50th floor and below would be extremely difficult to battle and was advised that it would probably be best for him to for a group. Anton told the guild staff that he would probably do that, but wanted to check the floor alone first. He assured the man that he was capable enough to escape if he couldn’t handle the monsters on the floor.

Anton was a little excited and a little apprehensive about tackling the monsters on the 50th floor since he had a little difficulty on the 40th floor; he imagined that the difficulty after 10 floors would spike.
