My Girlfriend Is So Beautiful, But She's an Assassin!
Chapter 55 55: Warning For Wiro
The atmosphere fell silent. Anindya glanced at him with a sweet little smile, while Wiro glanced at her with a suspicious expression. After two minutes of intense glances, Wiro spoke again.
"Listen, whatever happened to Julian, I have to know!" Wiro said in a slightly heavy tone.
Before continuing, Wiro lowered his gaze.
"...Because I owed him a debt from junior high school" Wiro continued, his voice low but still audible to Anindya.
Anindya, still glancing at Wiro, began to roll her eyes—looking ahead, then closing them.
"I see, you really are his best friend, huh" Anindya said softly.
Hearing this, Wiro smiled softly.
"Well, the point is, you can relax. Julian's injuries aren't too serious, and Ms. Lavendina said he just needs rest—he'll probably be back at school tomorrow in good health" Anindya said softly.
Suddenly, Anindya's phone vibrated. With a happy feeling, she took it out of her skirt's right pocket. When she turned it on, Anindya's expression immediately turned to irritation—at first, she thought it was a notification from Julian, but it turned out to be from her internet provider—informing her that she only had 500MB of mobile data left.
"Tch... Damn provider! I thought Julian was the one sending me a message!" Anindya muttered angrily.
"If it's like this, then I have to conserve—" Anindya stopped talking.
Anindya received a notification that Julian was online. Seeing the notification, Anindya's expression brightened. She straightened up, raised her head, and said,
"Okay, that's all I have to say! I have to go now because I'm busy" Anindya said happily.
After saying that, Anindya walked slowly, feeling happy. With a confused expression, Wiro turned around and watched Anindya leave. But Anindya suddenly stopped walking when she was about 15 meters away.
"Oh yeah, I forgot to mention," Anindya said.
"If you dare touch me..." Anindya continued, turning slowly toward Wiro, her voice changing to a deep voice.
Wiro's expression immediately changed to one of shock—at the sharp gaze and intimidating aura emanating from Anindya.
"... I'LL KILL YOU!" Anindya continued in a deep voice.
Hearing that, the atmosphere became tense, Wiro's body froze, and his legs trembled.
"T-That look... Just like Julian's in junior high school!" Wiro muttered to himself in a terrified voice.
Wiro stared at Anindya for a minute.
"Do you understand?!" Anindya asked in a deep voice.
Wiro swallowed.
"U-understood..." Wiro replied in a frightened tone.
"Good..." Anindya said.
Anindya's aura slowly faded, and she looked forward.
"Because only Julian is allowed to touch me!" Anindya said as she walked away from Wiro.
When Anindya was out of sight, Wiro gritted his teeth and controlled his legs to stop shaking. After calming down, Wiro muttered,
"Da-damn... I never thought Anindya could exude such an intimidating aura..." Wiro muttered with a frightened expression and tone.
Wiro caught his breath.
"Phew~,"
"Who exactly is Anindya?!" Wiro asked with a serious expression.
Wiro closed his eyes and shoved his hands into his pockets.
"Haa... Whoever she is, I hope she doesn't hurt Julian" Wiro said as he walked out from behind the shed.
After leaving the shed, Wiro saw Anindya talking to her three friends, who had already regained consciousness.
"She looks like an ordinary girl when she's with her friends, huh?" Wiro thought to himself as he walked and glanced at Anindya.
While staring at Anindya, his gaze suddenly caught Desy laughing—Desy, sensing Wiro's gaze, immediately stopped laughing and looked at Wiro. Their gazes met, and Desy's expression quickly changed to one of anger and gave Wiro her right middle finger.
Wiro was a little surprised to see this. He stopped walking and laughed.
"Hahaha, looks like she's still thinking about what happened earlier" Wiro muttered awkwardly.
Wiro immediately responded by sticking out his tongue and pulling down his lower right eyelid with his index finger.
"Bleehh~"
Seeing this, Desy became even angrier, and Wiro immediately ran away, chuckling, out of the school garden. Wulan, seeing Desy's expression, stopped laughing and asked,
"Desy? What's wrong with you?" Wulan asked.
Anindya and Delima stopped laughing and looked at Desy in confusion.
"A-ah!... It's n-nothing, ahahahaha" Desy replied with an awkward laugh.
"Really? Your expression looks like you're holding back anger" Delima asked.
Desy didn't answer immediately, trying to catch her breath.
"Phew~,"
"Actually, I'm just annoyed, remembering that playboy's behavior earlier" Desy replied awkwardly.
"Ah! Did someone eat the rice grains from your cheeks?" Wulan asked.
"N-no need to explain" Desy replied, embarrassed.
Seeing this, the three of them chuckled, even though Anindya didn't know the story.
"Forget it~" Delima said.
"Of course! If I see him again, I'll beat him up!" Desy said firmly.
After that, they laughed together.
At 12:49.
"Haa... I'm so full~" Wulan said, sitting and leaning back on both hands gazing at the sky.
"You ate so much, Wulan... Not only did you eat your lunch, but you also ate snacks and drank milk, so you're definitely so full" Delima said.
Wulan straightened up.
"Well, my dad brought back a lot of souvenirs from Bogor, so I brought them to school..." Wulan said.
Wulan leaned forward slightly and supported herself with her hands placed on the carpet.
"...You guys too, why are you only eating a little?!" Wulan continued, looking at her three friends with a sullen expression and an annoyed tone.
"What can we do? We don't want to gain weight, hahaha," Desy replied with an awkward laugh.
"Do you think I don't watch my weight too, huh?!" Wulan asked, annoyed.
"Yes!" the three of them replied.
"Huuuh?!... Why do you think that, guys?!" Wulan asked.
"Well, your dad owns a gym, so you can lose weight anytime" Delima replied.
"Plus, your mother sells herbal remedies, so there must be weight loss pills, right?" Desy added.
"Ugh... T-That's true, but I still don't want to get fat right away..." Wulan replied with a sad expression, her lips pursed and her gaze cast downward.
Seeing Wulan—her three friends exchanged glances, then Anindya began to approach Wulan—embracing her left shoulder with his left hand.
"Come on, Wulan, forget it" Anindya said gently.
Anindya took five small chocolates from her jacket pocket.
"Here, I'll give you some Cashew Chocolate from Bali" Anindya said, extending her right hand to Wulan.
The sight of the chocolates brightened Wulan's expression, and she immediately took them.
"Wow!... Thank you very much!" Wulan said cheerfully.
The three of them smiled as Wulan unwrapped the chocolates and ate them. Afterward, they relaxed in the garden.
"By the way, Anindya" Desy called.
Anindya, who was still staring at her phone, waiting for Julian's reply—but still hadn't—raised her head and looked at Desy.
"Yes?" Anindya asked.
"Wiro wasn't teasing you, was he?" Desy asked.
"No, he was just asking about Julian" Anindya replied.
"I see... Good, if he's teasing you, tell me so I can scold him!" Desy said, glaring at Anindya.
"Okay!" Anindya said.
After Anindya said that, Delima and Wulan soon stood up, carrying their lunch and the trash they had left behind.
"Where are you two going?" Desy asked.
"Back to class, Wulan forgot to do her Indonesian History homework" Delima replied.
"Oh, you want to give her a cheat sheet?" Desy asked.
"Of course not! I'll teach her so she remembers on her own!" Delima replied firmly.
"E-eh?! Didn't you just say, you wanted to give me a cheat sheet?!" Wulan asked, surprised.
Delima stared ahead, then closed her eyes and raised her head slightly.
"No, idiot! If I just gave it to you, your class rank wouldn't go up!" Delima replied firmly.
"Come on, let's go!" Delima continued.
Before leaving, Delima glanced at Desy and Anindya.
"Then we'll go first" Delima said with a smile.
They both nodded.
"See you!" Delima said, waving her right hand.
"See you~" they both replied, waving their right hands.
"Let's go!" Delima said, grabbing Wulan's right hand.
Delima left, dragging a sad Wulan by the right hand.
