"Got it," Wang Zhizheng replied, then glanced at her hesitantly, "Godmother..."

Lin Xiaoguai was startled, then chuckled and patted her head, "That’s someone else’s business, why should we bother about it?"

Seeing her reaction, Wang Zhizheng breathed a sigh of relief, then said with a smile, "Then how about we go watch a movie together this weekend, Godmother? I just happen to have the day off. You should be free too, right? Bring Sisi and the others along, I’ll treat."

"Alright, just be ready to bleed money with those non-mercy show-offs," Lin Xiaoguai teased.

Wang Zhizheng widened his eyes in mock horror, clamping his hands over his pockets tightly.

Watching Wang Zhizheng leave, Lin Xiaoguai hadn’t even had the chance to think about Xu Meimei’s situation when her cell phone in her pocket rang.

"Sure, come pick me up, my car has been borrowed by Zhang Xin."

In reality, Shen Chi arrived in less than ten minutes, Lin Xiaoguai waved to everyone and got into the car.
