CHAPTER 92: [CHAPTER - 83] - I WILL FUCK EVERYONE UP
Chapter - 83
As soon as he got the cue, Victor was quick to react.
He rushed forward with a look of urgent concern on his face, reaching Iris just as she nearly collapsed beside the table.
"Iris! Are you alright? What happened?" he asked, wrapping an arm around her shoulders like a caring partner.
The girl who had handed Iris the drink stepped aside with a bow, her face showing guilt and innocence, " I don’t know what happened to her. Maybe she has had a bit more to drink."
Victor waved her off gently, already helping Iris to stand on her feet. Her body fell limp, leaning on him for support.
"She needs rest. I will take her upstairs," Victor declared, loud enough for everyone to hear. It was a clear message, they better not come looking for them.
Iris tried to resist, "I am... fine" but Victor has already held her tight.
The men in the room felt jealous, while the girls almost melted in awe of Victor.
"What a gentleman..." One of the girls whispered.
"He really cares for her..." Another agreed with the first one.
"If his looks weren’t enough. He is so responsible."
Meanwhile, Victor has already started moving towards the stairs while supporting Iris. They were about to climb the first step, when the grand double doors of the ballroom suddenly opened.
Thud.
The echo silenced the music.
All heads turned.
Lucius stood at the entrance. His dark eyes scanned the room, slightly glazed from the heat building up inside his body, but his posture was relaxed and calm.
Next to him, holding his hand, was Lilith.
Lilith stole every eye in the room. The black robe, the red rose embroidered over her chest, her perfect curves, her icy blue eyes. Everything about her screamed danger and beauty.
The whole ballroom paused.
Some guests looked stunned. Others whispered.
Men forgot what they were saying, and women nudged each other. If Iris wasn’t enough.
"Who is this girl?" Someone whispered.
"Who’s that boy? Why are all the beautiful girls already taken by such guys?"
"Why are you complaining? Don’t you have a girlfriend already?"
While everyone was awed, Victor froze halfway up the stairs.
Iris, who was barely conscious, lifted her head slightly. Her vision was still blurry, but she saw the two figures entering the hall. She recognized one of them, and her heart skipped. But when she saw another girl walk inside with her arms in his, her chest tightened.
Why was there always a girl beside him? First those 2 nurses, then Cassey, then there was that blonde cop, and not this... This stunning silver-haired girl, who was holding his hand tightly.
Just then Lucius’s head buzzed. The heat from the drug pulsed through his stomach and chest, but he kept walking.

Lucius smirked, "Then let’s get to work," he whispered.
He walked forward slowly, each step echoing in the tense room. All eyes were on him. Lilith followed silently, looking amused by the attention.
When Lucius was halfway across the room, he started clapping.
Clap.Clap.Clap.
Victor frowned looking at him, his arms still around Iris. His smile was calm, but his eyes had narrowed.
"Victor Dorne," Lucius said loudly, stopping just a few feet away from him, "The perfect man. Rich, handsome, and now a hero. Carrying the lady upstairs like a knight from an old fairy tale."
A few guests chuckled softly. The tension was shifting.
"Truly," Lucius continued, "You deserve an award. Maybe for ’Best Actor in a Charity Event Drama’."
Victor’s lips tightened, "Lucius,"
he said smoothly, "I don’t think you were invited."
"Of course, I wasn’t. I came here just to crash the party," Lucius replied with a smirk.
He then turned to the guests, "Ladies and gentlemen, forgive me for not bringing a gift. But I did bring someone worth looking at." He gestured to Lilith.
Lilith just smiled and leaned against a pillar, enjoying the show.
[Time Left for Antidote: 1hr 15min 36s]
Lucius turned to Victor again. His heartbeat was still very fast. His palms were sweaty. The drug was still playing inside his head. But his mind was sharp.
The crowd’s attention now bounced between the two men like a tennis match.
Lucius smiled politely, but his eyes didn’t blink.
"So, Victor," Lucius said with a grin, "Do you save women often? Or is it just the ones who can’t walk push you away?"
Hearing him, the men in the room were all so gleeful. What they couldn’t themselves, this man was doing it for them.
Victor smiled, but it was colder now, "This is a private event. I don’t think you belong here."
Lucius shrugged, "Maybe. But I go where I am needed. And I am needed here," Lucius said, eyeing Iris who was in Victor’s arms.
Behind him, Lilith chuckled under her breath, clearly enjoying the tension..
And though Luicus was busy roasting Victor, inside he felt his body roast.
[Heat levels rising. 53 minutes in. Heart rate elevated. Slight tremors detected.]
He took a deep breath.
’Hold it together,’ he told himself, keeping his smile firm.
And finally Victor’s smile cracked.
The easy-going, charming mask he wore all evening broke as his eyes turned colder. With one swift, uncaring motion, he dropped Iris onto a nearby couch like a sack of flour.
A small gasp echoed from the crowd, but no one stepped forward.
Victor turned his gaze to the two well-dressed men who had been leaning against the wall until now. They straightened up.
Victor sighed, as if annoyed by a buzzing fly, "Go on... Break him."
"But don’t kill him. Just make sure he can’t talk for a while."
The crowd gasped again, but Lucius just tilted his head. He suddenly had an idea.
Lilith took a step forward, a look of confusion on her face, but Lucius raised one hand.
"Don’t," he said, in a calm tone.
The two men charged forward. The first landed a punch straight into Lucius’s gut, folding him forward. The second didn’t wait. He smashed a right hook across Lucius’s face. Lucius staggered to the side, blood splattering across the polished floor. The crowd murmured.
’Was this guy all talk?’
Some were shocked. Others found it amusing. Victor smirked, standing tall beside the couch, hands in his pockets.
Lilith’s eyes narrowed. Something wasn’t right. Lucius wasn’t even trying to fight back.
Blow after blow rained down. Lucius fell to his knees. One of the attackers kicked him in the ribs.
Iris stirred.
Even in her dazed, drugged state, her half-lidded eyes locked on Lucius. Her fingers twitched. Her lips tried to form words. She wanted to cry out. But her body refused.
The pain was real. Each strike Lucius took made his body scream. But inside his head, the System was tracking the changes.
[Heat levels dropping. Aphrodisiac effect reduced to 65%.]
Another punch. And his mouth was filled with blood. Lucius spat to the side.
[Now 51%. Core temperature stabilizing.]
Lucius blinked. His vision, which was starting to get foggy earlier, was becoming clearer.
The man then kicked Lucius in the stomach and sent Lucius almost flying.
[37%.]
He took another punch, this time to the shoulder. His body hit the floor.
[26%.]
’This should do!’
The man tried to kick him again, but this time, Lucius rolled aside. He planted a hand on the floor and slowly stood up.
Blood dripped from his lip. One eye was starting to swell. But he was smiling now.
The two attackers looked at him, confused.
Lucius raised his hand and wiped the blood off his chin. He stood straight. Calm. Dangerous.
"You had your fun," he said, "Now it is my turn"
One of the men rushed forward again.
Lucius moved like lightning.
He blocked the punch, grabbed the man’s wrist, and twisted.
SNAP.
A scream echoed through the room.
The second attacker barely raised his hands before Lucius’s knee drove into his ribs, knocking the wind out of him. In one motion, Lucius grabbed his shirt collar and threw him across the floor. The man hit the wall and didn’t get up.
Dead silence.
Gasps spread again, but this time, they were filled with fear.
Lucius stood tall in the center of the room. Bruised. Bleeding. But solid. Strong.
He turned his head slowly, his eyes now clear and sharp. They locked onto Victor.
Victor took a step back.
Lucius raised a finger and pointed.
"I was going to take Iris and leave," he said, his voice calm and cold.
"But now..."
He took a deep breath. The blood on his face only made him look more intimidating.
"I am going to fuck every single one of you up."
The entire room froze.
Victor’s mouth opened slightly, stunned.
Iris’s tired eyes widened just a bit more. Hope sparked behind them.
Lilith, who had watched the entire thing with careful eyes, bit her lower lip — half impressed, half turned on.
