CHAPTER 92: BLUE STAR

Joshua had just stepped out of the restroom when he nearly bumped into Justin.

Before Joshua could react, Justin had already embraced him, laughing as he said, "Joshua, do you really like throwing yourself into my arms that much?"

Joshua instinctively stepped back and gave Justin a light punch on the shoulder. "Stop talking nonsense."

He chuckled, not even bothering to question why Justin was standing there. "Come on, it’s time for us to dominate the stage!"

"Oh? Looks like someone’s gotten their energy and confidence back, huh?"

At that moment, Luther’s voice suddenly rang out. Joshua and Justin turned to see the others standing not far away. Luther crossed his arms, looking at Joshua with a teasing smile.

Joshua asked, "What, did everyone come to the restroom too?"

Leonard grinned. "We were just worried you’d cry in there."

Luther nodded in agreement. "That’s right. After all, our Joshua is such a crybaby—if we’re not careful, he’ll start crying all by himself."

As he spoke, he stepped closer and gently poked Joshua’s cheek.

Joshua grabbed his hand and pushed it down with a frown. "I don’t cry secretly, and I’m not a crybaby."

The group just laughed without replying. Joshua immediately turned his gaze toward Henry, who quickly straightened up and nodded thoughtfully. "That’s right. Joshua isn’t a crybaby."

Only then did Joshua beam, looping his arm through Henry’s and pulling him along. "Let’s go! The fans are definitely waiting for us!"

On stage, the third performance had just come to an end. The MC reappeared, his cheerful voice echoing through the venue:

"Closing one brilliant performance only means it’s time to welcome another! National Producers, please turn your attention to the stage and prepare for Blue Star’s performance!"

"AAAAAHHHHH BLUE STARRRRR!!!"

A wave of screams erupted from the audience. As if to hype up the energy even more, the fans began chanting "Blue Star!" over and over—it sounded almost like a battle cry.

Meanwhile, the comments in the live broadcast chat were flying by nonstop:

[As expected of the group with the most fan-favourite trainees right now!]

[So many fans, and they’re all talented too! The crowd’s energy is wild! I couldn’t get a ticket and could only watch from the screen. I’m honestly heartbroken!]

[Foby fighting! Honey fighting! PxP fighting! Pubby fighting!]

[Wow, that fan above just managed to anger every fandom simultaneously, huh?]

[Can’t believe Pubby’s mentioned too—they’re seriously adorable! Anything Joshua says, Justin will agree to without question!]

[As Joshua’s girlfriend’s fan, I have one question: why is my boyfriend always the one on the bottom?! Seriously, where’s the justice?!]

[Right?! Hahaha, all four ships, and he’s always the bottom!]

[It’s simple—he’s too cute. Okay, he’s also hot, but it’s the vibe, you know? Joshua has to be my wife!]

[I’m a girl, but I’ll be Joshua’s husband.]

[Leonard for center position!]

[It’s finally time for our musical genius to debut—raise the banner for Luther!]

[Henry’s fans are so quiet...]

[They’re just like their idol, that’s all. As long as they vote hard, it’s fine hahaha.]

[Sob sob sob One prayer ticket for our poor husky to debut—he’s just too pitiful. Justin truly deserves all the love in the world!]

[Stage, stage! My babies, hurry up and show yourselves—I can’t wait any longer!]

Just then, a flash of red light flickered across the stage—and at the same time, the roaring sound of a motorcycle echoed through the venue.

The screams from the audience instantly rose to a fever pitch. Some fans were shouting in confusion, voices filled with curiosity and excitement.

The engine’s roar grew louder and louder, and then—

CRASH!

The sound of shattering glass exploded through the air.

The flickering red lights illuminated a lone figure riding a massive motorcycle, as if they had just burst through the glass wall.

Finally, the rider removed their helmet.

At that moment, the camera zoomed in on them.

Leonard’s face came into view. He tugged his cap down slightly, giving his head a slight shake, and his fiery red hair rippled with the motion.

He stared straight into the camera, the very picture of cool indifference—and that was all it took for the entire audience to erupt into thunderous screams.

Suddenly, the whole stage lit up, and the fans realized that the rest of the group was already positioned along the edges of the stage.

Joshua looked directly into one of the fan cameras, beamed brightly, and gave a quick wink—immediately setting off another wave of shrieks from below.

Among the noise, one thunderous male voice cut through:

"JOSHUAAAAAAA!!!! LOOK OVER HERE! JOSHUAAAA! I LOVE YOU!!!"

The voice was so powerful that it nearly drowned out the rest of the crowd. Joshua instantly recognized it as Nine’s and almost failed to keep a straight face. The others couldn’t help but glance in that direction, too.

[Who the hell was that hahaha]

[That fan’s high note went higher than the idol’s, I swear]

[I heard it through the live feed—bro, that was next-level dedication]

[Fanboy energy off the charts hahaha]

The beat dropped, and energetic music filled the stage. Blue Star’s outfits were a mix of denim and black biker jackets, layered with streaks of grey.

Joshua’s hair had been temporarily dyed with hints of brown by the stylist, making him look even more radiant under the lights.

There was no denying it—every one of them was incredibly talented. Their choreography was so precise that not a single flaw could be found.

During the dance break, Joshua performed a solo hip-hop segment—he placed one hand on the ground, flipped himself upside down, spun twice, then suddenly arched his back and rose to his feet without even using his arms for support.

[Holy hell, that waist aaaaa!]

[That core strength is no joke, seriously!]

[As expected, he truly deserves to be my husband.]

[mlem mlem mlem]

The audience erupted in screams.

By the time they reached the end, the dazzling LED screen behind them flickered briefly before turning completely red. Blue Star took synchronised steps backwards, then turned slightly, their gazes locking directly onto the camera.

"Aaaaaahhhhh!!!"

The crowd went wild. Joshua could feel sweat dripping from his forehead to his chin, his chest rising and falling with each breath.

Under the shimmering lights below, fans screamed their hearts out for them.

Just then, someone shouted, "Joshua, do bunny ears!"

Joshua blinked in surprise, his eyes landing on the source of the voice—a girl wearing glasses, with heavy dark circles under her eyes. Her face was expressionless, but her gaze burned with excitement, as if starlight itself gleamed within her eyes. Her hands holding the camera trembled slightly.

Joshua burst into laughter, then raised both hands to the top of his head, forming V-signs with his fingers. He tilted his head, smiling so brightly that his eyes curved shut, dimples deepening as pure joy sparkled in his gaze.

The crowd screamed again. The girl froze for a second, as if she couldn’t believe Joshua had heard her. Then she gripped her camera tightly and snapped photo after photo.

Nine’s voice still rang loud and clear: "Joshua! Cutest in the world aaaaaahhh!"

Not to be outdone, fans of the other members also started shouting one after another.

[Oh my god, I’m dying of laughter—this is the funniest fandom war I’ve ever seen!]

Nine was still waving a small Tweedia branch in his hand, and the looks from those around him were a mix of disbelief and respect.

Damn—he looked so small, yet who could’ve guessed that when he opened his mouth, he could scream that loud? The power of a hardcore fan.
