My Investment God System
Chapter 69: Power Of Social Media
CHAPTER 69: POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA
"Exactly," Zack said with a grin. "She’s got an image to protect. If she’s backing us. It is because she knows it is going to be big."
Maximus nodded slightly, satisfied. The resort was already in its final stages, and now, with a powerhouse influencer like Anita on board, their launch would be bigger than anything they had initially anticipated.
Zack tapped on a post featuring anita in a luxury suite, sipping a cocktail by an infinity pool. "Shes probably going to do something like this for us. Private shots, behind the scenes footage, teasers to get people excited."
Maximus glanced at the picture, then back at the road. "As long as it brings in the clientele we’re aiming for, I really don’t care what she does..."
Zack stretched out in his seat, clearly pleased with how things were falling into place. "Man, I can already see it, the reservations maxed out, exclusive events, VIP guests... were about to make a killing."
"Don’t start celebrating too soon," he said. "We still have to make sure everything runs smoothly."
Zack laughed. "Yeah, yeah. I know, but damn, doesn’t it feel good to have everything coming together?"
Maximus didn’t respond immediately. He simply looked ahead, the glow of the city reflecting in his sharp gaze.

The morning sun cast a golden glow over the resort, reflecting off the pristine glass windows of the main building.
A gentle breeze carried the scent of salt from the ocean, blending with the faint aroma of fresh flowers planted around the entrance.
Maximus and Zack stood outside, waiting near the circular driveway.
Despite the early hour, the staff was already bustling inside, making final preparations for the photoshoot.
Maximus checked his watch. "She should be here by now..." he said with an even voice.
"You sound like you are actually looking forward to this," Zack teased, stretching his hands above his head.
Maximus gave him a sideways glance but didn’t respond.
He wasn’t particularly excited, but he understood the importance of what was happening today.
The photoshoot was crucial for the resort’s launch.
Anita Sparks was one of the most influential social media figures in the city, her reach extended beyond just casual, she had real clout in high society.
A single post from her could put them on the map overnight.
Moments later, a sleek black car pulled into the driveway, its tinted windows gleaming under the sun.
The vehicle came to a smooth halt, and the driver, an older man in a crisp uniform, quickly stepped out to open the rear door.
Anita emerged gracefully, dressed in a white blouse tucked into high waisted designer jeans.
Her signature blonde hair cascaded in soft waves over her shoulders, and oversized sunglasses perched perfectly on her nose.
She moved with the confidence of someone used to being admired.
Zack let out a low whistle. "She really knows how to make an entrance."
Anita removed her sunglasses and arched a perfectly shaped brow.
"And here I thought you’d be used to me by now, Zack," she siad, amusement in her tone.
Zack grinned. "Oh I am. Doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the effort..."
Maximus cleared his throat, stepping forward. "Thanks for coming."
Anita turned her attention to him, her lips curling into a smirk.
"Of course. I only work with the best, and from what I hear, your resort is exactly what."
Maximus nodded with an unreadable expression. "We aim to be..."
She chuckled lightly. "So serious. Lets get started then..."
The group made their way throughout the resort’s entrance, greeted by a few staff members who had been prepped for the shoot.
Inside, the lobby was immaculate. Marble floors, elegant chandeliers and floor to ceiling windows offering a breathtaking view of the ocean beyond.
Anita took it all in with a glance, clearly impressed.
"You guys have out done yourselves," she remarked. "this place screams money!"
Zack flashed a knowing smile. "That’s the goal. We’re catering to a very particular clientele."
Anita hummed in approval, then turned to her assistant, a young woman carrying a tablet. "Set up the first location by the infinity pool. That’s where we’ll start."
Her team sprang into action, directing resort staff to arrange the area to her specifications.
Maximus and Zack followed as they made their way outside.
The infinity pool stretched seamlessly into the horizon, the clear water reflecting the sky.
It was one of the resort’s biggest selling points — a luxurious oasis designed for relaxation and indulgence.
Anita adjusted her sunglasses, surveying the setup. "This is perfect."
She moved to one of the sun loungers and draped a sheer cover-up over her outfit before reclining effortlessly.
Her assistant handed her a cocktail — one of the resort’s signature drinks — while the photographer adjusted his camera.
Maximus watched from the side, arms crossed.
This kind of marketing wasn’t something he personally cared for, but he understood its power.
A carefully curated image could create demand faster than any traditional advertisement. The shoot began, and Anita fell into her role effortlessly, Every movement was deliberate — each pose designed to look natural yet refined.
The camera clicked rapidly as she adjusted her angles, her blonde hair catching the sunlight.
Zack leaned toward Ethan. "You have to admit, she knows what she’s doing."
Maximus didn’t deny it. Anita understood influence better than most.
She wasn’t just taking pictures — she was crafting a narrative.
One that would make people want to be here.
After a series of poolside shots, the team moved to different locations — the spa, the private villas, and the beachside dining area.
Each setting was carefully chosen to showcase the resort’s best features.
During a break, Anita sat with Maximus and Zack at an outdoor lounge area, sipping her cocktail.
"So," she said, stirring her drink lazily. "Tell me, Maximus, why are you so quiet?"
Maximus met her gaze evenly. "Well there isn’t much to say."
She sighed a bit. Why was he like this?
Zack chuckled, shaking his head. "He’s always like this. Don’t take it personally."
Anita studied Maximus for a moment before laughing. "I think I like you," she admitted. "You don’t get rattled easily."
Maximus didn’t respond, but there was the faintest hint of amusement in his expression.
The photoshoot continued for another hour before wrapping up.
Anita scrolled through the images on her phone, nodding in approval.
"These will do nicely," she said. "I’ll have my team start editing immediately. Expect a post within the next twenty-four hours."
Zack grinned. "Can’t wait to see the results."
Anita stood, stretching gracefully. "Well, gentlemen, this was fun. I’ll be in touch."
She turned to leave, but then paused, glancing at Maximus once more.
"You should smile more, Maximus. Might make you look a little less... intimidating."
Maximus smirked slightly. "Noted."
Anita chuckled before slipping on her sunglasses and heading toward her waiting car.
Her driver opened the door for her, and as she slid inside, she gave them one last wave.
Maximus and Zack watched as the car pulled away.
Zack let out a breath, shaking his head. "Man, that woman is something else."
Maximus glanced at him. "She gets the job done. That’s all that matters."
Zack laughed. "Sure, keep telling yourself that."
Well the pictures were going to be posted tomorr
ow, he wanted to see the traction it would bring.
"Oh we have to send her a name, the name of the resort," Zack facepalmed, "Can’t believe I forgot,"
"Well what are we going to call it then?"
