CHAPTER 54: SECOND WEEKLY SIGN-IN

The next morning.

This was the day! The big day! The day of the second weekly sign-in!

Liam was very excited. It was the same reason he woke up with a bright smile on his face.

He looked out the window with his mind filled with thoughts on today’s possible rewards.

Would I get another property? More attribute points? How much in cash?

These questions and more swirled around in his head but he knew that the only way to find out was to sign-in.

But he didn’t do that. He doesn’t want to sign-in yet as he wants to take his bath first and changing into a new set of clothes.

Immediately, he swung his legs down from the bed and walked to the bathroom. He took his time inside, allowing the water to run down every inch of his body.

What was Liam doing exactly? Well, he trying to increase his luck. Call him stupid, superstitious, or whatever, he doesn’t mind.

The truth is that he just wants to follow the same pattern as last week. Maybe that way, he might increase his chances for receiving rewards even crazier than his first weekly sign-in.

Some minutes later, Liam walked out of the bathroom and walked into the walk-in wardrobe. He put on a new set of clothes and walked back to the room.

He let out a lengthy sigh and with a smile, he sat down on the bed.

Wow... Liam was left speechless for a moment when he saw the rewards, but the alert notification of his phone quickly brought him out of his reverie.

These rewards are... They are... Amazing!!!

Just the $50m was enough to make anyone understand just how crazy this weekly rewards are.

He remembered that the amount he received in cash reward from his first weekly sign-in was $5m. And he got 10x that today!

Yes, he had received cash rewards higher than $5m during the week, but the highest he ever received was $15m and the total amount he received during the week was $31m.

Liam picked up his phone and tapped on the notification, and he saw his account balance.

"$77m..."Liam muttered slowly.

It was a crazy amount. It was enough to buy another Bellemere Mansion or a mansion in the Platinum Triangle. It was an amount that goes beyond life changing.

Fuuu... Liam sighed slowly, gathering his thoughts and emotions.

He smiled from ear to ear as he took another look at the amount now sitting in his account, before turning his attention to the other rewards.

1% shares of JP Morgan... Was this what the system was aiming at from the beginning, Liam thought to himself.

Over the week, he had consecutively received 0.2% shares of JP Morgan for six days straight, accumulating to a total of 0.12% shares and valued at $1.6b.

Now, plus this 1% shares which is valued at $16b, his shares has been brought up to 1.12% and with a total value of $17.6b!

Wow... This is... I don’t even know what to say...

If $77m wasn’t an amount that can taken casually. Then what about an asset with a value of $17.6b? It was an astronomical amount.

It was an amount that was enough to put him comfortably in the top 120 of the documented world’s richest people list.

Liam felt a huge wave of gratitude towards the system. The value of the rewards wasn’t just in his monetary value but also in the leverage it would give him. It would help him to easier navigate his way when he starts launching his products.

He let out a deep breath as he looked at the third reward. 0.5% shares of the third most valuable company in the world.

And as for the value of that amount of shares? $17.2b. Even without anything said, one can understand just how valuable it is.

The company is one of the most profitable companies in the world and one of the few companies with their market capitalisation going into trillions of dollars. And just 0.5% shares of it was already with so much.

$17.6b plus $17.2b. That’s $34.8b... Wow... Just wow...The rewards really just keeps getting better.

$34.8b. Liam was still trying to find the appropriate words, phrase or sentence he can use to describe how he was feeling at the moment.

To compare, the amount would easily earn him a place in the top 60 documented world’s richest people. That was a 50% jump from his previous position of 120, and a 97.7% leap upward from the bottom of the list.

It’s even crazier that all these has happened in just a week.

Liam closed his eyes briefly and exhaled deeply. He had been really looking forward to today’s rewards and not only was it even better than the previous, it was mind blowing.

$50m in cash and $33.2b in asset. What monstrous reward.

He didn’t receive any property today but they was even more valuable than any property he could possibly receive.

There were still more rewards to check out.

"McLaren P1 LM-X... Never heard of it. Is it a car that was custom ordered by the system?" Liam muttered to himself.

He picked up his phone and searched for the car’s name on the internet. Immediately, his screen was flooded with information.

Immediately, information about the car started was transferred by the system and his eyes widened in a mix of shock and disbelief.

According to the information from the system, the McLaren P1 LM is super exclusive limited edition car. It’s essentially a road-legal upgrade of the McLaren P1 GTR and only five of it were made.

Also, just as you can already guess, all five units were sold out. And each of them cost between $3m to $5m.

Then what about the McLaren P1 LM-X he received? Yes, it was custom ordered by the system, which means that it’s a one-off commission and Liam’s version is the only one in the world.

As for the details about the car? Well, it’s an even crazier version of the original P1 LM. This explains why the X in the name stands for Extreme. Another reason for that is because it’s the combination between a track car and road worthy car.

But appearance wise, it looks no different from the original McLaren P1 LM but it comes with enhanced aerodynamics with retractable rear wing and custom diffuser, a tuned hybrid system that gives it a crazy 1,150hp and a top speed of 255mph. And for weight reduction, it’s interior is extensively covered with carbon fibre.

Then for the paintwork, it comes with a mix of liquid platinum white and black diamond. The seats are made of premium quality leather and with golden eagle embossed in it. And it also has hold plated heat shield.

As for the cost of everything? $7m!

Isn’t that a bit cheap? Well, the system knows how to get a bargain.

Liam was very curious to see the new car and he was itching to take it out for a ride, and see what sort of monster the system got him.

He immediately got up from the bed and left his room. There’s one more reward; the 20 attribute points but he didn’t bother with it as he has no intention of allocating it yet.

For now, he will eat first, then he will unleash the beast in his garage.
