Unlike Chiyo's recklessness, Ebizo was more thoughtful and instantly understood why the masked man had fought so fiercely against the Third Tsuchikage, the Four-Tails, and the Five-Tails.

With a serious expression, he whispered tentatively, "Is this the reason you fought against the Third Tsuchikage Onoki and the two Jinchūriki?"

With a loud command, he grabbed Chiyo beside him and sprinted away instantly.

Some nearby Sand Ninjas hadn't yet realized what was happening, but others, more experienced, dashed away without hesitation. They may not know what was happening, but they saw the Kazekage's assistant and Chiyo fleeing, so they knew it wasn't something good.

In the center, he could vaguely make out a figure moving within the storm, seemingly walking toward them!

His heart raced, and he felt a chill. As for the other Sand Ninjas? They were likely buried in the storm of lightning.

A group of Sand Ninjas appeared in front of Ebizo. They looked at the scene in disbelief, sadness creeping into their eyes as they whispered, "Chiyo sama, Ebizo sama!"

Chiyo, standing beside him, was completely stunned. She looked toward the location of the thunderstorm, her eyes vacant, unable to process what was unfolding before her.

These Sand Ninjas were her comrades, the ones who helped her seek revenge on Konoha. Now, they were all destroyed. All of them.

Although there were still some soldiers in the Sand Village, they were now under the command of the future Fourth Kazekage, Rasa.

But what was the point? With the battlefield killer Kaito on the opposite side, no matter how many troops they had, they would not be enough to withstand his power.

Her hope for revenge had vanished. Chiyo realized they had lost the war against Konoha. Lost, completely. But she was unwilling to accept it.

Because it wasn't Tsunade who had defeated them. It was him.

Her anger boiled over, and she coughed up a mouthful of blood before fainting.

"Chiyo sama! Chiyo sama!" Several surviving Sand Ninjas nearby shouted in alarm.

"Well..." Ebizo sighed. He understood his sister's emotions. She had finally gotten a chance to take revenge on Konoha, but all of it was shattered by the figure in the distance.

The sound of footsteps rang in Ebizo's ears.

Kaito walked leisurely, appearing not far from Ebizo. He waved his hand, and the surrounding lightning instantly converged, forming a massive white thunder dragon that circled and coiled around Kaito like a pet.

Feeling the terrifying energy from the white thunder dragon, Ebizo smiled bitterly and quickly said, "No more fighting! No more fighting! We Sand Ninjas admit defeat!"

"In the battle between Konoha and Sand Ninja, we admit defeat!"

This was truly an eye-opening moment. Not only could Kaito change the environment at will and replace it with thunder and lightning, but he could also control that lightning as if it were his own.

No wonder he had been able to annihilate the entire Iwagakure ninja army of 10,000!

"Where is your One-Tail Jinchuriki? I can't see him." Kaito frowned.

"He and Rasa are guarding our Sand Village," Ebizo answered truthfully. It wasn't a secret.

"Ah, he didn't come? What a shame. I also wanted to see the strength of the future Fourth Kazekage, Rasa."

"No need! You are too strong! Rasa is no match for you!" Ebizo said grimly.

"What's this?" Kaito asked, his tone flat.

"Ebizo! Granny Chiyo! What happened to our Sand Ninja Base?"

Suddenly, a furious voice rang out from a distance. As the last word fell, a figure appeared in front of Ebizo.

This person was dressed in a white robe, with red hair. He looked to be around the same age as Minato Namikaze.

This was none other than the future Fourth Kazekage, Rasa! Gaara's father!

Behind him stood an old monk with kind eyes, his legs trembling as he walked, as though the wind could blow him over.

This was none other than the One-Tail Jinchuriki of the Sand Village, Monk Bunpuku!

Following them was a sea of Sand Ninjas, at least a thousand strong!

"Rasa! Bunpuku? Why are you here?" Ebizo said, shocked.

"I received secret intelligence that the mysterious man who defeated the Third Tsuchikage, the Four-Tails, and the Five-Tails a few days ago was headed to the battlefield between the Wind Country and Fire Country to destroy our Sand Ninja frontlines!" Rasa's voice was cold.

"So, I brought most of the village's forces and hurried here! But it seems I'm too late!" Rasa glared at Kaito in the distance.

"Ah, if you had come an hour earlier, we wouldn't have been wiped out!" Ebizo sighed.

"What's going on? Our Sand Ninja army has so many people. Were they really wiped out by that guy?" Rasa pointed at Kaito, his voice full of disbelief.
