Uchiha Obito spoke calmly, "That's right, return the Rinnegan to me. The Rinnegan belongs to me, and I entrusted it to you."

Konan stepped forward and said firmly, "Nonsense! The Rinnegan belongs to Nagato. It is a divine treasure given to the Land of Rain."

Obito's tone was cold and dismissive, "The Rinnegan is Nagato's? Stop joking. The Rinnegan is the eye of the Sage of Six Paths. Nagato is merely an Uzumaki orphan."

"What right does he have to wield these eyes? It was I who transplanted them."

"To upgrade them to their fullest potential, I placed them with Nagato."

"Nagato, thank you for being the vessel for my Rinnegan all these years, but now it's time to reclaim what's mine."

"You relied on the Rinnegan's power to declare yourself a god."

Obito's voice was cold as he moved towards Nagato.

Nagato's face twisted in anger, but he did not hesitate. He fired Shinra Tensei, yet Obito effortlessly dodged, moving like a blur.

"If the eyes belong to you, then what? Have you been deceiving me all along?" Nagato asked coldly.

"That's right," Obito said calmly. "You were under my control, a mere pawn."

"Yet your sacrifice was not in vain. Thanks to your efforts, the world will see true peace."

Obito stared at Nagato with icy resolve and attacked again.

Evading Shinra Tensei, Obito reached out and grabbed one of Nagato's Rinnegan.

But at that moment, mechanical armor formed on Nagato's body. Asura manifested a sharp blade, piercing Obito's chest.

Blood spilled from Obito's mouth, but a proud smile remained on his face.

Nagato's eyes burned with hatred as he asked, "Why are you smiling?"

Obito did not reply; his form began to fade.

Izanagi.

Taking advantage of the moment, Obito seized one of Nagato's Rinnegan eyes and pulled it out.

Konan's face changed dramatically. She immediately dispelled her clone, and Nagato's body turned into smoke, vanishing.

Nagato reappeared in a large cave—Konan's true body nearby.

Her clone's intel had already informed her of the situation. Without hesitation, she used her sensory technique to summon Nagato.

This was a contingency she had prepared in case of Obito's interference.

Nagato covered his bleeding eye and smiled faintly, "I never expected my life to be arranged like this."

Konan looked worried, "Nagato, don't listen to his lies."

Nagato's tone was indifferent, "I'm fine. Even if Madara Uchiha controls me, he cannot change my desire for peace."

His focus shifted to the demonic creature before him—the Jinchūriki of the Tailed beasts,the Eight-Tails' chakra, and fragments of the Nine-Tails' power stored within.

"Though the Nine-Tails' chakra is limited, it should suffice."

Nagato murmured, forming hand seals to release his jutsu.

The demonic form roared and lunged at Nagato.

Its body spiraled, merging with Nagato's form.

He sought to become the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki, wielding its power.

A powerful aura surged. His body lost its pale hue; two sharp horns grew from his head, and black Truth seeking orbs surrounded him.

His weakened body recovered fully, legs healed from previous fire damage.

"This vitality is intoxicating."

"Six Paths is nothing compared to this power."

Nagato marveled at his transformation.

Konan stared in shock.

"I am now the Ten-Tails' Jinchūriki, akin to the Sage of Six Paths."

"But unlike the Sage, I am still missing the full power of the Nine-Tails."

"Konan San, stay here and don't move."

"I will go to Konoha, capture the Nine-Tails, and use absolute power to enforce peace."

A cold determination flashed in Nagato's eyes as he leapt from the cave.

Nearby Konoha.

Nagato's location was close, and soon he returned.

Meanwhile, Konoha had sealed the Six Paths Pain and struggled to maintain order within the village.

Nagato, with white hair and a pair of Rinnegan eyes, approached with an indifferent gaze.

Tsunade's expression shifted suddenly, sensing the terrifying chakra surge.

Zenkichi smiled calmly, "The Six Paths Pain you defeated were just puppets. Now, their master has arrived."

Tsunade asked, confused, "What do you mean?"

Zenkichi said flatly, "Don't celebrate yet. A foe you cannot defeat has come."

Nagato frowned as he appeared before Kakuzu, who was attempting to flee.

"Running away?"

Nagato stared coldly. Such a man should not live.

"Who are you? How do you possess the Rinnegan?"

Kakuzu looked at Nagato cautiously.

"No need to know. Go to hell."

"Since you chose to fight, you won't survive."

Nagato's words enraged Kakuzu.

"Arrogant brat!"

Kakuzu roared and struck with a powerful punch.

Despite Nagato's overwhelming presence, Kakuzu was no stranger to battle, having tried to assassinate Senju Hashirama.

Fueled by rage, Kakuzu decided to trade blows before fleeing.

Though he might not win, he had five lives, and would use them recklessly.

Nagato watched expressionlessly as Kakuzu's fist, reinforced by Earth Release and bound with threads, slammed towards him like a chain hammer.

Trying to escape without a fight? That's cowardly.

"Go to hell."

Nagato flicked his finger, releasing a Truth seeking orb that solidified into a shield to block Kakuzu's attack.

Kakuzu's fist struck the Orb, but just like a mud cow lost at sea, it vanished into nothingness under the power of the Truth Seeking Orbs.
