Toneri didn't attack immediately, choosing instead to remain seated before the Eternal Tenseigan. A powerful protective barrier formed around the massive eye, shielding it from harm.

Toneri intended to battle Zenkichi in front of the Tenseigan while ensuring its safety.

Before long, Zenkichi arrived at the Eternal Tenseigan's chamber with Hinata and Hanabi.

Toneri sneered.

"Zenkichi, you've done well," he mocked.

"You've brought me both the Byakugan and my future wife. How should I repay you?"

He grinned darkly.

"Perhaps by granting you a swift death!"

Zenkichi sighed softly, his tone almost pitying.

"My child… you've lost your way."

"I can still set you right — be my son."

For a brief moment, Toneri was stunned. His face contorted with fury, and he bellowed,

"You bastard! How dare you humiliate me like this?! Die!"

With a roar, Toneri unleashed a blazing beam of ocular energy from the Eternal Tenseigan, aiming it directly at Zenkichi.

But Zenkichi remained calm. He raised a single palm, and a laser-like beam shot from his fingertip, neutralizing the attack mid-air.

"Your strength is decent, and with the Eternal Tenseigan's power, you could easily defeat a Kage-level shinobi," Zenkichi remarked evenly.

"But the man standing before you is no mere Kage."

"Even if you gathered several more Eternal Tenseigans, you'd still be powerless against me."

Toneri's rage boiled over. The Eternal Tenseigan's light blazed, sending out a destructive wave of energy.

Sky Shock!

Zenkichi raised his fist, white energy encircling it as he punched forward. The devastating force of the blow shattered the very air, cracks spreading through space like fractures in glass.

A massive shockwave exploded outward, crashing into both Toneri and the Eternal Tenseigan.

"Reincarnation Defense!"

Toneri hastily channeled the Eternal Tenseigan's power into a dense protective shield.

But under Zenkichi's mighty strike, the barrier was obliterated. The shock force hurled Toneri backward.

"Don't you want to be my son?" Zenkichi remarked dispassionately.

"In that case, I'll send you to meet your death."

With a flicker, Zenkichi appeared beside Toneri in an instant. Kyoka Suigetsu materialized in his grip, its blade flashing down in a single stroke.

The sword cleaved through, ending Toneri's life.

"You really killed him?" Hanabi asked, frowning slightly.

"Didn't you say you wanted to adopt him as your son?"

"I was just making conversation," Zenkichi replied calmly.

"He refused."

Without waiting for a response, he stepped toward the Eternal Tenseigan.

Turning to Hinata and Hanabi, he explained,

"This thing is called the Eternal Tenseigan — a powerful tool created from the fusion of countless Byakugan."

"It rivals even the Rinnegan in power. It evolved from the Byakugan. I figure your Hyuga clan might be able to make use of it."

He studied the Hyuga sisters for a moment, then added,

"The Otsutsuki clan should have a method hidden somewhere for controlling the Eternal Tenseigan. You two should try and locate it."

The Eternal Tenseigan was a treasure of immense power — too valuable to simply destroy.

Some might fear its strength and argue that it should be shattered like the Rinnegan.

But to Zenkichi, there was no need for such dramatics. Power was meant to be put to good use.

Before long, Hinata and Hanabi managed to find a technique allowing them to control the Eternal Tenseigan.

To their surprise, it wasn't especially difficult to wield.

"Zenkichi-sama, you should try it too," Hinata suggested gently.

"This was yours to begin with."

"I'm not interested," Zenkichi replied flatly.

"If you want it, take it."

To him, the Eternal Tenseigan held little value.

"Alright — things here are settled," he said casually, casting a glance around the desolate Moon.

"We're leaving."
