Shizune was startled and immediately hid behind Tsunade, peeking at Naruto with frightened eyes.

"Tsunade-sama, what should we do?"

Tsunade took a deep breath and clenched her fist. With a light stomp of her right foot—

The ground beneath her cracked open, forming a deep pit with countless fissures spreading outward. The nearby soil buckled and surged irregularly.

The nearby pedestrians were all frightened, fleeing in panic and dropping their belongings upon seeing the confrontation.

Tsunade spoke coldly, "Since you know who I am, you should also know—I will never teach you Kaijūken (Monster Strength Fist)."

Even though she had left Konoha for many years, it was still her home.

How could she possibly teach her own ninjutsu to an invader?

The moment her hand let go, Tsunade inhaled sharply and, without hesitation, unleashed her full power.

Boom!!!

A terrifying force erupted.

The giant boulder beneath their elbows cracked violently and even sank several dozen centimeters.

"He didn't get crushed!?" Tsunade's pupils shrank in shock, staring at the blond youth who hadn't been forced down by her strength.

She had intended to end the match in an instant with her full power.

Seeing that she hadn't yet won, she had no choice but to grit her teeth and draw upon every ounce of strength in her body to continue pressing forward.

Crack! Crack!

The boulder's fractures deepened.

Naruto's arm turned completely black—Busoshoku Haki (Armament Haki) activated, along with the precise application techniques of the Navy's Rokushiki (Six Styles). He slowly began pushing back.

"Tsunade-sama, is that all your strength?" Naruto grinned as he began reversing the tide.

Tsunade's chest rose and fell heavily as she gasped for breath—giving Naruto quite the view.

"You turned your arm pitch black. Are you using some kind of ninjutsu?" she snapped.

"It's taijutsu," Naruto replied calmly. "But it's within the rules, right? After all, you're using Kaijūken too, Tsunade-sama."

With that, Naruto exerted another surge of power, nearly forcing Tsunade's wrist to touch the stone.

Inwardly, he activated another technique:

Shigan: Bushin (Paper Drawing: Martial Body)

Instantly, his body adjusted into the most optimal posture for generating power, maximizing his force output.

"Haa… haa…"

Tsunade's breathing grew ragged, her face flushed, her heart shocked beyond belief:

This guy… his strength is terrifying…

She had already gone all-out.

Yet in a pure contest of power, she still couldn't overpower this blond youth.

Imagining the consequences of losing, she involuntarily bit her lip.

No choice then…

She recalled her previous arm wrestling match with the Fourth Raikage—though he had less raw strength, he had turned the tide using technique.

So, Tsunade took a breath and abruptly loosened the force in her arm.

Her wrist quickly plunged downward toward the boulder.

And at that moment of sudden slack and rebound, Tsunade roared with everything she had:

"HRAAAAH!!!"

BOOM!!!

The boulder instantly exploded into rubble. Dust flew.

Shizune, acting as referee, jumped away in fright and retreated.

"Tsunade-sama…"

"It's Menma-sama's win," Uchiha Izumi said calmly.

"Tsunade's hand already touched the stone. She lost."

"Don't talk nonsense! How could Tsunade-sama lose!?"

Shizune snapped, turning around to look—only to freeze at the scene before her.

Because her revered Tsunade-sama was now pinned to the ground… with Naruto's one hand pressing her down.

Combined with her rising chest and flushed cheeks, the scene was disturbingly 18+—visibly awkward and utterly indecent.

"Damn you… get off me!"

Tsunade gritted her teeth, glaring at the blond youth atop her.

She had originally planned to win through technique—

but had not expected Naruto's strength to skyrocket in that moment.

Caught completely off guard, she was slammed down directly into the ground.

Naruto smiled and didn't hurry to get up:

"Tsunade-sama, so… I won the arm wrestling, right?"

Tsunade bit her lip and said nothing.

She knew she had lost—in the very field she prided herself on most: raw strength.

But if she admitted it…

Then she'd have to teach Kaijūken to this rogue ninja.

Between two bad choices, she chose the lesser.

Tsunade turned her head aside and coldly muttered:

"I didn't lose. The stone broke, so who knows who won. Let's just call it a draw."
