CHAPTER 435: TOY

The sound of people stepping on water echoed in his ears. It was quite a distance away. Fatty looked up subconsciously. In the rain, a figure slowly moved over. He looked like a man in a black raincoat, with a giant black umbrella. The umbrella was held very low so he couldn’t see the person’s face.

However, the man’s fingers that held the stem of the umbrella were tapered and white. The thing that shocked Fatty was the man’s strength. The wind was howling, but the man’s hand that held the umbrella didn’t tremble.

The man appeared to be out on a walk. He stepped on the puddles. The black leather shoes sent water flying everywhere. The terrifying, murderous aura surrounded his body.

Fatty’s first reaction wasn’t to run because he picked up a familiar scent on the man. As the giant black umbrella lifted up, Fatty’s eyes shrank.

“It’s you?!”

“Ouch. Can’t you be lighter? I’m a patient. Do you not have some sympathy in your heart?”

The old room had no light, only two white candles burning eerily. The old candlestands had a metallic reflection.

A person lying in bed rambled endlessly. He looked pale, but his mind was very active. He even had the energy to bicker with the person near him. The patient was under a pure white blanket. The blanket was pulled ot his chin. He had a torn black silk stocking over his head. The holes were just wide enough for his eyes, mouth and nose.

“Tsk.” The man beside him touched his stomach, causing the man in stocking to hiss in pain. “I say. Little Ran Ran, do you plan to kill me with pain and inherit my stocking? Let me tell you. Even if I give you the stocking, Sister Lu will not wear them for you. You can just give up now!”

Chen Ran’s face flashed with annoyance, but this time, he didn’t retort. He reached out to tug the man tightly under the blanket. His teammate was more injured than he expected. The room in his body was almost destroyed. The fact that he managed to escape from the nightmare was a miracle. The scariest thing was that he could sense the thing inside his teammate’s door was already acting up.

“Hey, can you not act like this?” Wei Jingting flashed his white teeth. “Be happy. I’m still alive, aren’t I?

“Don’t worry. I won’t die so easily. I still have many things I wish to do.” Remembering something, Wei Jingting became excited, “I still haven’t inherited the money from the rich ladies. I can’t die like this!

“By the way,” Wei Jingting changed the subject, “Where is everyone else? Sister Lu must have missed me, right? Why hasn’t she come to visit me?”

“I didn’t tell them.”

In the candlelight, Chen Ran’s expression was hidden. “You can’t hide it for long.”

“I’ll hide it for as long as I can.” Wei Jingting stretched comfortably and narrowed his eyes. “When it can’t be hidden anymore, I don’t think they can do anything to me anyway.”

Footsteps rushed over. The door was knocked down with a bang. It was a violent bang… with a giant black hammer. The wooden door cracked open, and wooden splinters flew everywhere. “No. 4, you bastard, I heard you brought back a toy. Do you plan to keep it for yourself?” The person’s aura was strong, but the voice was young. The candlelight lit up her face. She was a tiny girl, about fourteen. She wore a dress that reached her knees. It had cute bear patterns. However, she held a hammer that was larger than her body. Her sharp gaze proved that she was not a typical girl.

“No. 8, who gave you permission to come in here?” Chen Ran’s face darkened.

Wei Jingting coughed violently. The smash almost sent him to heaven. “It’s fine.” Wei Jingting narrowed his eyes at the violent girl. “Come and let me take a closer look. No. 8, have you reached puberty behind our backs? You plan to grow up and surprise all of us, right?” He grinned salaciously

Everyone was a victim of No. 4’s harassment. He would only be slightly held back when Mr. was around.

“Keep talking and I’ll cut off your little worm!” After taunting him, No. 8 started to ransack the room. She almost threw Wei Jingting out of bed to flip the bed over. “Damn it. Where did you hide it?”

From Chen Ran’s angle, he could see No. 8 carrying a large black bag on her back. It had a strange shape. It looked like an ancient arrow quiver. However, it was much larger than a standard quiver. A ghastly saw poked out from it. The sharp saw glinted coldly. Other than the saw, it was filled with many unusual things. These were No. 8’s treasures.

Once, No. 4 was a busybody and tried to look into the bag when No. 8 wasn’t paying attention. When she found out, No. 8 chased No. 4 for several streets. If No. 3 hadn’t stepped on, No. 4 would have died already.

“Stop looking.” Chen Ran glanced at the girl. “It’s in No. 7’s room. She’s guarding it. You can see it but not touch it. Or else…” Before he could finish, No. 8 dragged her hammer and ran like the wind. Sparks flew on the ground.

“Sister Lu, are you there?” Standing at the door, No. 8 was very polite to Lee Lu, mainly because Lee Lu had a horrible temper.

Eventually, a toneless voice answered, “No.”

No. 8 stuck her ear to the door and tried to pick up the sounds. “Sister Lu.” No. 8 swallowed nervously as she became excited. “I missed you. I want to see you. Can I come in?”

The door opened a crack to reveal a face with aloofness and calmness.

Several seconds later…

“Now that you’ve seen me.” Lee Lu said, “I’m going to close the door.”

However, No. 8 used this chance to slip in. She saw with surprise that there was a person lying on the floor near the futon bed. It was a woman!

She had a fantastic body. Her face was covered by her long hair.

The girl’s face blushed as her eyes violated the woman’s body. “Sister Lu, can you give her to me?” She turned back to plead. “I promise I’ll destroy… No. I mean, I’ll take good care of her and have her cough up everything that she knows.”
