"I’ve already said, I’m not interested!" Sophie was somewhat angry.

"Well, isn’t this Sophie? How come you’re here?" Sophie heard a familiar voice. She turned around and found that the people who used to not get along with her were all in front of her.

Jessica and Rose blocked her way, with expressions as if they were ready to watch a good show.

"Got dumped by President Land, huh? Now you’re here to keep some other man company?" The two exchanged a glance and waited to see her downcast look.

Sophie felt a bit helpless. She really didn’t know what she had done to offend them. Why did they always look down on her?

"Yes, he dumped me." Sophie was quite indifferent. She thought their hostility towards her was probably due to Asher Land, so she might as well cut ties with him.

"See? How could someone like you catch the eye of President Land? After accompanying a handsome, wealthy god, you’re here to keep a greasy old man company now, haha, you must feel quite the disparity in your heart!" The two unreservedly mocked her.

Ha, listening to them talk, as if they weren’t keeping company with old men themselves!

"Miss Wood, Miss Sterling, if you continue to speak slanderous words in front of me, then I won’t stand here any longer." With that, she turned around and was about to leave.

"Wait!" Jessica’s face plastered with a fake smile, "For the sake of us being in the same cast, I’ll do you a favor today."

She grabbed Sophie’s wrist and dragged her to the poolside.

"What are you doing? Let go!" Sophie didn’t expect Jessica to be so strong, and with Rose acting as her ’accomplice,’ she was forcibly dragged to the poolside.

"President Williams, look, how about the woman I found for you?" Jessica let go and pushed her in front of a man.

Sophie raised her eyes in surprise, realizing she had been pulled to the conspicuous center position. Because of Jessica’s ’high-profile’ move, countless eyes were now on her.

Indeed, all the women present were dressed exceptionally hot and sexy, but compared to them, she was simply like a well-wrapped ’dumpling.’

She heard lots of discussions, but she wasn’t in the mood to listen. The urgent matter at hand was to leave here.

"Where did this little beauty come from?" The man called ’President Williams’ was now leeringly sizing Sophie up and down. Even though she was dressed ’modestly,’ it couldn’t hide her graceful figure.

"President Williams, does it matter where she came from? Just enjoy her," Jessica’s lips curved into a smug smile. This President Williams was sleazy and aged, overweight, and bald. She just wanted Sophie to taste the feeling of being trampled by a man!

"Jessica, you’ve gone mad!" Sophie straightened her clothes, a trace of anger on her face. She could see through Jessica’s intentions — she was too cruel, scheming against her at every turn!

Without hesitation, she pushed through the onlookers, trying to walk out.

"Where do you think you’re going?" Jessica snorted coldly, summoning a few waiters. The waiters, acting quickly, stopped Sophie and brought her back to President Williams.

"President Williams being willing to have you is a compliment, so what are you pretending to be pure for?"

"President Williams, I think you don’t know yet, but Sophie here was once the woman of President Land from the Golden Era Consortium," Rose chimed in with a fawning look.

"Asher Land’s woman?" President Williams shook his head, "Then I won’t dare to play."

Even if he had all the guts in the world, how could he dare to mess with Asher Land’s woman?
