"If she doesn’t want to eat now, then don’t force her."

Asher Land said this, leaving Nanny Garcia at a loss for words. She closed the door and walked out.

"There’s really no need to call Doctor Lewis. I feel like there’s nothing wrong with my body..." she whispered.

"I’m not at ease."

"Then you should get yourself checked too. I’m worried about you," she said.

Suddenly remembering something, she sat up from the bed and started to unbutton his shirt.

"What are you doing?" He reached out warily to catch her small hand.

"I just want to take a look."

She was insistent on unbuttoning his shirt, but he couldn’t use any force against her for fear of accidentally hurting her frail little frame.

He had no choice but to let her proceed.

Her small hands undid his shirt buttons one by one and then removed it.

He knew that Doctor Lewis would certainly have a lot to say about its severity, but could he allow him to say all that in front of his woman?
