When Jimmy and the others returned to the command center, news had already arrived from the front. Two DHS special teams had reached the target location but found no one at the scene. They haven't returned yet and need to look around to see if there are any new findings, but it doesn't look hopeful.

Agent Raymond's face looked grim. This time, DHS had lost too much face, not only suffering heavy casualties, but the biggest credit for the case was taken by the FBI who assisted them. There was a chance to save face, but now it seems unlikely.

Nia turned around with a smile and ran a couple of steps to throw herself at Jimmy, "You're back! Why didn't you call me earlier? How was your case? Were you hurt?"

Jimmy picked Nia up and spun her around to release force, "Of course not, I wanted to give you a surprise. Alright, go freshen up first, I made dinner."

Nia kissed Jimmy, put her bag on the sofa, and went to freshen up. Jimmy took out a match and lit the candles. Even at home, a candlelight dinner is nice.

When Nia came out, she found that the living room lights were off, and on the dining table, besides dinner, there were two lit candlesticks. She looked at Jimmy in surprise, then sat on her side with a smile and looked at Jimmy, "Come on, today seems so nice, do you have something to say to me?"

Jimmy raised his eyebrows, "No, I've been out for a few days, and I wanted to surprise you. Try the steak I made, it's beyond my usual level, tastes great."

Nia smiled a bit, picking up the knife and fork, "Alright, we'll talk later tonight."
