CHAPTER 522: CHAPTER 306_1

The gym, large dance studio.

A group of burly men, eyes wide, watched the female instructor demonstrating yoga poses. They were fixated. A few, who particularly appreciated a fine figure, couldn’t help but swallow hard, wishing they could get closer and personally... appreciate her assets.

「Outside.」

A woman with a ponytail smiled and introduced them, "You two, this is Naga. She’s a highly-rated yoga instructor here, especially popular with her male students—zero complaints to date! That’s why private lessons with Naga are a bit more expensive for male students than for female students."

Dean, looking through the glass, glanced at the instructor’s figure and subconsciously wanted to nod. Expensive has its perks, he thought. Just watching her demonstrations is a treat.

But catching Niel pouting beside him, he quickly said in all seriousness, "I’m just an unemployed guy. Could you recommend a cheaper yoga instructor? Preferably a male one."

Dean, as the head of the household, wasn’t actually afraid of Niel getting jealous; he was simply being frugal.

"Right, a male instructor would be best!" Niel nodded vigorously in agreement, feeling immensely relieved. Good thing I followed Dean when I heard he wanted to learn yoga, she thought. Otherwise, that vixen in the dance studio would definitely try to snatch the prize I’ve cultivated for so long! Even though I say I don’t mind Dean seeing other women, knowing about it still makes me jealous.

"A male instructor...?"

The ponytailed woman looked troubled. "Almost all our yoga instructors are female. We do have one male instructor available, but he’s gay. If you don’t mind, I can arrange him for you."

"Gay..."

Niel frowned prettily. She glanced at the instructor’s eye-catching figure in the dance studio, then at Dean’s restless face. Conflicted, she leaned in and whispered to the saleswoman, "Is that instructor a top or a bottom?"

The saleswoman gave Niel an odd look and whispered back, "A top. But I can assure you, Nico has never harassed any male students. At least, we’ve never received such complaints."

A top? That’s a relief! Niel thought. She sighed in relief. I’ve got it all figured out, she mused. Yoga instructors are mostly female; switching fitness centers wouldn’t change that. So, it’s better for Dean to learn from a male instructor here. Besides, Dean is strong, so he won’t be at a disadvantage. And even if Dean got tired of the usual fare and wanted to try something different, it would still be more bearable than another woman getting her hands on my man. Especially since this instructor is a top. He probably wouldn’t try to steal Dean from me.

So, Niel swung Dean’s arm, looked at him coquettishly with her sweet face, and said, "Dean, let’s just book it. I haven’t had a break in ages, and we can go see a movie later."

Dean: "..."

He was too far away to hear what Niel had just said to the saleswoman, but I have a bad feeling about this,

he thought.

However, seeing Niel acting like an adorable puppy, Dean’s heart softened. He silently took out his credit card. "Just use this. I’ll buy ten lessons to see how it goes."

Ever since Niel met his mom, he didn’t know what she had taught Niel. The once docile and sensible Niel had increasingly started to use her gentle charm and coquettish behavior to get her way with him. Frankly, when it came to small matters, Dean quite liked it. It’s new, he thought.

As for the coach’s peculiar habits, Dean didn’t care. I’m just here to learn the techniques, he reasoned.

He arranged with the saleswoman to come back for a class that evening. With the appointment set, Dean then spent the rest of the day with Niel, who had been very busy lately and deserved a break.

「That evening.」

Dean returned to the fitness center. Led by the saleswoman, he met the male yoga instructor.

To his surprise, the man was a burly, bearded, middle-aged Caucasian. He was dressed in a tight-fitting yoga outfit that showcased his bulging muscles, especially a pair of pecs that seemed even larger than Niel’s. No wonder this intimidating guy—distrusted by female students and feared by male ones—can’t sell any classes, Dean thought.

"This will be your personal yoga instructor. You can call him Nico."

The saleswoman, pointing at the strapping Caucasian man, introduced him. "Nico’s build is congenital, but his yoga proficiency is very high. If it weren’t for his physique, he could have won many yoga competitions."

Nico... Dean’s lip twitched. That name, paired with such a burly physique, is quite the contrast. But yoga primarily focuses on coordination and flexibility, and it can also improve one’s demeanor. The more muscular and sturdy someone is, the harder it is to master. It’s naturally better suited for women, who tend to be more supple. If what the saleswoman said is true, then this Nico might actually be able to help me.

The saleswoman, perhaps fearing Dean would bolt after seeing Nico, didn’t wait for his reaction. She walked right up to Nico, greeted him, and then gestured towards Dean, who was standing by the door.

Nico looked in the direction the saleswoman indicated, and his large, round eyes lit up. He pushed aside the delicate saleswoman, strode over to Dean, and boomed in a gruff voice, "You want to learn yoga from me?"
