Nier stood in the master bedroom, the cold air from the open balcony door chilling his bare skin. His maroon hair clung to his shoulders, damp from the night's flight, and his red eyes glowed faintly, reflecting the moonlight that spilled across the room.

Silence's warning pulsed in his hand.

[Master, I can sense an immense amount of Negative Energy all over this room, the bed specifically, the total estimate has passed +9999... I will now begin absorption, if you agree to take it in of course, Warning ⚠️... Traumatic Memories can be sensed]

The sheer magnitude of the energy, over 9999 units, dwarfed the 519 units he had absorbed from the wreckage of his SUV. He knew what it meant, memories of his mother, Elara, whose Yandere tendencies had haunted his life. Yet, the potential of using Unlimited for something decent urged him forward.

'Sigh! I am so going to regret this?'

Nier said to himself.

But ultimately he commanded Silence.

"Start absorbing it, Silence."

Nier said, his voice steady despite the unease coiling in his gut.

"I need to collect the negativity around here."

The symbols in his palm flared, twisting into new patterns as Silence responded.

[Initiating absorption of Negative Energy. Warning: The memories tied to this energy are deeply traumatic, centered on your mother's actions. Estimated absorption time: 10 minutes for initial 9999+ units. Mental strain may be severe. Proceed with caution]

Nier braced himself, his fingers tightening around the bedpost. The room felt creepy, the air heavy with an unseen force emanating from the bed, pristine yet radiating darkness.

As Silence began to draw in the energy, a burning pain erupted in his chest, spreading through his veins. He staggered, his vision blurring as the first memories surged forth, raw and unrelenting.

The world shifted, and Nier was pulled into a memory within the master bedroom.

Bernard, his father, sat on the edge of the bed, his muscular frame tense, his red hair catching the dim glow of a bedside lamp casting his head down in a defeated manner.

At forty-two, he was a striking figure, tall, broad-shouldered, his chiseled arms and chest straining against a worn gray shirt.

His green eyes were hollow, etched with exhaustion, his rugged jaw clenched in silent resignation. The toll of years under Elara's control had dulled his once-vibrant strength, and physique.

Elara stood before him. She was a Romanian woman, at thirty-nine, she exuded a mature allure, her curvaceous figure accentuated by a tight, black silk nightgown that clung to her full chest and rounded hips.

Her raven-black hair fell in loose waves past her shoulders, framing her pale, flawless skin. Her red eyes, sharp as it was hungry locked onto Bernard with an lustful intensity.

Her crimson lips curved into a smile that was both loving and menacing, but the madness in her gaze betrayed her.

"Bernard, my love." ᴛʜɪs ᴄʜᴀᴘᴛᴇʀ ɪs ᴜᴘᴅᴀᴛᴇ ʙʏ NoveI-Fire.ɴet

Elara said, her voice soft but behind them lies something scary.

"Tell me why did you try to run again? Why do you look so tired? You don't need to worry about the world outside. You have me you know."

She knelt before him on the bed, her hands trailing up his thighs, her nails grazing his skin through the fabric. Bernard flinched, his green eyes flickering with fear.

"Elara, please."

He whispered, his voice hoarse.

"I just want to see the sky, to breathe."

Her smile tightened, her nails digging in, leaving faint red marks.

"The sky?"

She hissed.

"The sky doesn't love you like I do though, the house is more than enough, why should we leave our love nest."

The memory carried Bernard's desire for the outside world, but no matter how hard he begged, the result is always the same.

Another flash, still in the bedroom. Bernard lay on the bed, his red hair matted with sweat, his muscular frame restrained by ropes tied to the bedposts.

His green eyes were wide with panic, his chest heaving. Elara sat beside him, her nightgown slipping off one shoulder to reveal her pale, curvaceous form.

She held a small vial of dark liquid, her red eyes gleaming with a mix of adoration and fury.

"You tried to leave me again... Bernard."

She said, her voice calm but chilling.

"You spoke to that woman at the gate. I saw her smile at you."

Bernard shook his head quickly, clearly in panic, his voice breaking.

"It was nothing, Elara. I swear."

She leaned in, her lips brushing his ear.

"You're mine."

She whispered, forcing the liquid down his throat.

"This will keep you here, with me, forever... Lady Niggurath said this will keep you here with me, and me alone so drink up."

The memory burned with Bernard's despair, his body weakening as the potion took hold, his freedom slipping away.

From the memory is was potion that activate a curse within the victim, and if said person tries to leave a certain safe zone set by the caster, their heart will stop

Time after time, again and again, Bernard went through both immense phycological distress, and phsycial strain to Elara.

And he absorb a lot of there personal memories they experience in this very room.

The energy course through him, as he could feel himself getting slightly stronger with every unit he personally takes into himself.

This continue for 10 minutes until Silence spoke. Twisting the veins in his hand to relate the success of the absorption.

[You have absorbed a grand total of 13,673 units of a Negative Energy]

THUD!!

The sound of him falling unto the floor could be heard, as his body felt weak, and he also felt mentally drain more than anything else.

He trembled, as he started to loose consciousness for the umpteen time tonight. Thankfully the last time for the day, because the next time he wake up, it would be a new day.
