CHAPTER 509: STATEMENT.

Han Lingshi and Hao Ren watched as the man crumbled into dust. The impact of the contradictory nature of the flames was so intense that even the landscape had been affected. Hao Ren smiled and bowed to the old man as he said, "Elder, you can send ten of your best talents and I will craft a weapon suitable for them."

Hearing this many people stepped forward to vouch for help. Hao Ren smiled and replied, "I will give five talents each from your forces a weapon each, however, I will test their talents first, if they could not reveal the true potential of my weapons, then you will have to find me someone who can, that is all."

The elders all nodded with smiles on their faces, and then Hao Ren greeted them as he held his wife’s hand and vanished from the place. The people also decided that they would go back to their forces and run a tournament to decide whom will get the weapons from Hao Ren.

The couple returned to the Cauldron Valley and they came to the refiner council building to find the city lord of the meteor fall city. The lady was worried, but then she saw Hao Ren and Han Lingshi coming over with faint smiles, and the young man said, "City Lord Kalai, you can rest easy, the problems have been removed. You can head back to your city and in a few days, I will send you the puppets. You can also use the spiritual contract with my wife to ensure payment in parts."

Kalai was shocked and she asked, "What do you mean by removed?"

Hao Ren smiled and replied, "Lingshi will tell you all this. I will be heading back home as I have a few more things to handle."

Kalai nodded in a daze, as she turned to look at Han Lingshi who said, "Shall we talk somewhere else, City Lord Kalai?"

The lady nodded and then they left to a different place.

After a few minutes, Hao Ren appeared before the refining room and he took out the moon hourglass as he sighed. Xiao Mei appeared beside him, she asked, "Hmmm, what is this?"

Hao Ren smiled and said, "If you want to know what this is you will need to categorize it as an SSS rank secret, apart from me, none could know."

Xiao Mei frowned and after a thought she nodded and said, "I understand, what is this?"

Hao Ren smiled and replied, "This is an artifact. A divine level artifact that can accelerate the time flow inside a specific range. However, it burns lifetime."

Xiao Mei raised her eyebrows and said, "Hmmm, interesting. Can I stand on the side and observe while you use it?"

Hao Ren thought about it and then he said, "Can you set up a few things to record the process, you can focus on the experience first. Then deduce the changes and other things."

Xiao Mei nodded and quickly set up a few micro cameras around the forge and then Hao Ren turned the hourglass upside down as the sand began pour through the small hole. The young man began to refine the various parts of the puppet in peace while Xiao Mei watched the entire thing from a corner which was not affected by the hourglass.

She was shocked but then she began to do what an AI would do, research, record, and replicate. She tried to decode the reason behind this was happening, and after a few minutes, she stopped and shook her head as she arrived upon a conclusion. This was not something that she could understand just because she wanted to, her data about the laws of time was basically nil.

The young man took a deep breath after a few hours of work, and he looked up at Xiao Mei as he said, "Keep recording, kiddo, gradually you will find something."

Xiao Mei nodded, and Hao Ren spent several long days inside the moon hourglass range and he assembled several puppets. After he finished doing everything, he turned to look at Xiao Mei, and said, "Get Yang, and tell him to deliver this to Sypher’s office, that old man would know where to deliver them."

Hao Ren came out of the refining room and he found Han Lingshi sitting on the couch and the young lady took a deep breath and asked, "What do you think will happen now?"

Hao Ren shrugged as he sat down beside her and replied, "Love, now, we will gain some reputation among the people of the Spirit Siphon Continent, and they will learn how to not mess with us, and be respectful."

Han Lingshi hummed as she looked at him and said, "Well, I have something to tell you."

Hao Ren asked, "What is it?"

Han Lingshi smiled and said, "Only if you promise to be a good boy."
