CHAPTER 532: TESTING DISCIPLES.

Hao Ren left Grandmaster Flaming Hammer’s mansion with the three others. Yes, Serene Storme and Flaming Hammer didn’t wish to leave him alone with Amira, because the former had a knack for stealing students from under their wings. This was why despite being friends they were quite wary of her.

After a few minutes, they all reached the location where he lived and the guards stood at the side and Amira entered the mansion unbothered. Hao Ren looked around calmly and Amira asked, "So, is my mansion better than theirs?"

The two men frowned and Hao Ren truthfully nodded as he said, "It is good."

Amira beamed and asked, "If you like it, shall I have someone make a similar one for you."

Hao Ren shook his head indifferently and replied, "No need, my palace is better than this, and my wife likes it."

Amira and the other two were shocked, they didn’t expect Hao Ren to have a palace and also a wife. Amira suddenly thought of something and looking at the steward on the side and said, "Call all the younger generation over, and at the same time, summon Hiro."

The steward nodded and Amira brought the people to the wide courtyard and Hao Ren raised his brow as he asked, "Grandmaster Amira, you don’t have many disciples."

Amira smiled and said, "I have more disciples than these two old monkeys compared, but I don’t let them come inside the house. They train at their own places and when they reach a certain level, they are sent to various shops that I have set up all over the continent to hone their skills and earn their keep."

Hao Ren nodded and remarked, "I didn’t expect you to be quite a businesswoman."

Amira smiled at the compliment and smirked at the two old men, which caused them to develop twitch on the corner of their eyes. After a few minutes, several youngsters gathered in the courtyard. Hao Ren looked at them all with his Yin and Yang eyes, and locked onto one young man who had a lot of Yang energy in his dantian.

Hao Ren was about to call the young man over, when Amira said, "Grandmaster Hao, you don’t have to worry about anything. These are all my grandchildren and they would not let out a single word about what happens here."

Hao Ren smiled faintly and thanked her, when Amira called over a young lady, she said, "This is Jiro. She is the strongest and the most beautiful young lady. You can say that she is the gem of the family."

His curt response caused Amira to be surprised, and Grandmaster Flaming Hammer stroked his beard and asked, "Grandmaster Hao, are you really not going to take another wife? In the cultivation world having multiple partners is not out of ordinary."

Hao Ren shook his head and replied, "It is not about being out of ordinary. It is about devotion and loyalty. Forget it, let us not discuss this issue. If Grandmaster Amira thinks that it would be a problem between us, then I would like to go back and focus on my cultivation."

Amira said, "Hiro, this is Grand Master Hao Ren, I requested him to come over and check if you have the skills to study artifact refining under his guidance as a disciple."

Hiro was shocked when he heard this and turned to look at Hao Ren. He bowed and replied, "Thank you for the opportunity, Grand Master Hao."

Hiro nodded and then he walked up to the center of the courtyard where he took out a furnace and began to smelt some metal pieces. On the other side, Jiro gazed at Hao Ren and asked, "Grandmaster Hao, may I ask what is your spiritual cultivation level?"

Hao Ren calmly replied, "World Overlord."

Jiro nodded and said, "I am in World Lord realm level. Would you mind if we spar?"

Her words caused everyone to be shocked, and before Amira could reprimand her, Hao Ren turned to look at her and waved his index finger in the void. The people were confused before they spotted a small ravine appear on the ground right before Jiro’s feet. Hao Ren said, "If you can cross the grove without getting hurt, I will spar with you."

Hiro smiled and then all the children came over to congratulate him. Hao Ren smiled and Amira said, "Thank you for your grace, Grandmaster Hao Ren."

Hao Ren shook his head and replied, "It is thanks to you for nurturing such a talented young seed. He is able to produce a thousand refine blade. Although there are some distance before he can become a master."

Amira smiled at the remark, and then he turned to look at Jiro, her eyes turned red, before she took a deep breath and replied, "This is, sword intent."

Hao Ren replied with a smile, "Good job detecting this. However, you lack something important when it comes to sword cultivation. You lack the heart to commit yourself to the sword. You still think of it as a weapon. The moment you can commit to the sword, you will find that you are one with it and it is more than a weapon."

The two elders nodded and one of them said, "So, let me tell you about the contest and how it works."

Hao Ren nodded and they reached Flaming Hammer’s mansion and sat down with a pot of tea placed before them. The young man asked, "Grandmaster, now tell me how it works."
